About this house rental
Renovated house of 160m² with terrace "rooftop" of 100m². It consists of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and a spacious dining room with open kitchen. On the first floor, there is a dining room of 30m² with open and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the top floor, we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room of 26m² with 55 'TV. One of the rooms is a suite and another has its own balcony. On the roof we have the rooftop of 100m².
Our apartment has been totally renovated and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in a quiet area just minutes from the pedestrian center, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. All rooms have their own key.
The house is located next to the basilica of the Virgen de la Victoria and at the foot of the mountain on which stands the castle of Gibralfaro. It is a traditional neighborhood located in the historical center of Malaga, surrounded by traditional bars, small family businesses and shops.
We are located less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza de la Merced. The bus stop is 50m (Lines 1, 36, 37, C2 and N2). The taxi rank of Plaza de la Victoria is 200m

This house is very spacious with 4 large badrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a number of stairs- one flight up to the kitchen and another to the lounge and bedrooms. There is further flight to the rooftop terrace which is very large.
Unfortunately the window shutter in the main bedroom was broken and the room remained in darkness. When we reported this she said the previous residents mentioned it and she will try to get it repaired but it was not. We were also disappointed by the chairs and loungers on the roof terrace which all had some form of damage. Also things like lack of locks on doors and no shelves in showers to put soaps and bottles on are negatives.
However for a large family or group this is a great property very close to the historic centre of this lovely city.

Very spacious home 10 minutes from old town. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes nearby. Beds very comfortable, great roof top terrace, large dining table that seats up to 8. If we returned to Malaga would definitely stay here again.

Super schöne, modernisierte Altbauwohnung an gute Lage mit schicker Terrasse
Ein sehr schönes Objekt. Tolle Zimmer, tolle Wohnung, sehr schöne Bäder, tolle Küche.
Die Lage war ideal. Ruhig und zentrumsnah. Die Wohnung perfekt. Der Gastgeber war super nett.

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in der Stadt
Wir war ingesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Es liegt zentral, und trotzdem relativ ruhig (Autolärm lässt sich mitten in der Stadt leider nicht vermeiden). In direkter Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht! Das Viertel empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Viele Einheimische und nicht direkt im Touri-Bereich. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber! Zwei kleine Mankos gab es dennoch. Eine Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, hat für uns aber kein Problem dargestellt. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Dachterrasse. Mega groß und für die Innenstadtlage warscheinlich eine Rarität!! Nur nach unseren Geschmack etwas zu spartanisch und lieblos gestaltet. Da kann man definitiv mehr draus machen. Ein großer Tisch wäre ein Anfang.
Soll das Gesamtergebnis aber nicht trüben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Und können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen, ob Gruppe oder Großfamilie!

Ideally located!
This property is ideally located for walking to any place in town as well as the water front area. About a 15-20 minute walk to the water, and just a couple of minutes to a store or restaurant. If you have a rental car, it would be difficult to find a place to park. The roof top terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning or an evening beverage!
Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly, and shown around the property. Beds were comfy, and all was exactly as shown on line. We were extremely happy and would absolutely stay here again!

Eigentlich kann man nix schreiben außer, das alles wie beschrieben war. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Nur ob man Grillen kann wäre noch schön zu wissen.

Appartamento spazioso , arioso e dotato di tutti i comfort descritti nell'annuncio; perfetto per due famiglie di 4 persone come eravamo noi.
La posizione e' ottima, vicino a tutti i tipi di negozi, piccoli ristoranti e a circa 20 min dal mare a piedi. Nonostante la posizione centrale la via e' silenziosa. Noi abbiamo visitato tutta la citta' facendo delle bellissime passeggiate, ma in centro a Malaga si possono anche noleggiare dei monopattini elettrici. Vale sicuramente!

Appartamento centrale, ampio e arredato con molto gusto
Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento centrale, arredato con gusto, molto pulito e con una bella terrazza. Molto fluida la comunicazione con i proprietari che si sono anche dimostrati "elastici" nell'orario del check out, permettendoci di farci rimanere ben oltre l'orario previsto. Dopo tre giorni ci siamo già sentiti a casa nostra!

Nice apartment in a good location close enough to walk to all the main attractions
Nice apartment pity there were no basic pantry items no salt pepper oil etc not even any washing up liquid
Checking in was an issue as the owners were abroad when we arrived
We were instructed to go to a nearby bar for the keys but the person we were instructed to speak to New nothing about the keys eventually a waitress found a set
No one to show us around the apartment or tell us about the area fortunately we know Malaga well
The cushions for the furniture was locked away and we had no access to this
We telephoned the owners who arranged for someone to call and open the locked cupboard
Strange for an apartment this size there is no washing machine
In summary a nice apartment great terrace but avoid if the owners are away their arrangements when they are not around are not good enough

Perfect location of quiet and convenient!
Wonderful location just on the brink of where its all happening, but still quiet enough not hear the full brunt of the city noises. Parking can be a little tricky (just keep driving around, something will pop up), but once you're in you cant fail to have a great time. Beautiful big apt, with amazing and very sizable, roof terrace. Great host, great place, highly recommended!

This apartment is absolutely perfect
This apartment is absolutely perfect. It is completely renovated and everything is brand new. There are plenty of room 160 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the same time there are 3 bathrooms and some good beds. The roof rack is very big and really nice because it males it possible to sit in the sun or shade of your choice. The location makes the apartment centrally located, and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood without any noise. I can definitely recommend this apartment and owner who is easy to communicate with and speak good English. Futhermore he also respond immediately to mails, SMS and telephone.
