The AC for the Master Bedroom did not work at all.. A portable unit was provided after we called. I believe this problem was known and this unit should not have been used. I say this because a floor fan had been left in the unit and the repair man said that the repair are a major problem.

Overall great place to stay on the beach. Condo was in a great location with plenty of restaurants close by. Nice pool and directly on the beach. I wish the living room would've had a little more seating as we had six adults. The bedrooms were good size with Kings in 2 of the 3 rooms. I would stay again!

Great having the beach and pool option. Close to a lot of great things to see and do. Only about an hour from Orlando attractions. Very family friendly. Nice to have the kitchen to save money.

This was a relaxing stay just steps from the ocean. If you enjoy a vacation where you can just alternate between pool and beach then this is a place for you. I had two teenage girls and not much to do for them within walking distance and if the weather isn’t nice then you are really out of options for teens. We did go to KSC one of our fair weather days and that was a very cool experience. Most restaurants are a short drive with the exception of a few. We loved Coconuts on the Beach. Wish we hadn’t waited until our last day. The pier is pretty neat and so is Ron Jon’s.

Loved it. The owners were friendly and quite helpful with all questions. Loved location. Place was perfect and very spacious . Condo was nicely equipped with all your needs. Wonderful sunrises. Another great stay at the spanish main. If you love to be steps from the beach, listening to the waves..bask in the sun, these condos are the best. Reasonably priced with ample room. We love staying there and will again in the not so distant future.

Love the location, very spacious and clean condo, all 3 bedrooms and living room have big smart tv’s which it’s a plus! , beds were so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if desired, it also has 4 beach chairs and 2 bugy boards , you right on the ocean and the pool on the building is very clean , it also had the essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap , paper towels, salt and pepper etc, nowadays not everyone stocks those items, the condo is close to grocery, shopping centers and restaurants, we loved staying here and we definitely will stay here again !! Great great place to stay at!! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Spanish Main in Cocoa Beach! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and very family friendly. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and the condo had lots of useful amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach supplies and great big T.V.s for those occasional rainy afternoons. The location of the condo was perfect - lovely views of pool and ocean and situated conveniently near many Cocoa Beach restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The management company was responsive to all questions, answering promptly and courteously. We definitely plan to visit again!

The bldg itself is a bit outdated and has the lower ceilings making it feel smaller. Overall, it was great. Property was maintained and the property manager was in constant contact with me checking in and quick to respond to questions before and during stay. Appreciated having boogie board, umbrella, and beach chairs already at the property for use.

Our first night at the condo, I spent 4 to 5 hours washing sheets and blankets, there was hair and dirt all in the beds. Also the living room furniture could use some new furniture. The couch and chair is so broke down, that you couldn't hardly set in them, it was very uncomfortable. The mattresses on all beds are very uncomfortable, they definitely need new mattresses. The bedroom that me and my husband stayed in, had no air condition and was very hot. Its a good location, but the condo is not worth staying in. Gor a family of 6, there was not enough towels or wash cloths,, I was doing laundry everyday in order to have clean towels.. We went thru all of ice hot and aleeve, we won't be staying there anymore.

We rented the condo over the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location for stores and restaurants. We loved being on the beach with direct access. Condo was stocked with exactly what was needed for our stay. We would definately go back and would recommend to friends. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with in booking, getting instructions and correcting a minor problem with lighting not working in the master bath. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Super smooth experience with check in, stay and check out. Condo is on second floor and gives you an elevated view of the ocean. Very clean and spacious. Pool right below the balcony, which was warm and well maintained. Great access to the beach. Parking is very easy and plenty of space. Lots of towels both for the condo and beach towels was a nice touch. Bedrooms were various spacious. I think the beds are new as they were slightly firm but not a big deal. TV in every room. The owners were kind enough to contact us with a hurricane approaching and offer to refund our last night and we accepted and left for Orlando a day early. Lots of convenient restaurants including Coconuts are walkable from this condo. Publix 1.5 miles away. Small ice cream hut just down the road was a big hit with the family.
