About this apartment rental
Miranda is a neat, clean, newly furnished 2 bedroom Apartment only minutes from the centre of Mudgee.
There is undercover parking, a small, private backyard as well as a larger side yard.
On the inside the kitchen is modern with a fridge, ceramic cooktop and convection microwave. Pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all crockery, glassware, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. Also included are coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, bikkies and H2O Springs water.
2 USB charging points.
There is a dining table for 4-6.
The adjoining lounge room has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater fold-out sofa-bed ( use on request at extra charge) There is an LCD TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and magazines. There is also a new r/c air/con unit
The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, small chest of drawers, clock, lamp, wardrobe and r/c air/con unit.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, drawers, lamp and a small wardrobe.
The beds come with pillows and doonas, fitted sheets, pillow cases and doona cover. Extra blanket available .No separate top sheet
Electric blankets are provided in winter.
Portacot and highchair available on request.
The neat bathroom/ laundry has a shower/bath, which is a good size for kids.
The shower also has a handrail.
The laundry has a tub, a washing machine and a dryer. Laundry pods provided.
The toilet is also in there.
Towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and anti-bacterial hand wash are provided.
There is a neat pet friendly back yard with a small back deck, an outdoor setting and BBQ.
Large fenced side yard, a safe place for kids to play.
Pets are welcome on request but we do charge a cleaning fee of $50 per stay for indoor pets.
No pets on furniture!

Payment of the rental constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation refunds as per standard policy.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. FEES WILL APPLY for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance for the full booking period.
PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE. This WILL result in charges as extra staff are required to replace large items at $25/half hour.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
NO PARKING ON THE LAWN!

NO PORTABLE POOLS!
NO BIKES IN THE HOUSE, neither cycle or motor! ( Yes, apparently we have to say this!) Bringing bikes INSIDE the premises WILL cause loss of bond.

DO NOT TAMPER WITH SMOKE DETECTORS.
TAMPERING WITH SMOKE DETECTORS AND SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE the premises WILL cause loss of bond.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Please report any breakages or damage before departure.
Problems or Complaints- In the event of there being any problems or deficiencies with the accommodation or contents the matter should be reported immediately. Prompt notification by the tenant is required to enable remedial action to be taken. No complaints will be accepted or correspondence entered into where complaints are made at the end of a tenancy.
ARRIVAL - NOT BEFORE 2PM unless by prior arrangement!
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, otherwise, excess cleaning fees apply.
Check-out time is BEFORE 10AM, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Late check out fees WILL apply at $25/half hour to cover staff waiting time
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Towels and Linen are supplied. No separate flat top sheet.

All the positive reviews were accurate. A very comfortable apartment with everything you could possible need provided.. even including earplugs if the traffic noise was a bother but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The property was lovely and clean and had lots of little additions like coffee maker and pods, thoughtful things hidden away in drawers for a female's stay. The area was quiet, even though it is on the Castlereagh Highway, grounds well kept and manicured and only 2 blocks away from the main street.. The building is of an age BUT it is tastefully decorated and well maintained. I did find accessing the key a bit difficult due to older, arthritic hands. I would recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Mudgee.

Property was spotless and included everything we needed for a great few days. The only negative was the property is situated on a very busy road and noisy. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.

Little things make a difference
We wanted a dog friendly stay in Mudgee for a concert that was cancelled and cancelled. Alison ( the host) could not have been more accommodating, rescheduling because the concert, then me changing my mind about when we were coming. So that in itself was great …
The unit was fabulous- so comfortable and dog friendly. And the little things…
Ice in the freezer, coffee machine, cling wrap, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner in case you forgot, wifi, Netflix, lots of power outlets, aircon… just so easy to settle in. Really convenient to town.
My only complaint…the mugs for tea and coffee were small… oh well just had to make a second cup!!

Great Experience
Our first trip to Mudgee and a well deserved one after the Covid pandemic. Extremely impressed with our overall stay.
Our accommodation had everything we needed, comfort , cleanliness and space for our little Jack Russell dog to enjoy. Great location to the centre of the township and plenty of places to eat and visit.
A very dog friendly place.
Looking forward to doing it all over again soon!

Mudgee two bedroom unit
The property was excellent. Very clean, had everything we needed. The queen bed was very good quality. The yard was perfect for our dog. Air conditioning was very welcome. Within walking distance of town. My only minor negative comment was the noise of the traffic in mornings and afternoons/evenings. If I were to own and live in the unit, I would consider double-glazed windows.I would stay there again.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN MUDGEE.
The property was revelry in cleanliness and also supplies of linen and personal items like shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, milk and tea and coffee. All the convenience of being at home. Quick Christmas visit
Great little place to stay. The photos didn’t do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Comfortable and spacious place, nice little yard for our dog and a deck for a drink.

All amenities you need for a both short or long stay. Lots of personal extras in the bathroom. Great pet safe grassed area out the back. Highly recommended.

Close to the CBD
Older style property in great condition. Very clean, comfortable furnishings and bedding. Plenty of room for 3 or 4 adults. Adjoins the main road so there can be a little traffic noise. Easy stroll into town. The coffee machine and capsules were appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Very well-equipped
The townhouse and kitchen were very well-equipped, making it an ideal place to stay for a short or long break. It was located fairly close to town (about 15 minutes walk), but a bit noisy (opposite a primary school and on the corner of a major road with a fair bit of traffic). However, this was only a problem early in the morning and not a real issue as we were up and about touring the town. The cleanliness and well-stocked home-away-from-home more than made up for the noise! Would definitely recommend.

I was originally a bit concerned about the distance to town from the place as Google said over 20 mins walk.
Actually it was less than that and I am a slow walker!
The place is clean and tidy, the second bedroom is a tad small as it was occupied by 2 grown women.
This place is perfect for a family.

This property is about 15 min walk away from the CBD which is fine because it encourages you to explore Mudgee. Clean and well presented and great for a family of 4 and our dog. Being right next to the Castlereagh highway was a surprise but the traffic was ok

This property was perfect for our small family! Plenty of space for our son to run around in the backyard when we were here, and close to all amenities. Woollies and the main strip are a 15 minute walk away. A great place and we'll be back next time we're in Mudgee. Thanks!

Great location and very comfortable... A great spot to base your time in Mudgee. Especially if you are travelling with your Four-Legged Fur-Babies... Easy walk into town with lots of pet friendly cafes and parks nearby... In room facilities are great, with books, DVDs, a very usable kitchen and undercover parking. We will definitely be back!!!

Comfy and excellent location
This property was excellent and was within walking distance to the town centre. It was well appointed and little extras were provided. Our standard poodle loved the back yard and the walks around the town. A great stay in Mudgee!
