This is a beautiful new home and the owners spared no expense to make this property special. It is well appointed and very suitable for large parties. The house is perfectly situated for easy access to all that Flagstaff has to offer in a serene area where you can sit on the patio and stare at the stars. It was a magical visit. This rental property is wonderful! It’s huge! Perfect for large families or multiple families. Everyone in our group had plenty of privacy and the open concept living area is the perfect gathering place. The home is beautifully decorated. The open concept living/dining and kitchen is very spacious with enough room for the family to gather. For dinner one night we were 9 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and butler’s pantry are fully stocked. Cooking is a breeze. We enjoyed the front and back patio. The hot tub was an added bonus for the adults! You can easily see the home is well taken care of. It was very, very clean. The towels and linens were abundant and of a high quality. Don’t hesitate to book this gem for your next Flagstaff getaway! We hope to be able to return to enjoy another long July 4th weekend. Thank you, Rafael and family!

This was our first time renting a VRBO, and this home did not disappoint. We absolutely loved it! The owner was accommodating and easy to get in touch with and responded to questions almost immediately. The floor plan was open and spacious, and the home was beautifully decorated. New upscale home in a great neighborhood. Fantastic location, near everything cool Flagstaff has to offer, but just far enough outside of town to be quiet, relaxing, and a great mountain experience.
Home is HUGE, and very well laid out for visiting and watching sports. Giant flat panel TVs, spacious bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of small personal amenities that you'd normally find in a nicer hotel.
Thanks to the host Raffi, he responds immediately to any and all inquiries and is always helpful and friendly.

Quick trip to Flagstaff for home AC repair
This was our second trip to this home and enjoyed this trip as. Much as the first. There are a few things that we would like to suggest for making our stay just a bit better.
1.) Use of TV’s, instructions on how to use. Why different in other rooms.
2.) There was a griddle and charcoal grill this time but the regulator needs removed from griddle as it does not get hot enough to cook an egg.
3.) additional TP and paper towels.
4.) additional patio furniture in back and some in the front.
5.) reduced pricing for return clients.
Overall place is great and we will certainly be back.

Great property in nice neighborhood in Flag
This property is excellent. It is new house in a new development (but the construction has no impact on the home) and is better in person than the pictures show. And, the host has thought of every need. He was also very responsive to any questions we had.
I had 6 adults and 2 older kids with us, and would highly recommend!

Beautiful, huge house in a great spot!
I traveled with two other families for a soccer tournament, got to the house and it was exquisite! Everything was very comfortable, clean, fun and located in a great area. We thank the host for the ease and efficiency!

Great family getaway!
This new home was great for our family of six to relax. The house was in a great location to town. Everything was new and clean. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after exploring the observatory nearby. Communication with the property manager made things easy as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Relaxing Stay
What a beautiful home to spend the weekend but wish we could stay longer. We immediately booked our next trip so we could enjoy it more. We wanted a home that could accomodate our tall family, so having two king beds and a queen was perfect! The kitchen is large and we cooked all meals at the house except for one outing to eat dinner at one of the kids favorite restaurants. The convenience to NAU for my son was nice as a student. The backyard was relaxing with the hot tub and fire pit.
Only suggestions: it would have been nice to go a few degrees hotter on the hot tub but only allowed to 100 degrees. A gas grill would have been nice when we grilled out steaks. We tried to use the small charcoal grill but with the wind and size we ended up cooking them inside.

Flagstaff adventure
We rented this house for our family of 3 to get away for a long weekend from Tucson. The location was great and the house was nearly brand new and very nice. There were a couple of negatives, however. There were a few things that would add a lot to the kitchen to enhance the experience. The biggest being a pizza cutter and measuring spoons. Secondly, snow removal was also not the best. There is a hot tub out back (which was fabulous). But, we had to shovel out all of the snow to get to it. It would have also been nice if there was a propane grill we could have used while staying there the charcoal grill was not usable in this climate.
The game room was great as was the indoor fireplace was nice in the evenings.
We would certainly stay here again! It was a great experience!

Great stay
We had a great 4 day stay at the beautiful new home. The house was great and very relaxing. I still give it a 5-star review, but a few things. We didn’t use the hot tub. It needs to be cleaned and drained before each guest. It was cloudy and low on water when we arrived. Also the HVAC needs to be looked at. The upstairs was hot and even after we turned off the thermostat it still ran quite a bit. Besides that, we loved the place and will definitely come back.

Absolutely Perfect Home!
This stylish home is super clean and roomy! The spa was an absolute treat after a day of skiing. The drive to Snowbowl is close and so are all the stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this property! Our next visit will be at this same home.

Brand new, beautiful home
This home is brand new and gorgeous! Even better than the photos. The layout is great for big groups with two primary bedrooms (king beds) downstairs and then tons of space upstairs for kids. Three of the bedrooms have very large walk-in closets that could all work for infants in travel cribs. They have nice non-stick pans for cooking, and plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware. Location is great too - about 5 minutes from a Safeway and a few good take-out options. It's really a great place to stay in Flagstaff.
One small note - there is currently construction going on in the neighborhood (Dec 2021), starting right next door. It wasn't too noisy but the construction vehicles were always lining the street.

The pics don’t do the property justice. It’s brand new, modern, stylish, plenty of room for everyone and in a very quiet location. The pool table, multiple big screen TVs and hot tube provide plenty of fun for everyone. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable home. My husband and I brought our 4 kids ages 11 to 1 and we had so, so much space to spread out after so much driving together. After our adventures in the Grand Canyon, etc it was nice to "go home" and sit in the hot tub, play pool, or play board games. There are many board games in the white bench at the top of the stairs! One note, there is construction of new homes nearby/next door but it didn't bother us much.

Absolute perfection!
We feel so fortunate to have been the first guests to stay at this beautiful NEW home! The management was superb. We hosted a few friends for dinner one night and everyone was incredibly impressed with the layout and details of this home. I can't imagine anyone finding a single fault- our stay was perfect! :)
