This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom newly updated January 2024 oceanfront condo is situated on the 11th floor of One Ocean Place . One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach throughout. The living room is equipped with a coffee bar with reverse osmosis filtered water, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and in unit WIFI. The living room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and a king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a large walk in shower and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath has 1 twin bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed and HD Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit.
Included are two beachfront chairs with umbrella from Memorial Day-Labor Day (subject to availability for the 2024 season), two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
Garden City is just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and easily accessible to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including golf, shopping, dining, amusement parks and shows.

What an amazing property. The building itself was recommended by my sister who has stayed there 10 years with her family. Great location for families, close to great food and drink options. The specific unit is exactly as described and did not disappoint! What a great view and beautiful interior - fresh and updated! Can't thank the hosts enough for providing such a wonderful experience for my family.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views, great beach, pools, hot tubs. Plenty of activities for the family within 15 minutes. Love family kingdom . We liked the restaurants at Murrells inlet and the Surfside pier area.

The place was very nicely decorated and convenient to everything. The only complaint was the cleaning was not that great. Owner offered to have service come next morning but we already unpacked and didn’t want to deal with it. Would stay again

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was PERFECT - just close enough to do all the tourist activities but private enough to not feel overwhelmed with tourists. The only thing we noticed was the floors were dirty which turned our feet black all week but that was easily overlooked with how amazing everything else was. Would definitely stay again!

Getting up in the mornings & opening the blinds to a view of the ocean was priceless. This unit is well equipped with most anything you need. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions. Would recommend this rental to anyone. Can't wait to go back

The condo was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and how nice to have laundry availability! The beach access, pool and parking worked out perfect as well as the location in a safe area right between the piers.

Fabulous view of the ocean. Easy to check in/out. Parking spaces are tight if you have a larger vehicle. Super easy to get onto the beach area. The master bed was very comfortable and I definitely would give it 5 stars!!

We had a great stay at this One Ocean Place condo. Enough room for 2 couples to enjoy a relaxing vacation and kitchen has all the typical cookware/utensils needed. Right on the beach and close to many public golf courses. Few restaurants within reasonable walking distance and it’s just a short drive to Murrell’s Inlet boardwalk area where we enjoyed some great live music. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Right on beach and very spacious. Tastefully decorated and updated. We especially enjoyed the balcony which was large enough to hold 2 chaises, 2 chairs and 2 small tables. There were luggage carts available by the elevators and elevator was close to condo door. Close to great restaurants in Murrells Inlet and lots of tourist shops. Great stay. Looking forward to next year already.

This property was incredible! It was everything the listing said it was, and so much more! I live a crazy, busy life! Being near the ocean/beach is my calm, happy place! It was a wonderful me-cation! I had to reach out to the owners several times, and they were super nice and even more helpful! I was so grateful for their patience. And if possible, I will definitely stay at this property again!!! This is an outstanding condo with gorgeous views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. Sunrises await! The location is excellent. Food Lion is close for groceries. Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course is excellent as well as other courses. Fresh seafood markets are near and many restaurants. The condo is well supplied, the bed is very comfortable, and we found it very clean and ready. The condo is right next to a fast elevator that makes entrance and exit to the garage or the beach, a breeze. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect view. Convenient location. Nicely updated and decorated. Loved the walk-in shower in master bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.Located within walking distance to Garden City Pier and also Surfside Pier. Would definitely like to stay again. Check in was easy. The condo is spacious, kitchen area was a little tight but not unbearable. The view was amazing. I loved the location and the private entrance from the beach to the condo. The owners took care of our reservation for the 2 chairs and umbrella which was a hidden gem. They were in the same spot every time and you were by the same people that were also enjoying their week, so it was easy to become friendly and have short conversations. Scott was easily reached the two small questions i had for him. We were not ready to leave at the end!

We surprised my out of state niece and her child with the outstanding condo. Usually we stay in a cramped hotel with my great nephew sleeping on a camping cot. This year everyone had they're own bed. We were able to enjoy our homecooked meals in front of the spectacular ocean view. I would recommend this awesome accommodation for any get together. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

I love, love, love this home. Amazing views and great location. The home is only steps away from the beach, but also had pools and hot tubs. Inside is very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. It is very close to the airport and has some restaurants and bars within walking distance, otherwise just a short drive to Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet. Getting into the home and parking is very easy and the owners are quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.

We went away and stayed at this condo for my sons spring break as every year we try and take a little trip somewhere. Upon arriving it was very clean. Beautiful breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. We saw dolphins a few times and the kids loved their bunk room. For the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was never crowded or the pool it was very nice to enjoy the pool but still see the beach while relaxing in the hot tub and pool - very nice feature! There is a beautiful restaurant right on the beach you can walk to if you walk the beach - we did go one night and it was delicious but especially the fried shrimp was amazing. The only thing I will say is there isn’t too much cooking utensils / cookware so just throwing that out if you’re a big cooker in the kitchen but otherwise loved everything and would recommend to anyone. 😊

This is our 1st time in this condo but we love the area! The condo was everything we were looking for. It's the perfect size, very clean and centrally located to the places we like to visit. The beach is beautiful and the sunrise is spectacular! It made for a perfect Spring Break!
