This apartment with free wifi is located in Moneglia, in the eastern Gulf of Tigullio between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, in a private residence within a quiet residential area. It consists of three bedrooms (2 double beds and two separate beds, convertible into a common bed if necessary, with bed linen). Spacious eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine.
A balcony and a roof terrace one floor up (for exclusive use) with incomparable views complete the facilities. Parasol, seating and sunbeds, lighting and a shower with hot and cold water are provided.
The residence is located 1 km from the center, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly at the house.
Our apartment is suitable for families and for those who want to spend a vacation in a quiet environment, immersed in a typical Ligurian ambience between the sea and the surrounding hills.
Moneglia is located in the extreme eastern Gulf of Tigullio in the middle between Portofino / Santa Margherita Ligure and the Cinque Terre / Portovenere. It is included in the "List of the most beautiful places in Italy" and has been consistently awarded the "Blue Flag" FFE (Foundation for Environmental Education) since 1990. It is an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre, which can be reached in 25 minutes by train or by boat across the sea. For trekking lovers, there is a number of marked trails starting from the center of the village, where you can admire sunsets and landscapes of rare beauty.
In the town center: diving club, boat rentals, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, health care and first aid points with defibrillators, bars and restaurants where you can taste traditional Ligurian specialties. Hospital at 10 km. Nearest airports: Genoa (65 km), Pisa (125 km). Pisa, Lucca and Florence can be reached as a day trip.

Our host Giulia, was fabulous! She was extremely welcoming, and recommended points of interest, with suggestions about transportation. When we arrived she was there to greet us and walk us through the apartment, provided detailed maps and pointed us to all the important areas around the town and gave us great tips for enjoying our stay. She had wine and a snack laid out for us. I could go on and on, and I haven’t even started talking about the property. As for the location, it cannot be topped. Just a few minutes to the beach, boat tours, ferry, mini markets, shops, train station, restaurants, and cafe’s. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped, tastefully furnished, the location, the view, and the atmosphere were all excellent. Just such a cute place. It was better than we could have imagined. Thank you Giulia! You made our stay in Moneglia paradise! Hope tomorrow’s paths again some time!

We had a wonderful week in the apartment. The terrace view onto the bay of Moneglia is amazing. We loved just sitting there and enjoying the view onto the sea. The apartment has everything you need (dishwasher, laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, outside chairs etc.) and is located a nice 15 min walk from the town center. We never used our car and were able to walk everywhere. Giulia was a wonderful host and always ready to help. The apartment was super clean and cosy, we'd love to come back again.

We were four people sharing three bedroom apartment remove from the town center. Communication with Guilia was seamless and she responded with any request that we might’ve had. She was flexible with our check in time at our check out time and anything else that we required. We loved loved loved being able to leave the small town I walk up the hill to the quiet location. The views are spectacular. The location of the property is approximately halfway between Portofino and Cinque Terre which made day trips possible. We loved returning to the apartment after our daily journeys and a beautiful reprieve from the crowds. If you were looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is it. And the rooftop patio is more than you could ever imagine.

Our stay in Moneglia was truly memorable, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of our hosts, Luciana and Julia. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and has the most spectacular views over the bay and village. The location is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terra without the frenzy and crowds. The village is charming and the ocean is very calm and ideal for swimming. The walk down to the village is through a stepped pathway, which takes about 10 minutes. The climb back up requires stamina but our reliable taxi driver rescued us if necessary! We'll definitely return as we couldn't have asked for more beautiful accommodation in truly magnificent location.

Overall this visit was one of our favorite visits anywhere we have been. The host and family was incredibly gracious ensuring we knew how to get to the apartment by driving down to meet us. Communication was superb. Moneglia was a wonderful quite town with numerous restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the apartment and within walking distance to town, beach and train station. We will try to visit again in early 2023.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön, sowohl von der Lage her als auch von dem Haus her. Die “Vermieter” waren auch sehr nett. Von uns aus gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten, also können wir es nur weiterempfehlen.

Einfach nur grossartig
Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft: gross, gut ausgestattet mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf's Meer und die Stadt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut ging. Wir haben es sehr genossen und haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder einmal.

Spent a remoteworking week here and loved it. Luciana was flexible, accomodating, and a gracious host...thanks again to her and her father! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and was light and airy. (Wifibandwidth also worked well for us). Beds were comfortable and there were even optional down duvets which was great as we loved to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the refreshing night air and incredible concert of birds in the morning. (Moneglia has so much green space between the buildings, it's a joy)
If I has to find _anything_ negative to mention, it would be the use of room fragrance which I don't care for ...but putting the potpourri glasses aside and airing a bit was the solution, and I want to emphasize that there were no unpleasant smells being covered up at all!!
The terrace in front of the living room is perfect for a breakfast with view of the ocean, and the amazing roof terrace just a magical place for watching the night fall over dinner and a glass of wine. The location is a 10 minute walk from the beach, several truly fine restaurants are also in walking distance (Assirto, Ruota). There is a reserved parking space a few metres from the apartment, so the car was tucked away and we had our peace of mind in a valley that neither has much traffic to speak of nor needs a car to be enjoyed.
We will return for sure!

