Best location in Park City! Less than a 1-minute walk to Park City Resort's Quit'N Time ski trail! Ski to Town Lift and home for lunch or apres ski! Short walk to Main Street (shops, restaurants, galleries, etc.). Avoid parking fees and traffic!
The Brookridge House sleeps up to 24. Each level has decks with incredible views overlooking Park City's Old Town and Deer Valley. Plus two NEW private outdoor hot tubs with amazing views. Easy access to slopes and town. Comfortable accommodations with ample space for large group. Hot tubs were a big hit! Host was extremely responsive to our inquires.

This house has everything! We were a large group and the simplicity of being able to walk to the end of the street to get on and off the slopes and walk down the stairs to Main Street made things so easy.

We had 9 guys stay at this property and it was very comfortable and convenient. A short walk to hop on Quiet Time which takes you down to the town lift and a short walk to Main St. I highly recommend for large groups or families.

This property is great for large groups. Host was very communicative and helpful. Truly ski in/ski out. Less than a minute walk and you're on the slopes. Just a short 5 minute walk down public stairs and you're in downtown. Be aware Quit'n Time is a solid blue, so beginners may have to slide on their butts to get down, but this is no fault of the property.

This property was accurately listed and excellent for a stay close to main street and within walking distance of the town lift slopes. We loved the location and amenities. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we loved the pool table/game room. Michael, the owner, communicated well and was a wonderful host. Thanks!

Ideal ski holiday home close to town and lifts

This home is the perfect location for enjoying a Park City vacation. We spent Christmas week here with our two adult children and their spouses. The 270 degree views of the town were spectacular from both inside the house and the hot tub areas. The place was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. Having two kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms gave us plenty of space for preparing and enjoying holiday meals at home and relaxing. Super convenient to the town lift and to find the trails. Convenient to town via city steps a few yards from the house. Michael was a wonderful host who kept the garage and walkways clear during snowstorms and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We used both units for our group and the kids loved the game room! Great location for intermediate skiers in terms of access to the mountain. Quick walk down the street to access the slopes. We had several new skiers who could not do that, though, and had to catch the shuttle to the base. Fairly easy walking access to Main Street down several flights of stairs. Easier to get down there than to get back up 😉. The view is incredible and the living area is comfortable. Great overall experience and the owner is very attentive/easy to contact!

We had an awesome time on a large group ski weekend at this house. The location is convenient to slopes (short walk) and town. Our only need for transportation was getting to the house and leaving- everything else you can walk to. The owner went over the top to make sure we had a great visit.

We have a group of friends and family ski trip every year and finding a place to host 19+ guest is not easy! This property has it all!! Ski in and out within 50 yrds to Quittin' Time Trail. Lots of beds, baths and open space for everyone to spread out in the two units. Each unit is exactly the same as the other, having two kitchens, two hot tubs, two fire places in the open floor plan. Master bedrooms are huge!! Both units connect via a game room with pool table, fusball, ping pong and sauna... Mike is very attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay pleasant! Will definitely return to Park City and hope to rent MIke's Condos. Thanks for everything!

I needed a place to fit my entire bridal party, and I was thrilled to find a place with eight king or queen beds. Michael was welcoming and generous, and the property close to main street. The only disapointment was that it was a duplex, so there were two kitchens, two sitting rooms, when really I wanted one house for all. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Two large townhome units that connect one level down from the entry, via a shared billiards room (also has a sauna in that room). The kitchens and dens do not offer any connectivity, and so our group connected mainly on the slopes and at restaurants. The one negative was there was no place to “veg” together and watch a movie, etc, after skiing all day.

ok, in overall the property and the locations is great, now if you want an independent place for each couple this is the right property, we have a blast because our crew was large and each individual has his own bed, but some people like and open plan properties, well this is not the case, and is not specified in the description, this is two town-homes exactly the same that communicate trough an amazing game room, you have a kitchen in each house and the same amount of bedrooms, i will give a 9 out of 10, i will call this ski in ski out depending on your skills, if you ask me, the answer is yes, i will rent this again

This house is amazing! It is just steps away from the main street in Park City and has beautiful views from both sides of the duplex. Michael was an amazing host and gave our group a lot of recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the area. I highly recommend booking this house for your next Park City trip. I guarantee it will be a highlight!

Great home! Easy access to skiing and Main street!

This house was perfect for our group who was on vacation with the motivation to be on the slopes throughout the day. The house is about 50 yards from a ski run within the Park City Mountain Resort that takes you to the Town Lift which will then give you full access to the mountain. Additionally the house is a short walk from main street allowing you an easy commute to and from dining and shopping. House was everything and more to our group and gave us the ability to enjoy a stress free time. Michael, the homeowner, was incredibly accommodating and helpful whenever needed. Could not give a more glowing review!
