About this apartment rental
Our one bedroom apartment is in Lagos Marina, on the second floor. It is beautifully furnished with both the living/dining room and bedroom having balconies enjoying wonderful views over the Palm tree garden to the Marina. We are only a few minutes walk from the wonderful beach of Meia Praia. You can also take a short walk to the town centre of Lagos and gaze at the yachts moored at the pontoons. The apartment comes with free wifi and an allocated underground car parking space accessed from the Meia Praia road. Complimentary swimming pool access at the nearby Marina Club Suite Hotel is also available. Use of the facilities at the adjoining health club is payable locally. There is also a playground for children in the near vicinity. The apartment is fully air conditioned providing a comfortable environment in the height of summer but also during winter.

The apartment was roomy and cool. In an excellent location on the Lagos Marina. The pool was great for swimming. We will return, excellent value.

The apartment was a good size - good sized bedroom , great kitchen and the living area is big. Everything was lovely and clean, good quality and well looked after. We didn't cook but if you wanted to, the apartment is very well equipped for self catering. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the marina and you can walk into the main town in a few minutes, where there are lots of great restaurants. Hired a car so great to have the use of the basement car park. Communucation from the hosts was good - plenty of helpful information in a file in the apartment and Ben from the rental company who checked us in was very friendly and easy to contact prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple staying in Lagos and will definitely be back in the future.

The appartement and enviroment was perfect for my vacation with my over 80 years old mother. Everything was in short distance. The beach, the supermarket, the restaurants and bars. Our stay was really nice from start to finish.

We cannot say enough about how great this apartment is - very comfortable and equipped to a high standard, with a fantastic view of the palm tree garden and the marina, sunlight all day on the two balconies, great proximity to the old town and a handy super market and wine store across the street. We took advantage of both the town - its many restaurants, and the great historical towns and vast natural beauty of the coastline and its charming villages.
We are already planning our return. Both the owners and property manager, Georgia ,were accommodating and attentive.

The Apartment is great if you want to be close to the Marina and the Old Part of Town (15 Min by foot) but still stay in a quiet location. Everything was in good condition and the kitchen fully equipped, even with a washing machine. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the free underground parking is nice bonus.

The apartment had everything we wanted. It was very clean and very well equipped. It is in an excellent location at the back of Lagos Marina and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the town. We would definitely choose to stay there again on future holidays.

I picked this apartment for its location and I wasn’t let down. Near the marina in a quiet location with 2 balconies facing west and catching the afternoon sun. The facilities were excellent, we particularly liked the Nespresso coffee machine which was similar to ours back home. TV was fine, we didn’t use Netflix but it was available. The parking space in the basement garage was a bonus because when we parked across the road the car got very dirty under the trees.
We had a lovely stay and would come back again.

We have stayed at this apartment many times now and you just can't beat it! Beautiful apartment, clean, modern and quiet near a very good supermarket, beach and many restaurants. Just about for next year again!

The property is great, nice to have laundry machine, dishwasher, A/C (didn't need it for our stay), nespresso, etc. Access to the pool, location to marina, old town, grocery store, etc. is perfect. Property management team was wonderful and very responsive. Note - when checking in, just park in the lot across the street from the front door (we might have missed this in the instruction package). Owner gave us the heads up on building painting, which was appreciated, and wasn't really an issue for us.
Definitely recommend.

This one-bedroom condo was beautifully decorated, centrally located for everything within Lagos, and was equipped perfectly. The pictures of the unit are accurate and I couldn't give the owners and property managers a higher rating. Thank you for making my month a month to remember.

This is a great apartment that has everything you need for a super holiday. The sofa and chairs in the lounge are comfortable and the bed is comfy too. With both balcanies facing into the garden, you don't hear the noise of the road, so you can enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to be able to cook

Great location with restaurants with entertainment a block away with old town Lagos just another block - no hills. Bed, bedding, towels etc were all very high quality. We appreciated the view; sound of birds outside; the cooler with ice packs (already frozen); the ice trays (our first during the 2 months travelling Europe); the comfortable patio furniture on the two patios; and great kitchen outfitted with sharp knives and ample dishes and pots/pans. Parking was in the secured basement. A large grocery store was a block away. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit to an apartment at Lagos Marina. The location is very convenient for supermarket shopping and the town is within easy walking distance. There are also many places to eat and drink at the Marina. You really don’t need a car as you can walk just about anywhere and if you need a train, the station is nearby. The apartment is well appointed, with easy access via the lift from the garage or the street. Our overall experience in the apartment was good.

