About this house rental

You will feel right at home in this charming neighborhood that is minutes from the dining and shopping scene of West Midtown, Midtown, and Buckhead as the well outdoor spaces of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine. Lovely walkable area with nearby parks, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store. Just a short ride away from anywhere in the city - Your ideal Atlanta location. Our main level suite is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire home. Access to the top story requires the ability to walk upstairs. The master suite comes with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with double sinks. The remaining upstairs rooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a full.

Downstairs is complete with two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared bathroom with a standup shower. The kitchenette comes with a gas stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, and mini-fridge. A scrub brush and dish detergent are available for dirty dishes.

There is an office area available if you are traveling for work or need to bring work along with you while you travel. There is also a TV/hangout room on the far side of the house, as well as in the downstairs living room, perfect if part of your party wants to stay up while the rest turn in for the night.

The kitchen is supplied with coffee needs as well as pots and pans if you decide to cook from home. A dishwasher and detergent are available upstairs if needed. Please return all kitchen items to the appropriate level. Towels, bath needs (including hairdryers), bedding, and linens are provided for all guests.

The outdoor common areas are available for all guests to enjoy. There are two driveways and free street parking available if you come with a car.

Property was nice! Great location and proximity to most attractions. Very spacious and lots of room for us 5 ladies to spread out. Outside of the house could use some attention but that didn’t take away or affect the trip in any capacity. Communication with host was also very prompt. Would rent again!

Wonderful home, great location and well stocked home. Our party had family of various age groups visiting Atlanta for our nieces graduation 🎓. We had a lovely long weekend stay at this house. It was just as expected, clean and well equipped. The owner was the nicest human and very easy to communicate with. If you're looking to be close to the city but in a quieter setting and have MANY comfortable places to sleep, this is an amazing option.

This wasn’t our first time to the Atlanta area and so we knew what we wanted. We were traveling with extended family and children. We knew we wanted something in the north Atlanta area. Our trip was to go to the Aquarium and Zoo, which I would highly recommend both. This property had amazing size on the inside and 5 comfy bedrooms. We were able to cook breakfast and did one dinner in and one dinner out at a great local place called The Big Catch Saltwater Grill. The host was incredibly responsive. If you’re going to Atlanta you want this hidden Gem less than 5 minutes to the intestate and within 15 minutes drive of anything you want to do in Atlanta.

We were in town for the Passion 2024 conference and wanted to stay close to Mercedes Benz Stadium but not in a hotel. We were so happy with this rental! It was just a few minutes from the stadium and close to lots of restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and will definitely stay here again! Brooke was very helpful and easy to get in touch with!

This house is very accommodating for large groups. The owner was very responsive and our stay was enjoyable. There were 6 of staying there and had more than enough room. The lower level is amazing. Had a full kitchen area, ice machine, t.v and 2 large bedrooms. Laundry room with nice appliances. The two ladies who stayed down there felt like they had their own private oasis. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for our ladies annual golf trip. Great home!

House is in great location easy access to multiple activities/ restaurants etc. We had 9 of us and there was more than enough room. House was clean but can use a little updating. Overall great a stay! Brooke was fantastic to work with and very responsive to emails and any questions during our visit. Would rent this property again.

This place was the perfect spot for me and coworkers to stay during some work in the Atlanta area (and a great location between everything). We each had our own space when needed, but there was plenty of gathering space as well- and I can’t go without mentioning how adorably it is decorated! Brooke was attentive and made sure all details were lid our ahead of time. If I am back in the area, I would certainly stay here again!

Spent the weekend with friends for a girls weekend. The house was clean and just as it is pictured online. The neighborhood is pretty, quiet and located with easy access to central parts of Atlanta! There was also fast response on any communication I had with owner. I would highly recommend this rental!

For our visit, location was everything. We needed to be near my son in Buckhead. I don't think I could have been more pleased. From exiting off I-75, finding his home and locating shopping and restaurants, everything was easily accessible. In addition, when we were at the house, we felt safe and secure in the charming neighborhood. The house was large and having the second level was perfect for our group. If you are looking for an affordable comfortable home in midtown area that is easily accessible to and from everything in downtown Atlanta this is the place. My staff and I thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations as we were able to quickly get to our meetings at the world Congress Center and enjoy the city of Atlanta and then come home to a comfortable home away from home to relax.

I recently stayed at this property with my husband, my 1 year old, and my parents. The house is in a perfect location with very easy access to Midtown/West Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, interstates. All the rooms had a sound machine which was perfect for the baby. Brook maintained constant communication with me and was very reachable throughout our stay. I accidentally left a necklace and she reached out to me to let me the know the cleaning crew found it. Could not recommend this property or host enough and would definitely book again if in the area!

I rented this home for a bachelorette weekend in Atlanta. Location was great in Buckhead and house was just like pictures. Brooke, the owner was very responsive. She was friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately during the stay almost daily there were bugs that needed to be killed in the house. Brooke was nice enough to bring bug swatters and bug traps. I loved the house neighborhood and was very fitting for the occasion. The bugs were the only concern.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family and we did not feel crowded with 8 of us in the home. We still had our individual privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, with well-manicured lawns and convenient to the freeways, shopping and restaurants. The property had substantial light throughout, conmfortable beds and tasteful decor. The kitchens (yes 2) and bathrooms were modern and upgraded, the bedrooms were great sizes and the renovations throughout the home were beautiful and complimented the area and style of the home perfectly. There was ample parking on the property and communication with the owner was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

We rented this house as a place for the groomsmen and their better halves to stay for our wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. The house was lovely and well represented by the provided photos. There was plenty of room for five couples and if we ever needed the same amount of space we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Added bonus: Sublime doughnuts is just a quick 5 minute drive away!

Traveled to Atlanta with a group of friends for the Super Bowl. This house was perfect for our group. It was updated, clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was super attentive and even brought over an air mattress when our head count grew. I would highly recommend staying here.
