Manque de respect total de cet hébergement tenu par des gens sans scrupule

Emplacement idéal face à la mer et la piscine, proche du centre ville Vue magnifique

L’appartement 334 est dans un état lamentable, vétuste délabré et sale. Il y a d’énormes cafards qui sortent de la salle de bains, et des fourmis dans la cuisine sur le bar d’entrée. La salle de bain est dangereuse, les prises traînent dans l’eau. Et la baignoire est pleine de rouille. Dans la cuisine, le chauffe eau coule sur des équipements électriques… La Clim fuit sur la terrasse. Il semblerait qu’aucun travaux, aménagement et entretien n’ai été effectué depuis 30 ans. L’appartement mitoyen était loué via une autre société et était impeccable ( refait à neuf , sain, propre) . Les normes de sécurité ne doivent pas être les mêmes au Portugal.

NADA.Solo UBICACIÓN.

NADA DEL APARTAMENTO Y ZONAS COMUNES Limpieza nefasta en interior y exterior ( en las escaleras de zonas comunes: un calcetín que llevará meses y suciedad por zonas comunes e interior de vivienda.(¡Sin barrer hace meses!) Puerta de entrada rota con bisagras salidas y para cerrar ,sin portazo imposible. Mobiliario viejo Ascensor lentísimo! Y además hay que mantenerlo pulsado mientras subes, todo el trayecto¡O se para! Aire acondicionado sin funcionar,a pesar de haber solicitado al chico de recepción,su arreglo desde la mañana siguiente a nuestra llegada ( ¡y estuvimos tres días!) Azulejos de entrada a bañera rotos,con riesgo inminente de hacerte daño con el mínimo descuido ( corte).

Super lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na oceoa i plażę Dona Ana, fajny basen, prywatny tarasik z cudownym widokiem, miła obsługa, blisko do centrum miasta, promenady i pozostałych atrakcji. Polecam ośrodek, nie sugerować się durnymi opiniami typu poobijane tależe, brak deski do prasowania, pralki itp itp. Cena jest adekwatna do standardu ośrodka

Appartement idéalement situé.

La situation de l’hotel sur le bord d’une magnifique plage, près de la vieille ville à pied. Personnel à l’accueil gentils et serviables. Belle grande piscine. Appartement de bonne taille avec 2 salles de bain completes.

Mobilier vieillot. Laveuse à linge ne fonctionne pas. Lit de la chambre des maîtres tres tres inconfortable. Manque d’amour coté entretien. Exemple: fond de douche écaillé. Il faut payer 3 euros par chaise longue à la piscine. Il s’agit de vieilles chaises bien ordinaires.

Perfect location.

Man what a view. The pool is great too. Located near everything I wanted and needed. Highly recommend it.

This is nit picky, but the sofa couch was a little uncomfortable. However, my parents and brother loved their rooms.

Receptionist was lovely, let us check in early and on check out day we were able to leave our bags there until we were leaving in the afternoon. Pool was so nice to swim in also. The rooms are so nice and dark which was perfect for sleeping when we were jet lagged (as we came from New Zealand)

Amazing place with amazing people

Location is amazing, 5 mins walk and you are in Dona Ana beach (Praia de Dona Ana one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been). The train station is not far as well 25-30 mins walk. Supermarket is near too 500 meters. The city center 10 mins walk. Staff are kind and ready to help. There is no internet in the rooms but you can have a pocket router by leaving 50 EUR deposit which is FULLY returned when you return the router.

Nice stay, great views. Well equipped accomodation with balcony overlooking sea and pool.

Nice location, and friendly reception staff. Parking was free. Only a short walk from the town. The fact we could see the sea was particularly pleasing. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. The balcony at the appartment was a nice touch.

The guy that guards the entrance to the pool had no manners. The pool water was pretty cold but the pool area was nice overall.

Reasonably priced well located apartment complex that needs renovation.

Located close to the beach and not too far from the center of Lagos, within walking distance. Very good restaurant close by with a beautiful view.

The promised sea view was limited to a gap to the left. The rooms were not heated on arrival and were not so up to full comfort during our stay. The facilities need renovation. WiFi is only available at the reception.

Nothing I didn't like really I felt really fortunate to get an appartment with a beautiful view catering facilities were a bit dated but I think each appartment is different with some being more modern.... But not really a problem for meat the time.

2 broken bottle openers on arrival, dead batteries in the TV remote. supplement paid for a sea view which was questionable.

Worth the money especially if you’re a group of travelers.

the location is very nice with an amazing view especially in the morning during the sunrise. It’s a huge apartment much more than I needed.

some of the facilities are broken or old but not that important. it’s a bit cold at night during winter season.

The location was perfect. Pinhao Beach, grocery and restaurants were nearby. Perfect for family vacation.

WiFi was not available, and the beds were uncomfortable for us to sleep. The rest were OK.

Such a disappointment - thank goodness everything outside of complex made up for it.

Lovely view. Nice pool.

Apartment was awful! Dirty inc faeces ingrained on toilet seat. Bath was peeling so bad you couldn’t use. Place was run down. Cleaner was inconsistent. One teaspoon? Cheap clunky furniture. Had to tune tv ourselves. Large deposit on WiFi. Beds squeaked so bad you dare not not turn over in bed in fear of waking the dead. Dogs next door kept barking and pooing on the patio next door. Really run down overall and staff were also abrupt. Pool attendant (lady one far worse than male - he was ok) was like a police officer constantly observing you as a guilty party. Parking was a nightmare - had to park on verges etc far away. Felt ripped off and totally misled.

Great location and views but apartment needs major repairs

The location is absolutely awesome. Great views and easy beach access.

The apartment was in serious need of renovation. There were visible gaps between doors and doorframes which meant that on cold and windy days the reverse cycle aircon could not keep the apartment heated and jacket/shoes was needed indoors (the place does come with at good supply of blankets)

The kitchen was well equipped, we had two coffee makers, overflow and pressure coffee makers, toaster, cooker and kettle, everything we needed and even more. Rom service appeared every other day and changed bed linen and towels upon request. An apartment with two bedrooms, large wardrobes and a view of the sea, not in the first line, but the view was beautiful. On the roof of the building, in front of the seagulls made a nest, so the small seagulls added charm and did not let you forget about themselves. In the apartment there was a washing machine, a drying rack for clothes, an iron, an ironing board. The apartment was very comfortable, although the equipment is not of the first youth.

Reception was very helpful and kind. beautiful sea views from the apartment. Great value for the price. we would definitely stay here again

We managed but there are a lot of stairs to get around the property. There was not enough lighting in the living room area. we would have liked to use Wi-Fi in room but went down by poolside cafe and used it.

The washing machine was broke. That was a disappointment, since I already bought washing powder before I saw the note.
