Perfectly situated on 13th tee box par 3 (you can even dip out and hit a few balls on a slow day ; ). This amazing home is perfect for a quick getaway or extended stay. Wide open floorplan is perfect for entertaining large families or multiple families.

Exceptional home for a large group
What a find! We needed a house near the Continental Country Club that could accomodate 6 adults(3couples)for a music festival. It was important for us to find a property that offered at least 3 King or Queen beds that didn't include bunk beds(we're all over 50 years old š). Very hard to do in this neighborhood so I was happy to find this listing. The house is exactly as described and as pictured, although the photos don't do it justice. It is a very open floor plan with so much natural light and beautiful views of the golf course. It is well appointed with every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. I think the house may have been recently remodeled and their design choices were superb--such a clean and classy ranch style home. I highly recommend booking this house for your next family or group vacation. My only regret is that we didn't book an extra day after the festival to just sit on the patio and enjoy one more day in this gorgeous home. We will definitely be back!

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS
This property is perfect for a larger group with kids. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen is awesomeā¦2 large family roomsā¦ping pong tableā¦master is hugeā¦great locationā¦.we had a blast!!! Dino was very responsive. We will come again for sure!

Perfect home for a family/friend gathering
The property and house were just what we needed. Large outdoor area for the kids to roam, a trampoline for them to enjoy. A playroom for the adults to play games and be loud while not disturb sleeping children. There was so much space we didn't have to worry about running into people in the kitchen or tripping over kids. Also no waits for the bathroom since there are 4.

Fantastic Stay
Our group had an awesome experience at Dinoās house. It was on the golf course where we played 2 days in a row and the golf course was a lot of fun. The Oakmont Restaurant at the golf course is a great spot to have food and drinks and enjoy the perfect summer weather in Flagstaff. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a fun weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!

Great Golf Getaway
Excellent house! We were in town for a golf trip including two rounds at Continental and couldn't have been happier! The location is literally across the street from the clubhouse. The house itself had nice, upgraded features throughout, was super clean and easily accommodated our entire party. The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to play golf or that just wants a modern, updated house!

An excellent place for a big crowd
We only had four adults and three kids but this place can entertain many more. Large living area with a nice bar and a TV and Ping Pong table was fun. Kitchen and all bathrooms were real nice and new. I wish we could use the garage to park our cars specially when we had ton of snow during our stay. And also a door to separate the master bath and the laundry room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Nothing that would ruin the trip. Later I would find what looked like feces smeared on one of the walls in one of the guest bathrooms - I wiped it off and I regret not taking a picture of it to prepare for what would come later from this owner. Upon our departure, we washed every dish, cleaned the kitchen, and followed the departure instructions to a tee. As a group of middle-aged women, all with executive jobs, we take pride in how we treat other people's homes and would only treat a home as we would treat our own. I was stunned to receive an email from the owner Dino with outlandish false claims about property damage we allegedly created. He sent photos of scuffs on the walls, paint chips/peeling on the door frames, broken dishwasher (that showed nothing in the photo), and broken vertical blinds. The only "damage" that was accurate were the photos of the white towels we used that had makeup on them - of course the photos were taken before the towels were even washed. The owner is now trying to extort money from me for damage that existed before we arrived. Buyer beware- this man is not honest. If you do rent this home, be sure to detail EVERY minor scuff mark, paint chip, etc. upon arrival or else you will be blamed for it. I have traveled all over the world and rented homes and have never had an experience like this - it's a shame what some people will do.

Great house- all of the space you need
The house was beautifully remodeled and very clean upon arrival. I usually feel like my things get spread out everywhere when staying at a vacation rental because there isn't really a place for them. At this house however there was plenty of square footage, counter and cabinet space, even hooks right where I would have wanted them in my own home. It made the stay that much more enjoyable. We also loved the yard, it was perfect for the kids to run around.

Amazing house, modern, sledding in backyard!
Dino was an amazing host! The house was beautiful. The amenities were great. The kitchen was a dream fully stocked with every utensil. Because we had a few kids we cooked every meal in the house and we couldnāt have asked for a better stocked kitchen. The kids let it in the backyard, we barbecue, we went to being at a local park and visited downtown Flagstaff. We have already booked another trip with Dino because we were so happy. I even left a few items and the host Dino is helping me retrieve them. We couldnāt have asked for a better host, house or experience. Thank you again Dino!

