Personnel horrible ne tenant pas compte des demandes voire agressif, cafards dans l'hôtel, cheveux après nettoyage, fuite d'eau, chambre minuscule.

Besitzerin ist sehr nett - sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer könnten besser sein.

Die Besitzerin ist - sehr nett - sehr hilfsbereit - Sie hat mir wirklich viel weiter geholfen. Es gibt auch ein einfaches sehr kleines Frühstück. (Kommt von Herzen). WLAN ist frei.

Zimmer sind nicht so gut. Für Kurz Aufenthalt akzeptabel.

La Experiencia más terrible de mi Vida.

Lo único fué la atención de la recepcionista que fué amable. Pero de resto la experiencia que pasamos no fué la mejor.

No me gustó el Hotel para nada. En las fotografías se veía limpio y ordenado. La realidad es otra. La habitación no está adecuada para dormir cómodamente, no tiene closet, los muebles deteriorados, el baño terrible, no hay ducha solo hay manguera para bañarse uno, había racionamiento de agua. El aire acondicionado super dañado; se escurría el agua estando prendido y cuando volvíamos en la noche ese charco de agua por toda la habitación. La nevera también dañada, la puerta está dislocada. También hacía reguero de agua.

DO NOT LODGE IN THIS LOCATION!!

Some friendly staff Other than that the place was a nightmare l had to cut short after two days there. The free breakfast is a sham. My mistake was to pay before inspecting the room.

Mold/fungus everywhere in bathroom/toilet. Dirt everywhwre from bed linen to floors and walls, broken appurtenances, trash in the room, insects, hairs, windows without locks. This place is a health hazard . Please de-list from booking.

Condiciones inhumanas habitación

Atención Sr. Héctor. Me quedé en su hotel el Domingo 21 de este mes y su trato en lo personal fue muy afable y cordial. Sin embargo quiero advertirle que debe darle condición al cuarto número 10 donde me hospedé. Me quedé y lo acepté por lo de la hora, pero no dormí y me enfermé por la falta de higiene en esta habitación 10. No tomaré ninguna medida, ni publicaré nada pues no quiero hacerle daño a usted en lo personal, pues entiendo que lo que debo hacer es decirle a usted para que repare esa habitación y que no le haga eso a otras personas. Adjunto le voy a poner las fotos de la habitación para que usted vea que fue muy inhumano y desconsiderado de su parte poner a una persona en una habitación en esas condiciones. Mi opinión como cliente .

Me gustó que tuvieron compasión, ya que en el hotel no había piscina y me llevaron Al otro que si tenía piscina . Me gustó la buena comunicación y que no dilatan en atender al cliente a darle el servicio.

No me gustó, que el desayuno es el mismo y ya que va incluído debería variar cada día , y más que pagué 11 días de estadía para disfrutarlo al máximo . Pero espero que en una próxima vez puedan arreglar eso y cambiar el desayuno el cual debería ser único para los clientes . Y me gustaría que tengan los servicios de comida adjunto a la oferta dela compra en esta página de Booking para seleccionar con comida y cena y desayuno con un monto considerable en oferta . Creo que es todo con lo que puedo expresarme de lo que no me gustó; pero no fue tan malo , y si tuvieran este servicio completo y apoyando más al cliente fuera un éxito .

We made reservations more than a month in advance but they gave our room to the previous guest, as he had decided to stay longer.

The location is good, but that's about it.

It was dirty, there was no running water in 1 of the rooms and they said we cannot change the room. 1 room didn't have an AC or even a fan and in the other the fan was barely working. We didn't even stay there, left to find another place as we wanted at least a running water.

There is no breakfast at hotel carribean

The face basin does not work, there is no mat to stand on in the bathroom when u get out the shower, n stop allowing women who sell there body to come in that hotel because one has threaten me for no reason at all , due to she took a gentleman money n he ask me to tell her to please leave cause he did not want any problems, I wanted to go back there when I came out the hospital but due to her making threats at me n the staff told me to watch out n becareful of her I did not went back, I love there even tho some of the stuff don't work , I lived there like five times already but this time I will not go back sorry.

None of the outlets in the room worked, the fan didn't work, air conditioner didn't work, the sink in the bedroom in the sink in the bathroom did not work. You have to wash your hands using the shower. Even with the windows closed mosquitoes still got in somehow. No towels , no toiletries,
