About this house rental
With this property the pictures really do tell the story.
This home has been owned and loved by a well known Rotorua family who have recently redone the kitchen and bathrooms to a very high standard. This property also features on my 2 Lakes Holiday Rental site if your preference is to deal directly without fees. For anyone who is looking for real comfort with the owner's chattels rounding off the perfect setup. Good comfortable beds, the property can sleep up to 12 with the help of a fold out bed and sofa bed. The master bedroom has a delightful ensuite plus a full bathroom upstairs to service the other bedrooms. The master bedroom's 2 super king singles can be put together to make a Californian king sized double bed, plus 2 additional singles in this room with another bed under this so that can be made into a double as well. There is a cot (old style) in the closet in the Redwood bedroom plus an extra single bed. The middle bedroom has great city and lake views and an additional fold down bed in the closet and a rollaway bed as well. At the rear of the house the BBQ area is set privately and will be well used over the summer months!! If its golf clubs, mountain bikes, jet ski-is or whatever there is a large roomy double garage to stow your gear. Also a full sized beer fridge in the garage. This really is the place for 4 + couples to come and enjoy Rotorua for a golfing holiday or whatever they fancy!

Property manager was easy to communicate with, property was as described.
Well appointed home with plenty of space that caters for all ages. The heated bathroom floors were a bonus! House was in a convenient location just out of the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough if you need to head into town to pick anything up.
Highly recommend a stay here!

The location is amazing for mountain bikers, the forest is very close and you can leave the car at home and just paddle to the tracks. The city centre is close by and convenient to go to as well. It’s a very nice cottage, comfy beds, great set up. Kids were happy with the TV, toys and books. Overall, great experience

Overall good stay. Location is great as you are close to a lot of activities eg the luge, redwoods and blue lake. Only downside was the BBQ was unusable as it was mouldy from previous guests and the back garden was not fenced all the way round which would have been good as we were travelling with 2 small dogs (the side not shown in photos is open). Otherwise great property to stay at in a lovely and quiet location.

This house had a lot of character has old and new fashioned interior and very cozy loved everything especially the stored board games but most of all the dishwasher 😂😂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, not only was the home beautiful and elegant but it was spacious and had so many little features that made our stay that more relaxing. The girls loved the heated floors and the fact that they could have their own bathroom and I loved the little extras for infants I.e the cot, bouncer and play mat. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with a playground and field right across the road and our preteen/teens loved it. Thank you for the amazing holiday will definitely stay again.

After a long day it was relaxing to come home to peaceful surroundings. Location was good, showers were awesome. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

We’ll equipped and comfortable place to rest between rainy outings! Close enough to walk to Redwoods walking trails and only 10 to 15 minutes to everything we wanted to explore.

Our family enjoyed a great stay over the Christmas period, the home had Christmas themed decorations out already for our stay which was very nice.
House was well equipped and centrally located for access to MTB and walking tracks or a short drive to the swimming lakes.

Great sized home easily able to accommodate our family of 11 for the weekend. Very clean and tidy. Fantastic, quiet location just on the outskirts of town.

Lots of room for the whole family (3 generations). Nice and close to the Whakarewa forest (walking distance) and a short drive to the lakes.

Loved the house. It was lovely to sit at the Bay Window in the kitchen and eat breakfast . We’ve stayed in many book a bach properties and often they are not quite up to the standard that they present in the listing but this property was definitely one of our favourites . Thankyou for sharing your beautiful place with us.... we had a fantastic weekend. Ps: the upstairs shower head doesn’t stay upright. Just so you know...
