Fantastic !

Fantastic place, amazing view from the terrace, great equipment, very nice and cosy plus air conditioning equipment if it's too hot inside the apartment. I absolutely loved it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I would not ever return or recommend this apartment to anyone.

The interior of the apartment looked nice. The owner was friendly on the phone. The pool is clean and nice

The instructions to check-in were so confusing with 2 different lock boxes in different buildings. Multiple different keys and elevators to finally try to find the apartment. The exterior of the building looks very run down. Very disappointing on arrival. There are no places to eat within walking distance, only one small store with very little groceries. We found cockroaches in the apartment. The apartment is described as having air conditioning and not did have one portable unit that barely cooled the living room only. No air in the bedrooms. I was really looking forward to our stay here at the beach but I feel that the trip was not enjoyable for us because of this apartment and its location.

Excellent stay - nice beach and close to tram/bus

We loved the place, the pool, the balcony and the view were lovely. Everything was in close proximity: supermarket, the beach, tram and bus stops. Javier provided helpful tips to make our stay more pleasant. Beach equipment was provided which was a huge plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. There was a portable air con which helped cool the place quickly on our first night, but most of the time open windows and fans were enough. The bus is literally right by the entrance and takes you to main station where we could leave our bags (thanks for the tip Javier ;) and walk around before catching bus to airport from the same stop.

We received excellent check in instructions from our host, but we wish we didn’t need so many keys and elevators to get to the apartment. However, we can’t complain. For the value this was a fantastic stay. We had a great time.

Host was very helpful. Easy access to the beach, city centre, shop. Nice view from the balcony.

Very bad mattress in a small bedroom. No kettle. No air conditioner or central heating. If electric heaters are on, electricity kept going off at the main.

Spotless apartment near the beach

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the tram, 8 minutes to the wonderful sandy beach with friendly cafe. Javier the host was a real gent, and he picked us up/dropped us off at the airport for a modest fee which made everything very easy.

3 day break in Miranda al Mar

Spotless apartment with everything one needed. Very helpful obliging host. Excellent location close to airport, city, sightseeing and beaches. We highly recommend Miranda al Mar.

Location is perfect because it is in the midle between San Juan playa and city center. For the price apartment is ok but it is not brand new. Nice and helpful host.

Everything was Perfect! Very nice Javier apartment administrator with great English 😁 we was able to leave the luggage much earlier than check in. Very friendly and helpful with everything! Thank you! Great two swimming pools. In apartment very clean and with all things that you need (dishes, coffee, tea, etc) amazing view from nice tarrace ( with stuff on the beach) 2min to shop. 5min by bus to centum. Very recommend!!

Trip Alicante

We were with 5 girls, and the service as well the location was perfect! Everything that you need to stay for a weekend was in this location. (Toilet paper, water, pepper&salt, towels, etc) The owner is very sweet and helpful with everything, just ask him and he will help. Perfect spoken English! If we are visiting Alicante again, we would definitely come back here again. Thanks a lot!

Superb apartment in Alicante

Our favourite part of the apartment was the balcony. Superb views over the sea and so spacious and comfortable. Overall the apartment was clean, comfortable with great facilities. You are close to the beach and a 10 minute bus journey takes you into Alicante. There are some nice restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. Overall we had a superb stay here and Javier was a great host.

There was nothing we didn't like the apartment it met all of our expectations.

House owner value more the money than the trust with residents.

All of equipment in this apartment is almost new. The terrace is big to enjoy seeing the beach.

The voltage of this house had a problem when we started to use the oven. So we had to put off the power of other electronics. After leaving, house owner messaged to me that the edge of toilet was broken down. We didn't know about it for staying there. I guessed the accident was happened for instability because it was already not fixed to the bottom part. It's accident is upon my family, but some fault is from the condition of this tool. But house owner charged to me all of this accident. And he just use spanish for explaing the situation not using english. I didn't want to quarrel with him so I transfer all of the money that he want. It's vey unhappy thing to us.
