This newly refurbished, ground floor, oceanfront condominium with newly installed plank tile flooring overlooks the heated pool and the ocean from the patio. Comfortable furnishings in this 1400-plus-square-foot unit make this the perfect place to bring your family as you enjoy a relaxing retreat. The completely furnished kitchen is upscale with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops,and full washer and dryer.

Master bedroom facing the ocean has a king-size bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom is set away from third offering additional privacy.

The entrance from parking is just a few steps to your door and the kitchen. This, our second home, is in the Spanish Main Complex which has just undergone a $1,300,000 renovation. The beautifully maintained lawns, freshly-painted building with new roof and new patios make this the perfect place to rest, sun, and swim in the ocean.

Enjoyed the condo and location. It would be nice to have umbrellas at the tables by the pool, parking was a challenge but there was an area for overflow parking. The shower in the main bathroom did not get very hot. Overall it was a great experience and would book again.

The property was beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you could want. The location could not have been better. The pool was steps away from the sliding door and the beach was just beyond that! There were plenty of chairs and beach items available for our use and shopping and restaurants were very close by. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We love the space coast and this condo did not disappoint! We were pleasantly surprised just how roomy the bedrooms were. Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach (everything neededfor the beach was availableas well). Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean, close to pool and beach, in a quiet complex. Great location and view….we could see the sunrise every morning from the back patio. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Lots of beach toys, Chairs, umbrellas. This was one of the better stocked rentals I have ever stayed at…..plenty of kitchen supplies, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. we had everything we needed……would definitely come back!

A wonderful, 3-bedroom condo which was exactly the right size for 5 adults and an infant. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The beach was just a short distance to the condo which allowed us to make several trips each day.

We love the location. Close walk to breakfast, pizza and some bar/grills. Also a nice 15 minute walk down to Coconuts on the Beach restaurant. Great sized condo. We had 5 people total and it was plenty of space. Right by the pool! First floor. All big selling points for convenience. Right by the beach too. The decor and amenities were very nice and Dave was great to work with! We were able to use the lawn chairs and beach towels which was great to not have to pack. Would love to stay here again when we are in town! Thanks

1st floor, 3 bedroom, condo steps from pool and straight 1 min walk out to beach. This place had everything we needed for traveling with three young boys. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. I did not have any issues in which I needed to contact the owner but he was friendly and contacted me the morning of check-in with instructions, the next day to see how things were, the night before check-out with instructions, and the morning I was leaving to ask if I needed anything. The kitchen was fully stocked. If I traveling back to Cocoa Beach I will definitely look if this condo is available as it had EVERYTHING needed to make this stay with kids great.

Absolutely perfect!!!! We were steps away from the beach. Beautiful night view of the pool. The complex was peaceful, quiet and secure. 3 bedrooms to accommodate family and house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very nice and helpful. Answer was prompt.

Overall great experience from arriving to leaving - everything was effortless. There was always a spot or two left for parking when we needed it. The condo was stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and the garage included beach chairs and boards for our use. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was a short 3 minute walk to the beach and right next to the complex pool.

The condo was perfect for our stay on Cocoa Beach! It was myself and 3 other women. I loved the location of the pool and the first floor access to the backyard. Definitely would recommend!

The walkout condo was perfect for our plans. Two minute walk to the beach or pool. Very clean and had everything we needed for three days on the beach. When we had questions, Dave was quick to respond. The SLO and Lo Bbq restaurant was only a few blocks away and we went twice! E-bike rentals were also close and we rode for 15 miles one day. All in all this is perfect place to stay in cocoa beach and we would stay again.

This place was amazing for our family of 5 adults. We went with outlet two sons, 20 and 23 and a girlfriend and my husband and I. The place was plenty big for us all. The beach was super close and quiet. The owner had lots of beach stuff - chairs, towels and toys to make the beach time enjoyable. It was close to lots of amenities and the highlight for our kids was surfing at cocoa beach surf company. They had an hour lesson and had the boards for the rest of the day. It was at the cocoa beach pier which was about 7 minutes drive from the property. The rest of the time we hung around the condo and enjoyed the pool and beach. A great break for us all! I would definitely return!

We were 2 couples who stayed for a few days after returning from our Caribbean cruise. The condo was exactly as listed. We enjoyed having the pool right outside our patio door and the beach a very short walk beyond the pool. David checked on us the day after we checked in to ensure everything was going alright. I would recommend renting this condo.

This was an amazing place to stay for our family of 4! It is on the ground floor and directly across from the pool. Also, you can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. There were plenty of toys, towels, and chairs for the beach! The beds were all comfortable! There is 3 bedrooms which is a huge plus. The furniture is in good condition and the condo is updated and well maintained. Everything was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The check in process was very easy! There was plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and lundry detergent. There were plenty of dishes, cups, pots, and pans. All the appliances were in great condition. We love Spanish Main because it has less of a party vibe and more of a family vibe. I think the only small downside is that the master bedroom did not seem to cool down like the rest of the house... but it was not a huge issue at all! Dave was a very good host and was quick to reply with any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is in a great location with all modern amenities. The interior is updated and decorated nicely. The host was very responsive and available for questions. Others renting or living in the condo were courteous. Overall a great place to stay for a beach vacation.
