We actually booked this during the Florida evacuation. And I booked it at 11:30 at night because I wasn’t sure how far I would be with traffic and I called them immediately. Because I don’t know if anyone knows when you’re booking you can’t book for the same night after midnight. So I called her after I booked that and she said yes I could still check in. I told her I was 2 1/2 hours away and she said she would be there and that would not be a problem. And they were really nice in the morning. We were able to make waffles, feed the kids and get back on the road and head to Chicago.

Recently remodeled, very modern, fresh, and comfy. Super clean, staff very nice and helpful. Much better accomodations than expected for the price. They also have a bank of EV stations.

Overall 4 stars only because of the price. There was one thing that bothered me a little and I need to mention it here in my review. Whoever checked me in was trying to scan my driver’s license but couldn’t do it, then he said “these Florida licenses…” in a certain tone, you get me? So, what was that supposed to mean? Who cares whether I’m from Florida or California? People in the customer service industry need to make guests feel welcomed.

This is a wonderful econo hotel. It offers absolutely everything it needs to. The rooms were clean, the showers were hot and the pressure was good, the beds were very comfortable, and nothing stank or smelled like smoke which matters to me as I'm slightly allergic to cigarette smoke. I was on the fence with this place because it required a deposit but honestly I think the deposit might be why this place is not completely trashed for the price that I paid for it. I paid for the room with my credit card and I paid for the deposit in cash and had no problem getting it back.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they seem to value security at this place so it made me feel safe to stay here despite it being a hotel near the highway. The only real complaints was their continental breakfast goes fast and the thru road. My husband went downstairs before me while I was packing up to leave and by the time I made it down there a lot of their food items were gone. if you're counting on the breakfast get there as early as possible. in the evening the through road becomes utterly congested with parked diesel rigs. It is honestly easier to enter this hotel through the Waffle House parking lot, going straight through to the comfort inn parkinglot, and making your way to check in. All of the businesses have attached parking lots, and in the evening there just isn't enough room on the thru road.

Great MOTEL if the Price is $80 or Less $90 or Less on the Weekends. it's a Motel BUT a CLEAN Motel. Somewhat Updated Interior & Exterior. Both could be Cleaned up just a Little instead of Patched Up but the Rooms are Clean. Beds Comfortable. Just need to use a Blower a Blow some of the Dust & Straw that lands outside the doors of a Motel.

Property was as good as expected. Beds were comfy but pillows too soft so needed 2, but 3 were provided so OK. The A/C worked but temp always felt either too hot or too cold. The bath towels needed to be replaced since they were very small & thin. Bath & room had been updated.

We stayed a few nights, it was clean, and our room matched the picture on their website. The staff were all super nice, they greeted us every time with a beautiful smile. It seems like a mom and pops motel. Each time we saw them we received a friendly hello. It definitely answered our budget needs for this particular trip. For the price, it certainly met the value and more given the nice welcome and the cleanliness both in our room and breakfast / lobby. We felt comfortable as though we knew each other for a long time. Breakfast was casual; yet, sufficient for our family. It included bagels, a toaster, bread, raisins bread, spreads, coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, juices, milk, fruit, oatmeal and waffles. If you need eggs, potatoes and meats with your breakfast; I-hop is literally a walking distance. I give them 10/10.

I booked the hotel for my family last minute and arrived later int he evening. I checked in and we went to the room. It was a smoking room! I have two children. I went down to the lobby and asked if we could have a non smoking room and was told they didn't have any and that's why he didn't mention that to me. So basically, he didn't tell me so I would lock myself in and not leave the hotel. Very dishonest and a horrible place to stay. Never again. Especially for $200 per night. Avoid at all costs.

This property was very uncomfortable. We could not hang our clothes up. We did not have a pole in our closet to hang our clothes up. We could not find parking when came in at the end of the evening. There was no iron inside of the room had broken door, the bedding had small size pillows for a king size bed no TV guides very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it if you’re used to a five star hotel the reviews and the pictures are nowhere close to what they say it is this is more like a motel this was a short stay , only because my five star hotel was full. I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again. don’t let the pictures fool you

The desk clerk was a discouragement to my son about recreational activities local to area and in general. The room itself was quaint and refreshing. However the breakfast was very underwhelming considering the cost of 1 night and lack of any other amenities I have teenage boys. They need more than a waffle maker for breakfast. Protein!

No frills hotel. Safe area with easy access to interstate. Front desk staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. Parking is free. Fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast area and lobby was clean. No meat, egg, or other protein options with breakfast. No iron, ironing board or towels in our room. Front desk did bring towels after coming to our room to confirm we didn’t have any. The WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to reach our guest room. There were clothes hangers but no closet rod to hang them on. Coffee maker and ice bucket in the bathroom-no thank you. Carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Shower sealant is stained pinkish orange & needs to be steam cleaned or bleach-treated. Not what we expected. This hotel is optimal for those in transit, like truckers.

The photos on your site is very deceiving. This Inn is for truckers. I’m disabled and had to climb stairs to the 2nd floor with my carry on. The lighting in the room was very poor. In general the room was not what I expect in a hotel. I will never stay there again. The so called breakfast was horrible. Also, this is the 2nd time I’m write this review and I’ve yet to get a response from you
