We stayed in a quiet, tiny village consisting of only a few houses located in the vicinity of an old church and accessible via a dirt road.
The former farm structure where we stayed was beautifully renovated some time ago. This structure (the little house in the picture), situated nearly opposite the landlady's house, is split into two parts: a one-bedroomed apartment with access to a small patio, and another deluxe bedroom ( roughly 25-30 square meters, bathroom included), with a parking space right in front of the entrance and only possible access to a small bench and 2 deckchairs in a tiny garden at the side of the landlady's house. We stayed in the deluxe bedroom.
The two living spaces inside this same structure are separated by a brick wall and a wooden door.
The landlady, Daniela, and her son, Andrea, are very kind hosts, helping us with necessary information and suggestions.

We stayed in a quiet, tiny village consisting of just several houses in the vicinity of an old church and accessible via a dirt road.
The former farm structure where we slept was beautifully renovated some time ago. It's made of bricks and stone and the roof has a smart insulation consisting of successive layers of bricks and then one layer of ceramic tiles. Somehow, even in hot summers, it's comfortable inside despite having no air-conditioning.
This former farm structure (the little house in the picture), situated nearly opposite the landlady's house, is split into two parts: a one-bedroomed apartment with access to a small patio; and another deluxe bedroom (roughly 25-30 square meters, bathroom included) with a parking space right in front of the entrance and possible access to a small bench and 2 deckchairs in a tiny garden at the side of the landlady's house.
The two living spaces inside this structure are separated by a brick wall and an inner wooden door.
We stayed in the deluxe bedroom, with an extremely comfortable, large bed, a small table and two chairs, an armchair, a mini-fridge, and lots of sockets, switches and light bulbs.
The landlady and her son are very kind hosts, helping us with necessary information and suggestions.
All in all, this is a genuine Tuscan countryside experience.

Beautiful calm place, son of the lanlady was really nice and spoke very good english.
He also gave as a bottle of their own wine as a welcoming present. Thank you.
When checking out lanlady asked us to pay for city tax 😟 it wasn't mentioned in beforehand. Unexpected charges...

We loved the area in which the property is situated and we especially enjoyed our hosts, Daniela and her son Andrea, who truly made our stay memorable. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
Our room was a bit small, but it was really only meant for two and because of a last minute change of plans we ended up being three. We can obviously not blame anyone but ourselves for that.

- Very hygienic (clean).
- Nice comfortable bed.
- Small but good (powerful) shower.
- Is surrounded by beautiful landscape.
- parking right in front.
- There is only one thing we didn't like and that was the screaming of a child around 23.00. Two of the houses they are renting are connected and thus making it noisy. We understand not every child is easy and the host/staff can't do anything about it. Thats why we mention it but dont let it influence our review.
- The road to the place exist of offroad. My car is bit low to the ground and I had to be very careful not to damage my car.

The apartment is lovely and meets all our needs. It's in a very relaxing setting which is ideal for visiting vineyards and walking. The apartment gives you an authentic Italian vibe.
