Live Home 2 Suites!

Place was so clean,bed comfortable, rooms well appointed with fridge, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker etc. Good variety for free breakfast (waffles, eggs, turkey bacon,, kielbasa, yogurt, cereal, fruit, hashbrowns, toast, feta spinach pastry, oatmeal etc)

Their breakfast was great. Many new hot options to choose from that were very tasty. Lots of other options too.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will stay there again on our next trip out.

Location was easy access. When you came into the lobby, you were met with a fresh smelling aroma, just smelled great. Breakfast was excellent also - lots to choose from. Bathroom Towels were nice and thick.

The bed in our room could use a new mattress.

Pros and Cons

Freeway friendly. Plenty of free parking with a well lit parking lot. I liked the size of the fridge and microwave . Bed was comfortable. Size of room was nice. Quiet and dark for a good nights sleep.

Our room could use some maintenance. The shower chalking was separating and looked like mold. Carpet needs to be cleaned, had noticeable spots.

I would stay here again and actually I came back a week later for a few days.

The front desk staff were nice. There were no luggage carts in the lobby so one of them went looking for one and quickly had one for our use. We needed extra towels and one minute later we had plenty. Everyone one who worked there were pleasant to talk to and seemed to really like their jobs.

Very nice, modern, and clean. Easy access, great facilities in rooms. Full kitchen and lots of room. Beds sleep great.

Really bad experience, Will never stay at the hotel again.

The room was great!

The staff and service was terrible. Administration was worse. We made 2 one night stay reservations through Travelocity. When we arrived at the Hotel to check in, we asked the clerk if it was possible to have the same room for both nights. The clerk said no problem. We thought everything was great. However, when we received our credit card bill we saw that we were charged for one night twice, Once from Homes2Shite and second time through Travelocity. When speaking with a representative from Travelocity we were told that the clerk at the hotel cancelled our original reservations and made a new reservation. However, what he didn't do was check to see if either reservations was paid for in advance. Which the one night was. This is why we got charged twice. We never ask the clerk to make a new reservations, rather we wanted to see if we could have the same room for both nights. When I tried to resolve this with Homes2Suite, I was treated horribly. The manger was terrible and would not allowed me to provide details and explanation. I tried several attempts with the hotel administration to get this resolved. They never returned my call. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My stay was as expected. No problems or dissatisfaction. There is consistency in quality management

The breakfast was very nice. It offered an excellent variety of food. Everything was fresh and all areas were kept very neat and clean. The attendant taking care of the service area was very pleasant.

Nothing negative comes to mind.

Clean, new and in a good area. A great price for comparable places.

They let guest drink hard liquor and smoke marijuana in the outside patio. A violation of state laws and giving me an unsafe feeling.