Enchanting!
Spent a remoteworking week here and loved it. Luciana was flexible, accomodating, and a gracious host...thanks again to her and her father! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and was light and airy. (Wifibandwidth also worked well for us). Fantastische Aussicht in Gehdistanz zum Dorf und Strand
Wer gerne aufs Meer hinaus schaut ist hier goldrichtig. Von der Terrasse mit 360 Grad - Rundumblick auf dem Dach der Wohnung und einem Balkon von Süd bis West lässt es sich toll ins Blaue und Grüne schauen. Die sehr geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist via einem direkten, offiziellen, Fussweg inkl. einer kurzen Treppe vom Dorf/Strand in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser ist auf Googlemaps jedoch nur auf dem Satelitenbild ansatzweise zu erkennen.
Sehr gut organisierte, zuvorkommende und herzliche Vermietende.

Unbelievable Terrace
We just wrapped up four days here. I really didn’t believe the terrace would be as fabulous as it sounded. I was wrong! My daughters spent a better part of an entire day sunning themselves and playing on the huge sun deck.
The rest of the apartment was well appointed. We brought a one-year-old who appreciated the baby bed and high chair. We also liked the parking - just across the street and large enough for a van.
We would love to visit again!

La mejor opcion para visitar cinque terre y levante
Propietarios muy simpaticos y atentos, realmente gente muy amable y eficaz. Apartamento amplio, comodo, completisimo, muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. Muy tranquilo y con aparcamiento ein un pueblo pintoresco con buenos restaurantes y supermercados. Es sencillo ir en tren a cinque terre y otras ciudades o simplemente descansar ein la playa y hacer senderismo. Acabamos de volver y ya tenemos ganas de volver.
Muy recomendable.

Eine Traumwohnung mit einer phantastischen Dachterrasse
Von Luciana wurden wir sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie führte uns durch die extrem saubere und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die nur von dieser Wohnung über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar ist. In dem Haus wohnen die Vermieter und andere Urlauber, man bekommt aber nichts von anderen Bewohnern mit und hat es ganz ruhig. Das Haus liegt am Berg und der Weg ins Dorf ist über einen Treppenweg zu Fuß prima erreichbar, ca. 10 Minuten bergab und zurück bergauf etwa 15 Minuten. Wir haben das Auto 5 Tage lang auf dem Parkplatz am Haus stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Zug gemacht. Es ist sehr einfach online Zugtickets zu buchen. So ist es zum Beispiel ein leichtes einen Ausflug ins Cinque Terre oder nach Sestri Levante zu machen. An den Strand oder zum Abendessen sind wir immer gelaufen. Man könnte auch mit einem Bud fahren.
Es war eine tolle Woche im September und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke Luciana! Tanti saluti Petra e Bernd

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Moneglia
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Schon die erste Kontaktaufnahme mit Giulia hat super geklappt, Check-in war ganz problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir haben und rundherum wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit der exzellenten Terrasse. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Der absolute Hammer ist die Dachterrasse mit super Blick aufs Meer und Moneglia.
Wir haben noch nie einen so entdpannten Urlaub erlebt - die Vermieterin ist ein echtes Herzchen, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Erholsame Tage am Meer
Wir verbrachten als Paar eine wunderschöne Woche in Moneglia. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet (es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht), zudem bietet sie eine herrliche Ausicht aus den Fenstern, dem Balkon und von der eigenen Terrasse ! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, höflich, und immer hilfsbereit.
Kurz gesagt, wir waren rundum zufrieden !

esperienza più che positiva. La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha accolto con prosecco e focaccia. L'appartamento è grande, molto pulito e con una vista sul mare indescrivibile. L'ubicazione in collina è adatta per potersi godere il mare ma nello stesso tempo per estraniarsi e stare tranquilli.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die Dachterrasse hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts. Zudem haben wir noch nie eine so nette Vermieterin kennengelernt. Luciana ist eine so herzliche Person, die sogar ihre Gäste mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und selbst gemachten Dingen überrascht. Wir hoffen sehr bald wiederkommen zu können!

Superaufenthalt
Luciana ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, bei Problemen hilft sie schnell weiter (Duschkopf ist kaputtgegangen und noch am selben Tag hatten wir einen neuen).
Noch nie hatte ich im Urlaub so eine blitzblank geputzte Wohnung gehabt.
Ach und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum!
Zur Begrüssung stand Prosecco, Focaccia und selbstgemachte Marmelade bereit und ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk haben wir auch noch bekommen !!

