Location is secondary to none. As promised we could walk to the temple and that was a huge relief with my elderly father.
Staff is super polite and very helpful. they got our of their ways to assist for anything and everything.
Food too was just as per our palette and truly enjoyed the dishes.
the size of bed is something that can be improved upon. However given the size of rooms and property itself I am not sure if this is possible at all. We had to request for an extra bed to avoid any inconvenience and as expected executed perfectly by staff.

Breakfast was fine for the cost paid
Staff was humble
We did not find the rooms very clean, there was dust and dirt on the floor, under the bed and room corners. I stated with my baby, so these things are very crucial. It looked like the the room was not cleaned properly after the last checkout.
The corner rooms were bigger and better. The rooms in the corridor are small and not noise insulated. Someone talking in the corridor, can be heard clearly from inside the rooms. Not at all convenient if you are resting.

The staff - Samrat and Rahul were extremely friendly and helpful.. The location of the hotel is very close to Pasupatinath temple.
The restaurant in the hotel was very well maintained and was able to make customisations as required.
The restaurant serves only vegetarian food and mainly Indian food.
This place doesn't have a lift, so it might be a bit difficult for elders to walk to their rooms.
It is a bit understaffed, hence it takes a lot of time to get food.
However the taste and quality are very good

Since I arrived by night and there's a lot of narrow streets on the way, I got a bit confused on where I was, but once I came out on day light, I realized I was RIGHT on the Pashupati Temple, which is ideal if you want to visit at 5 am (as I did) and see the area wake up and get started.
The staff at the hotel are very kind, nice and accomodating. They helped me with everything and went beyond expectations to make my stay easy and comfy. Thanks for that, guys! You were amazing!!
Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Chapatis and some potato sabji, along with tea or coffee. They also have a vegetarian restaurant and prices are very reasonable if you want to eat "a la carte".
There's a rooftop you can visit (there's no tables, chairs or the like, it's just a big terrace) or use to practice yoga, workout... with a view to the temple.
Overall I loved my stay there and I slept really well!!
Although I enjoyed my stay a lot, I guess I did not expect to have a room that had no window whatsoever (even to an inner patio or the like). I guess some of them have (for a higher rate) but I just simply was not aware.
Cleanliness was good but I would be a bit more mindful on certain details. My room had the walls full of children's scribbles (some kid decided to redecorate) and even some coffee (?) stains on the wall. Making sure those are gone by a thorough cleaning would give a much better aspect to the room. I also noticed there was some "leftovers" (some devotional items) in the desk drawer from previous visitors. Also, for some unknown reason, there were scattered mattresses leaning against the wall in the corridors. Maybe taking care of these small details that leave the impression of certain "carelessness" would improve the overall impression of the hotel. It's a great place in a lovely location so a bit more care on this would really make a difference.

Although they say the hotel is near the temple, fact is, it is Almost inside the temple , gate number 3. I stayed here for three nights before my Trek. The food was excellent indeed. Staff are so friendly. If your visit is specific about being in the temple for more time , its worth staying here as its bit far from the actual city center. If possible walk until bhoudda stupa which takes you 40 mins and you get to see the culture. If you need a proper temple view please request number 302. It's the best.
Kettle would have been worked. We need to call the reception for hot water if you need it for shower . Which is still manageable. Carry your hairdryer if you need one. There is no elivator. Carry enough money as there is no money exchange near by. Cards are acceptable but you might require cash to have a cup of tea and eat a snack.

If you are here to visit the Pashupatinath temple, there ain't a better place to stay. It's right in front of the temple. We could see the main temple and the beautiful area around right from our room on the 3rd floor.
Food is exceptionally good and staff is very kind and helpful.
Initially we were given a smaller room, it was quite clumsy, on request they gave us a larger room on the higher floor which was excellent.
