The location is perfect - you are a stone's throw from the amphitheatre but just far enough outside of the busier and noisier areas of Arles. The room I stayed in was perfect for what I needed - it was small but plenty of room for one person. Breakfast was amazing - the homemade treats everyday were so delicious. The kitchen and living areas are kept very clean and feel warm and inviting. The hosts were the best thing about this stay - so helpful and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this accomodation for Arles - when I return, I will definitely be staying here again!

Village of Arles is terrific and so is Host, Matthew. "Matt" was so attentive to our needs and him and his wife offer a warm environment that also includes delicious breakfast, as well as wine upon arrival. You have access to upstairs common-area kitchen, as well as sitting area to relax and enjoy. Many quality restaurants, classic narrow cobblestone streets, history and Roman sites. Merci Matthew!! We stayed in the cottage-like room that had a "treacherous ladder" leading to lovely bedroom/bath upstairs. The pitch on stairs is so very steep and poses a definite risk in my opinion. Not a room for the elderly or mobility challenged, but I believe the other three rooms Matthew has on offer enjoy a more forgiving configuration.

The location was ideal. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very helpful.
The ensuite bathroom was lacking in privacy. There was not a proper door between the bedroom and bathroom facilities. Instead, there was a door with glass panels covered by a curtain and the "door" had space at the bottom and top with openings to the bedroom.

Mathieu and Sabrina are excellent hosts, providing a great welcome and very good breakfast in a wonderful old building a minutes walk from the amphitheatre and right in the middle of the attractions and restaurants of the old town.

The property is very central, walking distance from every point of interest. The owners are very friendly. Although it is not a hotel but a pension, they do their best to make you feel like home. Breakfast is served in their kitchen, which is spacious and there is also a beautiful small terrace. It is very rich, with products of the region and often with homemade treats.
Our room was small and the bathroom is separated only with a short plasterboard. That means that there is no privacy at all. The room was very clean when we first arrived, but no-one cleaned it the following days. Moreover we had to ask for refills for toilet paper, shower gel, shampoos, soap etc.

Everthing, Mathio was very kind
The location is wonderful
Breakfast is more than wonderful
My room was not confortable. Too small

Great location, right next to the Amphitheater. Very nice room with great shower, nice kitchen and the little garden terrace next to it for breakfast (we used it everyday), and, of course, the rooftop terrace with an interesting spiral stairway (unfortunately the weather was hot and we didn't use it very much). Wonderful breakfast with a lot of choices. Matt and his wife (I assume it's his wife) were extremely nice and helpful, giving tourist advices, making restaurant reservations, parking recommendations, and doing everything possible to make our stay wonderful.
The bed was large but it was just a mattress. It could use a topper and more pillows and it would be much more comfortable.

central location near amphitheater, good breakfast, beautiful main house, beautiful roof terrace, friendly couple
slow internet, small bed

Warm welcome, cosy garden downstairs, rooftop terrass, via small stairs and outside breakfast possible on first floor
Not access to the street due to raod works in the neighbourhood (end foreseen before July '22).

Located steps from the Amphitheater and very quiet. The rooftop deck was fantastic after a day of sightseeing and the bottle of wine was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with homemade items. The host left supplies to prepare your own eggs in the kitchen. The room was spacious with a small bathroom but everything worked well.
We had difficulty finding the unit as it is not labeled as a proper home stay. The address did match but we were not told that we needed to ring the buzzer to gain entry and the address was faded and hard to read. Communication prior to arrival on how to get in would have been helpful.

It really is like being a houseguest when you stay here.
The owners are really lovely there is tea coffee juice beers and wine available whenever you want them, really lovely to enjoy on the roof terrace or the dining area which is on a glass patio over the courtyard. We stayed in the three bed with the kitchen. Yes the ensuite is supported by curtain but you’re staying in the centre of along town in a converted store at the bottom of the courtyard so so difficult to build an extra room on! The stairs are steep but that didn’t bother us. Breakfast was delicious.
