Great Staff, Great Location

The bathroom was a bit small for my liking. There is no partition between the toilet, shower area, and the wash.

Pleasant stay in a calm place, yet in the middle of it all.

The hotel is located in a calm spot next to the main road. 2 minutes walking in fact from the beach, and all restaurants, shops and offers around Candolim are in walkable distance. We felt super safe and well-served.

Традиционно во время каждого визита в Индию (за исключением лета) залетаю на несколько дней в Гоа, а именно - в Кандолим. Немало отелей в поселке посетил за это время - что-то закрывается, какие-то гостиницы проседают в качестве, кто-то держит "марку", но бронировать проживание нужно ну очень заранее... Любимчиком многие годы остается для меня Albuquerque BetterHomes, но как раз он относится к последней категории, где нужно резервировать номер чуть ли не за полгода... Т.к. в этот раз поменял вылет из Тируччираппалли в Куалу-Лумпур на Гоа в последний момент, в знакомых отелях всё было забито (тем более новогодние праздники)... В общем, на основе отзывов на Букинге рискнул выбрать данный постоянный двор, и не прогадал... Всё понравилось - тихо (хоть до главной пляжной улицы всего метров 50), радушный менеджер из Ладакха, просторный чистый номер, балкончик, к которому каждый вечер прилетал Кингфишер... Про завтраки ничего не могу сказать, т.к. температурил из-за простуды после Ченнайского аэропорта и аллергии, последовавшей за прикосновением мерзкой медузы накануне заселения в отель (до этого две ночи провел в другой австерии рядом с тропкой к форту Агуада)... Короче, отсыпался, кушать не ходил... Когда стало чуть получше, собрал вещи и отправился в прачечную "Белоснежка" (обычно там стираюсь), но она в 13:00 закрылась на перерыв - не успел... В общем, шмотье согласились постирать в отеле - за что большое спасибо! Мне всё понравилось, буду к вам возвращаться и рекомендовать гостиницу друзьям!😃

Would have loved to visit and recommend the property, but the manager needs a class in hospitality.

Our room service assistants were helpful. The room had a kettle and mini refrigerator.

The Manager at the reception Mr Arjun, his statement was unapologetic. Hot water was not available. We had to take cold showers most of the time. On of the nights there was no AC and No power. To which the manager replied “all these instances do happen for the price that you pay. These are not my problems. You will get better amenities at a place where you pay 10k and above” I feel the Mr. Arjun is only interested in foreign customers.

Avoid for your own best

The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful .

When we rented at the villa they offered free airport shuttle ,but when we used the service they charged us and claimed there was no free transfer despite that we had proof by a screendump.The breakfast was very plain, and the surroundings was filled with garbage.

My older husband was very poorly while we stayed here and the staff were very supported and did ever

Some elements of breakfast were a little higgedly piggledly. The kitchen is two floors below the location of breakfast service.

The location and its proximity was good. Apart from that nothing else

The rude caretaker, Arjun and the bathrooms. Our bathroom was extremely dirty especially the commode, and when we raised multiple times with Arjun and his newly joined staff members, he basically laughed it off saying -"Oh you haven't used the bathroom for the whole night?!" It was just appalling! When we finally went to speak to him stating we'll have to leave the property and cannot live like this, he said -"Sure, you can and you have 8 minutes to do so". We were looking for other places to move to but they eventually cleaned our bathroom the next day.The breakfast food was below average. It was the same breakfast every single day(switching between chole and aloo sabji), the rest were the same. Arjun was the worst host ever whom I encountered across all platforms. I have never had this experience ever. His main attention and focus was to keep his good relations with the foreign nationals rather than the domestic ones. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it is offered at a super cheap price.

I had a calm, quiet and a beautiful stay in Laliguras Villa which I’ll never forget and I am definitely going to come ba

This place is a hidden gem situated very near to the beach. It is located in the busy Candolim beach road, yet far from hustle and bustle. Surrounded by the coconut trees and greenery, this place will definitely has a beautiful vibe. The breakfast is nice and tasty with the Indian basics. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities. The host makes sure all your necessities are covered.

Good Hotel & Amazing Team

This amazing little hotel will make your vacation perfect and memorable. They are not just doing business... they are creating memories. The rooms are nice and clean. Arjun is the soul of this place which ensure your safety and that you are getting what you need. Heera Thakur at the front desk is really kind & professional and accommodates every request. Sushila in housekeeping will make sure that you feel like home. Every morning Rai Bahadur serves fresh breakfast on the terrace and also makes sure that you are taken care of. This team is the definition of perfect customer service in the hospitality industry.

Probably the most misrepresented property I've come across.

The area is good, close to the beach and relatively quiet. Staff helpful although constantly changing their message which was weird.

This is probably the most misrepresented property I've come across on Booking.com. Pictures are nothing close to reality, which is very frustrating. Dirty room, musty aircon smells, grimy cups, dirt piled up around corners and under the bed, and in the shower it felt like you needed to wear shoes to keep your feet clean! Very disappointed, especially since there seem to be a lot of good reviews for the property, which makes me question their authenticity.