Soggiorno stupendo! casa accogliente, proprietari gentilissimi, posizione magnifica!!
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa casa semplicemente bellissima, curata nei minimi particolari con una terrazza "mozza fiato". I proprietari sono persone gradevolissime che ci hanno messo a nostro agio dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno.

Italian flair
This appartment is everything you need to experience the coast of Liguria.
It’s interior design shows a balanced mix of old and new with high ceilings, antique stone tiles on the floors and beautiful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the neighbourhood is quiet. Additionally the apartment offers a well equipped kitchen and everything you will need for the beach.
The host was lovely and welcomed us with warm italian hospitality and culinary treats.
We would definately come back and recommend Moneglia to anyone who would like to experience Cinque Terre but without the hoards of tourists.

Ein toller Urlaub bei Familie Vernengo in Moneglia
Das Angebot hat mit seinen Bildern schon fasziniert, die sehr positiven Bewertungen, der Ausblick, die Dachterrasse und die Größe der Wohnung waren ausschlaggebend dafür, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung ausgewählt haben.
Nach langer Anreise aus Norddeutschland mit dem Auto dort angekommen, wurden wir sehr herzlich und ehrlich freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir begeistert. In der Küche standen sehr herzlich angerichtet Willkommensgeschenke in Form einer Flasche Wein, einer Flasche Olivenöl aus dem eigenen Hain, selbstgemachte - sehr köstliche - Marmelade und frische Focacchia. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir haben schon einige auch sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen in Italien bewohnt, waren daher auf eine recht praktische und begrenzte Ausstattung eingestellt. Wir wurden äußerst positiv überrascht. Die sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Küche und das schöne Wohnzimmer sind mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Von der Mikrowelle über den Backofen, bis hin zu einer Vielzahl an Tellern und Besteck ist alles vorhanden. Nur, die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Kaffeemaschine besteht aus zwei Espressokannen für den Gasherd. Wir hatten zum Glück eine Thermoskanne dabei und haben uns mit einem großen Trichter beholfen, in den die 1x4 Filtertüten hinein passten. Damit war das Problem behoben. Der TV im Wohnzimmer verfügt leider nur über italienische Programme, anfänglich gewöhnungsbedürftig, im Verlauf des Urlaubs aber der Erholung nicht abträglich. Informationen konnte man sich mittels des sehr gut und schnell laufenden W-LANs beschaffen, ansonsten haben wir abgeschaltet und nicht viel von der Welt mitbekommen. Herrlich ! Die Betten sind wirklich erstklassig, wir durften die schöne Wohnung drei lange Wochen genießen und haben super geschlafen. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernommen, die schönen Marmorböden glänzten und es war nicht mal in den Ecken Staub zu sehen. Die Dachterrasse dieser Wohnung ist der Hammer! Über eine außen an der Stirnseite des Hausflurs liegende Wendeltreppe erreichbar und nur für die Mieter dieser Wohnung verfügbar, bietet sie einen traumhaften Rundumblick auf das Meer und das bergige Hinterland. Bei der Familie Vernengo haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufmerksamere Vermieter einer Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nicht kennengelernt. Top Ferien Wohnung an Top Lage - einfach WOW
Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Top Appartement an einer Top Lage und die Gastfreundschaft war überwältigend. Die Privatsphäre wurde jederzeit gewahrt und bei Fragen war die Familie jederzeit für uns da. Wir können dieses Appartement nur empfehlen und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Große, gepflegte FW mit traumhafter Aussichts-Terrasse
Die große Wohnung bietet einfach alles, was man braucht, sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt vorab über E-Mail oder SMS verlief umgehend und zuverlässig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten empfangen, sogar frische Kräuter waren zum Kochen gerichtet.
Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft, da wir durchweg gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir diese gut nutzen. Der Zugang über die Wendeltreppe ist beim ersten Mal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Problem - selbst unser Hund schaffte sie fast allein.
Die Vermieter wohnen in der unteren Wohnung, waren aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt gegenüber, was bei den beengten Platzverhältnissen ein Vorteil ist, zumal man auf der Straße nirgends parken kann und auch nicht darf.
Moneglia ist ein beschauliches, nettes Städtchen mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants.
Die Zugverbindung zu den umliegenden Städten - auch den Cinque Terre - ist problemlos möglich.
Nach 15 Minuten ist man über einen Fußweg am Strand (der Hundestrand ist ganz an Ende der Bucht und dauert daher etwas länger), der Rückweg ist je nach Kondition und Temperatur etwas länger - stets bergauf.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Valore aggiunto al tutto la magnifica terrazza /solarium tra cielo e mare godibile in ogni momento della giornata dove è possibile cenare godendosi il tramonto sul golfo
I proprietari sono molti gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità e per dare consigli su cosa fare e come raggiungere le bellissime località vicine
In 20 minuti di treno si possono raggiungere le Cinque terre o a piedi alcuni dei sentieri di questo incantevole tratto ligure
