Couldn’t have been lovelier and was very sad indeed to leave. Will def visit again!!

The house is magical and my multigenerational family and I were very happy and very comfortable. Thank you Stephanie and David - we loved it and we also appreciated the welcome pack upon arrival. A lovely touch. The beds are really comfortable and I think I had some of the best nights’ sleep for years - of course that could also be something to do with the long and exhilarating walks from the front door down to the big beach in Woolacombe, or the baby beach just down the cliff path from the house, or the long and beautiful walks along the cliff paths and up to Mortehoe. Even our very energetic dogs slept all night without interruption! The house itself is stunning, every bedroom clean, bright and airy. All but one have Juliet balconies (one has a terrace) and stunning sea and coastal views. The kitchen is a real family hub and a delight to be in. There were eight of us (4 generations) and we loved every moment we were there. The Garden was gravelled and had lovely sea views and a super deck for sitting or eating outside. Parking was very good and we managed to get three big cars (Range Rovers) and a mobility scooter trailer all (tightly squeezed) on there but there is additional parking five mins up the road in Morthoe if needed.

My husband has serious mobility issues and I hadn’t realised the access to the house was up steep steps and the garden was steeply terraced. His movement outside in the garden was therefore restricted to the main frontage and deck but it is in most places we go and it didn’t spoil our holiday at all. We managed and once up the entrance steps and path to the front of the house everything was fine but something to bear in mind if mobility is an issue.

Very good location, beach practically on the doorstep. Shops and pubs within 5 min walk and 20 min walk to Woolacombe

Book this place for your holiday, you will not be disappointed

The property is really breathtaking when you walk in, it is a little tired and there are areas that need to be addressed, but seriously it is so spacious and airy, there was plenty room for all 8 of us. The rooms are all comfortable sizes and the bathrooms were luxurious. Water pressure was superb, shower room in the utility area was fantastic for cleaning after a day at the beach. There is everything there needed for your holiday. I would have loved to see a barbecue too as they had such a beautiful eating area outside and I felt that we would have utilized it more had their been a barbecue. The bedding was luxurious, pillows all comfy, clean laundry. We will definitely be returning there.

No barbecue as mentioned above so that would be amazing, the cleaning was not up to my standard, I did let the owners know and they immediately said they would address this. Some areas are a little tired looking but overall this place is still amazing. Keybox location emailed prior to arrival would be great, my sister and niece took quite a while walking around looking for it as it is located near a pipe and not very obvious

Perfect sunset and sea views!

This is a spacious 5 bedroom property with some of the best views I have ever seen. The sunset is right in front of the house. Sea views from most of the rooms. The house is very well stocked with games and multiple TV options. Just a 10 minute downhill walk to the pristine beaches of Woolacombe. You can walk up to burn the calories away or take one of the frequent buses. 5 minute walk to the bakery and pubs. The morte point hike is right in front of the house. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at. Great response to any queries by the owners.

It is difficult to find faults with this place. If anything, then the wifi is slow but I have been told that there is a petition ongoing for high speed WiFi in that area. Anyway, who needs WiFi in such a perfect place 😊😊
