Quiet, comfortable nicely redone. Washer/dryer was a plus.

Incredibly immaculate, large space, new appliances and furniture.
The front door to the property was difficult to lock. If not aware, the bolt did not catch properly.

The home is very cute inside and out. The home is spacious with plenty of room for a small family or couple. The home is also super convenient to the historic distract of St. Augustine which is great because it saves parking in downtown because the historic center is walk-able from the home. The home is a few blocks from the historic district which is also good because the noise of the crowds doesn't reach the home. The home has a great balcony with rocking chairs for relaxing off the main bedroom. The view across the street is just ok but there are trees and a lot of songbirds and squirrels to watch and its relatively quiet for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!
Nothing...it was a great stay!

We loved the character of the house and the location! Short walk to St. George Street and all the fun activities. We will most definitely stay here again when we return to St. Augustine!
We loved everything about it!

Good location and the apartment was clean and organized. Washer and dryer...very nice shower.
My husband said the bed could have been a little more comfortable. And you can hear some noise from neighbors but at night it wasn't bad. The apartment below us had a argument after 10 but it was short.

Loved how do many things were included in the room like spices, kitchen appliances, and other necessities. Also a short peaceful walk to St George Street.
Nothing! It was all great.

The apartment was awesome. Very clean and spacious. Conveniently located near town
There were only 2 wine classes (and we broke one) and only 2 coffee cups --- meaning we had to wash dishes every day. A few more of each would have been more convenient, especially if we invited someone over for a drink or some coffee

The location and and the value are unparalleled! Why stay in a hotel if you can stay somewhere that feels like home. Communication was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning
We had ZERO issues with our stay. The only issue was the weather. It happened to rain heavily during a King Tide so the roads were flooded.

All was great- location, very clean.. Spacious shower, towels, laundry, great kitchen.. We loved it! The property manager was very responsive and answered all quickly.
Initially we could not fit our car in the parking lot provided because we had rented a Tahoe and space was really tight, but quickly we were given a pass to park in parking lot a few blocks away so it was not an issue. The next day we were able to find a place on the street near the house.

Love this place and will definitely return. It was close to all the historic attractions and the bonus bikes were a plus.

Villa Mulvey #3 and #4
I am going to rate together since my family stayed in both over Memorial Weekend 2021 for 6 days – Husband and I stayed in #3 (studio) and 2 grown sons + 1 girlfriend stayed in #4 (1 bedroom + sofa bed.)
What we liked most:
Location to old town St. Augustin - less than a 1-mile pleasant walk. Girlfriend even walk in high heels to wedding we where attending. (I wore flats and put on my heels at wedding!)
BIKES! – plenty of bikes for the 5 of us. We rode all over and hardly needed to take car. Husband wanted us to ride bikes to the wedding, but got out voted. They are cruiser bikes so we all had to remember to how to use back pedal brakes. They even had 3 women bikes.
Keyless entry - we arrived at 2am and didn’t have to bother anyone to get in.
#4 has nice large kitchen – we made breakfast every day and did take-out 2 nights (restaurants were very busy over holiday weekend – make reservations.)
#4 has full size washer & dryer – nice to have if needed.
#3 has 2 rocking chairs in front and nice little deck in back. Whole family had wine and nibbles on deck one night.
Things to be aware of:
Elementary school across street – hear kids playing at 8 am, not a big deal to any of us.
Parking – plenty of parking on street before holiday weekend, then it got busy. #4 has back parking space, but #3 has a city parking pass that is a short walk (never used it.) We parked 1 car in front and just used the bigger car and parked in back if no street parking available.
Dogs are allowed. Luckily, only good dogs stayed during our visit. Did not hear them at all.
Bring your own ground coffee if you are a coffee drinker.
Bring your own facial wash.
#4 Sofa bed – son says was just okay. Not fun making up at 2 am – had to find sheets, but understand why it is not premade.
#3 seating options. Husband found red loveseat very uncomfortable. He does not like sitting/lounging on a bed and dinette chairs are barstool height. I nice large arm chair would be nice.

Our 3 day, two night stay was perfect. Nice neighborhood and only a couple blocks away from downtown! We only drove once during our stay to hit Publix grocery. So nice to go out for half the day and then walk back to the apartment to relax before venturing back out for the evening.
Villa is very clean, comfortable, ice cold air-conditioning, washer/dryer, etc. Full kitchen with gadgets, dinnerware, etc. Bathroom/shower is spacious! Plenty of super hot water! Bed is firm with super comfy sheets and pillows!
Definitely recommend staying at this location! Perfect size for a couple!
Thank goodness most of the time there is parking on the street right out front. We checked out the assigned spot on Riberia and you were not kidding when you said tight spots!🙄

Nice quiet property with an outside porch for relaxing. This is an old house and we were on the 2nd floor so you have to carry your own luggage upstairs, we are used to this having traveled extensively in Europe. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice and modern. It is an easy walk to downtown so once we were settled we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing. Some of the things that stand out are the bikes, the location, the quiet neighborhood, the kitchen, laundry machines, the shower was huge, literally had everything we needed (even birthday candles!). I brought my dogs, there were no hassles with that. The bikes are just out back, no hassles with that. Met lots of nice people, but I liked that with covid you really didn't have to interact with anyone. The hosts and the property manager checked in with us but not too much that you felt bothered. It was the best stay ever and I am rebooking soon for next year.
There really is nothing. The only thing I will mention for this particular apartment is the furniture pictured in the living room is not what is there. The couch was actually a pull out which was even better and it was two chairs instead of another loveseat. No big deal at all though.
