One of the most delightful places I’ve stayed at!

Absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location was suburb, easy check-in process with great communication. The apartment itself had everything you needed with the bonus of fabulous artworks throughout the rooms. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Taormina.

Taormina was lovely

The cleaners were actually at the apartment when we arrived as we were early and they let us leave our luggage in the apartment until they had finished. The location was very central to all shops & restaurants. Apartment was very clean and modern.

The apartment is just off the main street Corso Umberto but unfortunately taxis are not allowed down there so was a bit of a walk from Porta Messina with suitcases (and my husband has to use a walking stick) so think this should be put noted on the details. We also found the apartment very dark due to lack of windows. We also tried a couple of times to contact the host but no reply!

Amazing location in the centre of Taormina, but really bad mold smell and no natural light

The location is exceptional, situated right in the centre of the main street of Taormina. Apartment is clean, yoi have everything you need. The only big downside is the mold and smell that won't go away even if you keep the windows open all the time like we did.

Strong mold smell and no natural light. I can't believe no one wrote in the reviews about the bad mold smell that didn't go away even with all the windows and doors open.

Great apartment but zero communication

The apartment and location were great. Up some stairs on a narrow alley away from crazy crowds. Great A/C. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

My main problem was zero communication. I sent a number of messages via Booking.com and Whatsapp with no reply. If the cleaners had not still been present ( and we were running late) we would have not been able to access apartment. There was a lock box for key but I could not get anyone to communicate with me re arrival instructions. Plus the restaurant was closed the day we arrived....made me wonder what we would have done if cleaners not there. Staff at restaurant were very vague and didn't seem to care when I found them due to WiFi failing on second day ( was quickly fixed) No idea where the much reviewed wonderful host was which was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment. No instructions for the coffee machine so couldn't use it. Terrible pillows and spare ones had no covers. No tea towels. First aid kit was useless ( just needed a bandaid but packet was empty). 1 toilet roll only. Sadly not the experience we were expecting.

Awesome choice!

Everything is perfect about this apartment. Right off the main road Corso Umberto. The main attractions are all close to the apartment. Spoilt for choice with regards to restaurants. Make sure you do visit the owner's own restaurant Shelter. Food is amazing! Cannot recommend enough! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely city-break, in a beautiful city with a nice accomodation.

Everything was perfect. Perfect location. Mr. Andrea was very kind and helped us with many informations. We had a lovely stay, looking forward for the next visit in the near future.

Cozy place in Taormina

The apartment is situated in the center of the city on a narrow street that is by far one of the most beautiful from Taormina. The interior is cozy and really well equipped. In proximity you have the Piazza IX Aprilie (1 minute walk) where you have the panoramic viewpoint over Naxos and Etna Volcano. Also there is a Antipasti Restaurant right in front of the apartment, where you can drink your coffee in the morning or eat traditional Sicilian food. Andrea was really friendly and constantly checking with us if we need something. He also gave us some tips on what to see around Taormina. Thank you verry much Andrea, we will be back soon.

I think that more toilet paper would be great 😁

It was very close to the centre. It was very tidy. The owner was extremely helpful. He had great suggestions as to where to shop, where to eat, and what to do. The apartment is located in a great area. Even in the winter it is a good place to stay at. It has air condition so you can warm up the rooms.

A clean, spacious place to call home while on Taormina

The perfect location! Just off the main street made it very easy to come and go throughout the day. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby if you don’t feel like eating every meal out. The property owner was very helpful, checking in regularly to see everything was ok and organized an airport transfer.

A washing machine would have been useful.

This place is perfect for a couple who want to stay in the heart of the town. We loved it

The owner was in contact by WhatsApp which was so convenient to get the code for the key box. The apartment is perfectly located for the whole town. The apartment is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Overall, this was lovely and we would stay here again if we visited. Highly recommend.

Totally Highly Recommended

Located bang in the centre of Taormina in one of, probably the 3 most photographed streets, this apartment is Superb. You're far enough from the main street not to hear anything but close enough to grab a Gelato in your pyjamas:-) It is clean, super clean, with all that you require: 1. comfortable bed; 2. good sized, well spaced shower room; 3. fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with modern furnishings throughout, yet, with a beautiful fusion of tradition. Andrea, the host, is very cheerful, accommodating and available. Worth visiting. Don't let the word Salita, meaning uphill, daunt you, its literally a couple of steps. Many other accommodation availabilities in the area all have steep hills or steps or a combination of both.

Just for the sake of filling in this box, the apartment has a restaurant across from it BUT this does NOT effect your stay at all. It actually adds to the atmosphere and embraces you with the quaintness of the little Salita where this gem of an apartment is located.

Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Taormina. Location is perfect! Great apartment.

Apartment Christian was wonderful. The location in Taormina is excellent, right on Corso de Umberto which is very close to everything. The apartment is very nice and certainly spacious for two people with a nice little living area along with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The only problem we had was where our driver dropped us off. It was not close to the apartment and we had to carry our luggage up many steps to reach the apartment. For our departure we picked an alternate pick up location right at the Messina arch which was much easier to navigate and was only a couple of minute walk from the apartment.

Very good

The apartment is newly kitted out so the air con is super cold, the hot water super hot. Everything clean and cheerful. A neat size and in an alley just above the popular main walking street. Easy to walk from carpark btw.

The restaurant opposite opens till late. We didn't mind the noise but it does come through into the living area.

Sweetest host and lovely place to stay! Definitely do it!

EVERYTHING! Andrea (the host) is so warm and welcoming he met us immediately to show us around and give us recommendations! He went above and beyond checking in on us if we needed anything and also helped us figure out our transportation to our next stop, truly the best person and host. The place itself is really nice with really cute decorations and was very clean with all necessities to actually live there (very stocked kitchen etc.). We had a lovely stay here and no complaints at all! Additionally, the host has a restaurant called Shelter just down the street (1 min walk) with the perfect atmosphere, amazing food, and incredibly kind staff. We had such a great time with this stay and would 100% recommend!

Cozy and Cute in the Middle of It All !

Amazing location just off of the main road; while there is not a lot of sunlight, it is quiet and fun to be right in the center of it all, but not have to be dealing with noise. The apartment opens right into a restaurant which is really fun. I felt like a local and enjoyed the grins of the restaurant guests as I went in and out of "home". The space is clean, cozy and comfy. Everything you need to get to is around you. The hosts checked in daily at an appropriate time to make sure all was well. How nice is that? I will 100% return.

If you are someone who requires a bit of sunlight/balcony, this may not be your place; if that doesn't matter to you, it is nice to keep the door open during the day, as well as the window, etc for some fresh air.
