La propiedad no estás en buen estado para personas quedarse Ahy el aire no sirve tienen un abanico de techo no sirve tampoco eso Ahy está lleno de mosquito k no se aguanta dice k el desayuno está incluido y es mentira no te dan na tu hace un booking creeiendo k ese cuarto y cuando vas es otro peor ese hotel es un problema por todo los lao ese un hotel de mala muerte ese hotel deberían de ponerlo en gualey y no en el conde

I would not stay there there again.

The location is great.

Everything. Since I arrived it was a bad experience. I made a reservation and I informed them of my late arrival, they said it was fine. When I get there to check in, they didn’t have a room for me, they gave it to someone else. The person at the front desk decided to give my room to someone even though they knew I was coming in later than 4pm because my flight was delayed. I paid for that night and I was still there without a room. The guy would not recognize the mistake and wanted me to wait three hours for a room. Finally after exchanging couple words and make him look he was in the wrong, they offered me a “temporary room” but I had to move out of there in two hours. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower tile, that is basic cleaning. They didn’t not care to check if it was clean. At the end, I would never stay here again nor I would recommend. Avoid the headache and I bet there are cleaner places with better staff.

Excelente ubicación, a 3 cuadras del parqué colon las habitaciones son sencillas pero agradables y muy limpias, la atención del personal excelente siempre atentos atender tus solicitudes y darte cualquier indicación.

mejorar la señal del wifi en las habitaciones.

Well-located hotel

Excellent location, amenities near the hotel very friendly staff, air conditioner, room cleaned, fresh breakfast

Small room, the style of the furnitures are based on in other era, jacuzzi was not avaiable, noisy (that night a group of people were talking loudly)

Great location, friendly hosts, and good value. Would stay again.

I thought the staff was really helpful and friendly. And the location was super close to the center of the Zona Colonial. Wifi didn't reach into the room, but was very fast sitting out in the pretty comfy and stylish sitting area. Appreciated the closet with hangers.

AC wasn't great, but did eventually cool the room enough (I'm a light sleeper, and cool temperature is a must). Door handle was concerningly difficult to unlock from the inside, but was always able to get it.

Very good

The place has great staff and good breakfast. One member of the staff speaks good English. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms are better than others. All good value, but maybe ask to see a couple rooms, if available, to see the one you like best.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The manager Miguel is a character and is fun to engage with. Happy, fun and a friendly guy who makes a good Mojito :) The girls on reception, the bar, cleaning etc are all really nice to chat with, friendly and pleasant. It made an enjoyable and fun stay at the hotel. Location is great, bed was comfortable and the price was good. I was leaving for the airport before breakfast started but Miguel arranged and early breakfast and coffee for me which was nice of him.

Very helpful and happy staff Great traditional breakfast included Great location Amazing value for money

You can see this has been a great colonial style building. It is still functional but would benefit from upgrades. That will not stop me staying again due to the benefits.

Extremely and helpful staff is what made this stay enjoyable

They gave us a choice of breakfast and we were happy with that. The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, everything is right on your doorstep.

For the price you shouldn't ask much more. Improve breakfast

Breakfast should have been somewhat better for the price. The staff should wear better outfit, perhaps a standard uniform might help

Great Value, Great People, Great Location!!

The room was bigger than expected and the air conditioning worked great. The owner and workers of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. They also had a very good breakfast. Very pleased with our stay.