Thanksgiving in Flagstaff
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures donāt serve it the justice it deserves. Updated home with ample space for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and appliances and there was plenty of entertainment space for kids and parents to be together or in separate spaces. I would rent this home again!

Perfect Home
As soon as we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the home was! It was very spacious for our group! Had a huuuge bar, the kitchen was the best hangout spot since it had great lighting and huge island to put all of yummy home cooked food and enormous fridge with enough space! Also the 3 bathrooms was a nice plus for everyone and a cool little hangout spot in the backyard. Would definitely come back!

Gorgeous Property!
What a gorgeous property! Driving from out of town, my family and I were really looking for a place to decompress and be together safely. The house was spotless, down to vacuumed couches! We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked - as we spent most of our time cooking there this weekend. With it being only ~45 minutes to Sedona, we were able to get down there to hike and explore but come home to a quiet, charming neighborhood away from the crowds. Dino was excellent to work with, answering any and all questions in a timely manner. We loved our stay and would hope to come back!

It was a great time. Only suggestion would be new beds & update the bedrooms.
Wonderful time. Coffee on patio to grilling in evenings, we had a great time. Great kitchen, lots of space for retreat groups, 3-4 couples or few families. My husband & I would even come again because of the great spot it is. Enjoyed watching golfers as well.
Great trails & hiking close by. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Our Group
We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed to relax in the cooler weather away from the Phoenix heat. The country club amenities were not available to us as renters, but the ping pong table inside and trampoline out back more than sufficed as entertainment for our kids. Wonderful vacation spot for families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious for our large family gathering and great for kids. We had six children , ages 2-11 and mostly boys. The trampoline was great entertainment!
The beds and linens were high quality.
The kitchen was well stocked and had high end appliances.
The cupboards and refrigerator were empty, so bring your own condiments and spices. I think this is appropriate for this Covid era. The house was well-supplied with toilet paper and dish soap, etc.
The setting was beautiful with a forest and gold course view in the back. Flying golf balls were not a problem because the property is near the tee-box.
Dino was great to work with.

Great Property, Terrible Accommodations and Worse Customer Service
The property itself is quite beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for our large family of 7, large family room and even a ping pong table and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. However, the one dining room table only seats 6 people which was challenging for a larger party. Additionally, there were absolutely no dressers in any of the rooms to unpack your stuff, so we had to leave our bags packed the entire time which was a bummer, but manageable. There was also no laundry and dish washer soap (not even a sponge to hand clean dishes), as well as no body soap, shampoo or conditioner provided. It would have been great to receive check in/check out instructions as well as a welcome guide, but none of that was provided either. Basically, you book and navigate blindly through trial and error while youāre there. Also, the house sits on a main road through the community, so be prepared for traffic at all hours of the day and night.
Our biggest issue was the air conditioning unit and the extremely poor (absent) communication on behalf of the property manager (owner). The main unit in the house that cooled all of the major common spaces went out on the first day. After it died, we were informed by the owner the day after our arrival that we could not set the AC below 74 degrees otherwise the unit would āfreezeā. We found this to be extremely odd and unfortunate as itās warm outside (we stayed during a particularly warm week) and AC units donāt tend to freeze up when itās set to cool 10-15 degrees cooler than it is outside. Nevertheless, we tried calling the owner several times to get the issue resolved, only for him to not return our phone calls and only send us messages through the app telling us what we can not do and never offered to have someone come out to assess the problem while we were there. We later found out through VRBO customer service that the AC was being controlled remotely by the owner.
In conclusion, the property itself was fantastic, but dealing with the AC unit going out intermittently and with absolutely no assistance or help from the owner made our stay miserable, inconvenient. It was very frustrating to spend that kind of money on a vacation rental to have these issues, and to buy everything else that is normally provided by other owners. We will not return based on the lack of communication and customer service by the owner. For the first time ever, we had to utilize VRBOās support for our issues.

Weekend getaway
What a property! We lucked into a late spring snow storm and the kids absolutely loved it. The house itself is amazing. Tons of space, super clean, and extremely well appointed. Kitchen and accessories for days and there are TVs on seemingly every wall. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Incredible class and comfort for a large group!
This house is well furnished and well-stocked with all of the dishes, cooking implements, towels and bedding a large group would need to stay in both comfort and class. Nestled on the back of a golf course, it's a quiet neighborhood where you can have game night (including pingpong!) without worrying about waking your neighbors. There is plenty of kitchen and fridge space when preparing for a large dinner party, as well, which came in super handy. We would not have asked for a better location or amenities!