Another Great Stay
Great to be back in Lagos and staying at our favourite apartment. Everything perfect, with all you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. A short walk into town to enjoy all the great restaurants, and near to a supermarket if you want to self cater. We enjoyed sunshine all afternoon on the two spacious balconies, and enjoyed a gin & tonic while watching the sun go down. Can’t wait to return.

Great apartment in good location
We had a great break in Lagos, despite a couple of rainy days.
The apartment was very well equipped and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.
There were some lovely coastal walks in the area, and the scenery was stunning. The town was an easy stroll away with plenty of restaurants etc. There was also a supermarket just a few minutes walk which was very handy, and Lidl which is cheaper about 5 mins drive away.
We would love to return and would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Lovely Apartment in a Good Location
This apartment had everything we required for our stay in Lagos. It was absolutely spotless and very well decorated.
There are lovely views of the Marina from the balcony, and it was pleasant to sit and read in nice warm March weather. The Pingo Doce supermarket was a short walk away and was perfect to pick up some groceries and good value wines. There are lost of bars and restaurants on the Marina - just a short stroll from the apartment, and we also walked to the old town where there are many more restaurants and shops. We ate out every night and found very good value in all restaurants. We would recommend Portafino on the Marina (good idea to make a reservation and to get a table overlooking the Marina). We took some great long walks on Meia Praia beach and we drove to some nearby seaside villages and up the hills to Monchique. Communication was very good from the owners and their agent Paula was particularly helpful on our arrival at the apartment. We would highly recommend this property.

Stayed at this a apartment for one week in August, the apartment is well appointed for a couple.
We had great communication with the owners before travelling and their on site management team promptly met us on arrival.
The apartment block is very secure and the actual apartment has a safe.
Everything that you would need for a self catering holiday is at hand. The apartment was well presented and very clean. It has two lovely balconies that have a very nice view of a garden area with a partial view of the marina which make it a very nice spot to have meals and relax.
The apartment is in my opinion well located in Lagos, with short walk over the marina to the old town, its also a 5 minute walk to an expansive supermarket (great for self catering) and a 10 minute walk to the main beach.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Great place to stay in Lagos!
Excellent location and very comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed and good value for money. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance so we were unable to use it which is not unusual in February. We were expecting a change of towels mid week but that didn’t happen although we were able to use the washing machine in the apartment and the weather was great so they dried easily. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Another Great Stay
Our second visit to this lovely apartment, and everything just as perfect as before. Slept well in the lovely comfortable bed, waking up to the great view through the palm trees to the Marina beyond. We enjoyed watching the Azure Magpies, that came every morning to feed on the palm trees. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you would need, if you want to self cater. We enjoyed lovely lunches on the beautiful sunny balcony, even in January. There is also a supermarket, which is only a short walk along the Marina. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great restaurants in town, also just a short walk from the apartment. We had a hire car, and the underground garage was very convenient, with a lift directly to the apartment on the second floor. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday, and would not hesitated to book this fabulous apartment again.

Having stayed before we knew what to expect at the resort, which didn't disappoint, but the accommodation was new to us. Again the apartment didn't disappoint and we were impressed with the facilities and general standard of equipment and furniture etc. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any initial request for info. Fine for a short break in town with easy access to beaches
Property conveniently located on the Marina within easy walking distance of the town. Car required for ease of access to beaches. Underground parking very useful on hot days. Apartment has a pleasant outlook towards the Marina and does encounter some road noise. Well equipped and comfortable but required a couple of hours cleaning to bring it to an acceptable standard. Check in could have been more informative on practicalities eg access to pool, car park, bins, working the TV and clearer on check in time which seems to be 4 not 2pm. Overall fine for a short stay,

Perfect for Two
We will return to Lagos and if this apartment is available we will happily return. What better recommendation can I make?
The location is perfect, about two blocks from the Lagos Train Station and three blocks from a large supermarket. Once we arrived Lagos, we walked to all destinations or used the local bus service. Good restaurants are within walking distance, if you are fit.
The apartment's furnishings were perfect for two occupants. Two large upholstered club chairs and a modern sofa provided more seating than we required. For dining, there is a large table and four chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality cook wear, cutlery, and dinner wear. Appliances were modern, small but more than adequate for my wife and I (both of us enjoy cooking).
We were in residence for 15 days and there was not a cloud in the sky for any. Temperature was mild, with mostly moderate breezes and low humidity (the period was late May to June 2). Many beaches to choose from in Lagos, or branch out to other towns in the area.
I communicated directly with the owner and I received a response to each inquiry in a few hours. His attention to details was evident in his property.
