Would stop thei again

This facility is very clean. We were accommodated with a room that was easy for my 86 year old aunt to access. The staff was very cordial and professional.

The bed was a little hard for me, but that is a personal preference.

Everything we wanted was at the hotel, from the location, cleanliness, easy check in . Well done!

The manager James was kind and welcoming. He had the staff sing Happy Birthday to my husband, which was much appreciated. Everything was clean and in perfect shape.

There are no negatives about the property.

I really like staying here. But was very disappointed this time.

Closed to my job. Very friendly staff.

I paid extra for a larger room with a couch; didn’t get it. The room wasn’t clean. Hair was still in shower and the hand towel had a big black stain on it. Don’t know if it was mildew or what!! Wasn’t swept or vacuumed. There was something sticky in the cabinet door of the fridge. The mirrors were halfway cleaned (streaked). And they just threw the makeup wipe and soap pack up on the counter. Seemed to be a rush-job.

I would stay at this hotel again and staff was a little rude to my wife.

Nothing honestly. Worst Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was over priced for the area and accommodations. Bathroom and room weren’t very clean, wife found trash in the bathroom and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. Room smelled like cat pee as well.

It was a very nice and enjoyable stay. The breakfast food was nice. I liked the variety of options.

Nice atmosphere. The ambiance of the lobby was pleasing. The moderness of the rooms, the kind employees, the breathable air quality and safe environment were all good.

My window view. All I saw were trees and the main road. I think there was a piece of hair on the wall in the bathroom that I disregarded.

Hampton Inn has been and is always a nice and clean stay.

The staff were kind and helpful people. We enjoyed our room.

The room we booked through booking was pictured and described as a double with a sitting area with a couch; however, we did not get the room pictured and described. Our room was nice just smaller.

The property was great, only negative was it was the most expensive hotel of all the locations we’ve rented all year with our travel volleyball club team.

unsatisfied and would never go back

we were locked out of our room for over 2 hours and had no access to our room from 12-2am while we tried to get to the room for sleep. sensor on the door wasnt working and the hotel staff couldnt figure it out so they had to wake up an engineer who came to the property. My son had a baseball game the next morning and was sleeping on the floor of the hotel until we got into our room. I would want and expect a refund. horrible hotel

Feel scammed by Hampton and booking.com

The desk staff helped me get to my room

I have filled this out once already, but I'll do it again. The room on booking.com was a 153/night rate plus pet fee. I didn't mind this. After checkout, my bill was 305.00. There was a 75.00 pet fee for a cat which is absurd. Then FOR A HOTEL there was a cleaning fee. Since when does a hotel charge a cleaning fee? I'm 45 years old and have traveled all over the world and have never paid a "separate" cleaning fee at a hotel.
