Would definitely visit again!

The apartment, location, and facilities were ideal for our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make our hoilday run as smooth as possible, and supplying with all info regarding the apartment, recommendations, and any tourist info we requested. The apartment was equipped with toiletries, coffee, tea and numerous other extras. The only negative was that they did not have A.C, but numerous fans are available. Would definitely stay again but not in summer season. Thank you much for making our stay so lovely!

Close to the center, comfortable and with a view ✨🌊

Definitely a stay that deserves 10 points. Alice is a very good host. With Alice's easy and understandable explanation, we entered the house comfortably. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location and view of the house is perfect. We are very satisfied, we definitely recommend. We will stay here again on our next trip to Alicante. 👍🏻

Spectacular view!

The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking! The owner was very helpful, she picked me up from the airport and answered all my questions about Alicante. To get to the apartment from the street you need to pass through three locked metal doors and take two elevators - which wasn’t a problem once you learn it. The apartment had everything I needed - toiletries (including shampoo and toothpaste), basic spices, sugar and cooking oil in the kitchen, coffee maker with coffee capsules and a bottle of water. There are blankets and two heaters for cooler days. The tram station is a 4 min. walk and there is a bus stop right at the front door. There are two big supermarkets 15 min. walk or one tram stop away and a small grocery shop next to the front door. There is a small beautiful beach 5 min. walk and a couple of restaurants nearby. It was a perfect stay!

-the bed was very noisy, sensible to any move, so my husband had to sleep on sofa. - sewage smell on the entrance to the block.

Views from the property were good. Furnished well with sufficient equipment for a short stay. Bus stop close to apartment.

No air conditioning (our fault for not checking). The apartment is located in a residential block and access is not so simple. You have to access through a serious of gates, corridors and elevators. Bus or,taxi required to access city.

I enjoyed every minute of it.

The sea view is magnificent, very close to restaurants and the beach. The city center is 3 stops away with tram or bus.

The apartment is right below a main street and is a bit hard to have a good sleep with that noise.

Superb

I can't thank Javier and Alicia enough for their help and support during our trip. Javier arranged to pick us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour of the area before dropping us off and explaining everything about the flat. Very comfortable apartment and extremely handy for local transport, with an excellent beach on the doorstep. We had a fantastic break!

Loved the sea view, spectacular. Well equipped apt everything you need and extras thrown in such as toiletries and cooking essentials etc. Alecia the host was so friendly and shared all her knowledge about the area.

Awesome and I can highly recommend this property.

location , tram, bus and taxi availability, fully equipped kitchen, 2 swimming pools, beach access, supermarkets, unobstructed sea view with a wonderful balcony and above all the response of the property owners is outstanding and super smooth. I was assisted even before I arrived and while I arrived at the property. I would highly recommend this to anyone whosoever concerned as a place to stay with kids and I am looking forward to be here again during my next visit to Alicante. it has multiple layers of security gates to cross before you can come into your house, so this one is super safe.

I did not find anything as a negative point during my stay and if someone finds out any, please don’t hesitate to contact the owners.

Great stay, we will definitely come back!

The apartment was nice and clean. Everything you needed was there. the terrace was amazing with a great view. The hosts were so kind, flexible and helpful; allowing us to check in in the middle of the night, and check out late with short notice. They picked us up and left us at the airport for a very reasonable price. Alicante city is about 30-40 minutes walk away, a very pleasant walk along the ocean/beach. If you don’t want to walk, the tram and bus is just outside the door. Right outside the gate there is also a small convenience store, very comfortable. Closest beach is also just a few minutes away.

The bed was a little bit hard for our preference, other than that, everything was great!

Amazing holiday

We had a perfect stay. The owners were very friendly and picked us up at the airport. We could enter the apartment earlier than foreseen and also stay longer. The terrace with the nice view is just amazing. There is a nice beach five 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Alicante itself is about 30 minutes walking, but it is a nice walk along the seaside.

The exceptional balcony experience.

Living in the apartment reminds staying in a cabin of a cruise ship, as you can enjoy fascinating sea views from almost everywhere. The apartment inside is quite small, but you don't really need more space inside with a balcony like that. During the summer they could easily rent only the balcony, as you really do not need much more. Balcony / terrace could be used for everything, starting from having breakfast (there is a big table with four chairs) and ending up with sleeping at night (there is an actual single bed there). Surprising sensation of privacy which we enjoyed a lot. You would not receive the same being in the hotel.

The location is a bit far from the city center and takes around half an hour in case you want to reach it by walking. However, it is well connected with a tram.
