Best PR Stay Ever! Better than Airbnb

It was so close to the airport. I loved how close it was to the beach. I was able to get around a lot and Javier made sure I didn’t miss any attractions. He gave great recommendations and I had a ball in Puerto Rico! Thank you so much for the stay ! Wayyy better than Airbnb

Good location to the beaches. Apartment owner is very helpful to drive us to Ceiba harbour and help us with lots of local entertainment and restaurants.

Five minutes walk from everything you need. Beds was comfortable 10 out of 10 everything. Owner made it his business to go to the car rental in the airport to try to get my AirPods I left in the car rental.

Our stay at Javier’s Two bedroom apartment in Isla Verde was absolutely amazing.

I have no complaints. I took my mother to San Juan as a retirement celebration and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The host of the apartment, Javier, was super hospitable. He gave us recommendations on attractions and restaurants. If we ever needed anything, he assured us that he was only one call away! Will definitely recommend his two bedroom apartment to anyone I know that’s thinking about traveling to San Juan.

Puerto Rican nice spots

OUR HOST, JAVIER MET US AT THE LOCATION AND SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME MAKING US FEEL WARM AND COMFORTABLE.

We didn't have the exact address, but the neighbors were nice enough to let us know that the entire street was AIRBNB properties.

I loved it the place was clean great neighborhood nice n quiet safe n Javier was a great host very attentive to our needs always available if we needed him I would definitely come back n refer him to friends n family

This stay is 20/20. It all started prior to the stay. Javier has gone above and beyond. He allowed me to check in early because my flight was very early. He picked me up from the airport and gave a tour. Not only that, he provided me with a list of recommendations for myself and my daughter. Not only is his hospitality exceptional, the place was great as well. We walked to the beach, convenient stores and restaurants. I will definitely only be staying here when I return to Puerto Rico. Thank you so much, Javier!

Breathtaking

The owner Javier was amazing!!! He went out of his way to show us great places to eat and also sent a list of place that had a great night life. The location was absolutely ideal walking distance to the beaches but cozy enough for proper rest. Definitely give this booking a try

Fantastic value, would rate it 11 if I could

Javier is a terrific host, he really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, he gave really great local recommendations and was always quick to respond to a question or concern. He was very generous in offering to drive us around when he wasn't busy for competitive rates compared to Uber. The place is very comfortable, my girlfriend and both felt very safe in the neighborhood. Javier had the AC blasting for us gringos when we arrived. It's very walkable, plenty of good restaurants around, and there is a grocery store nearby if you like to cook. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and basic seasonings, we cooked one evening. Try Ocean Lab Brewing for good beer, Patio de Las Flores for interesting and unique cocktails, and Panaderia España for good breakfast close by. The beach is very close by as well, maybe a 6-7 minute walk from the door to the sand. Overall a fantastic place to stay, I will be recommending it to my friends in the states.

The stay was awesome, I loved every minute

PR is my new second home because of this man, Javier. Javier was my host to a very lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in Isles Verde, located within walking distance to the beach. Upon arrival, Javier picked us up at the airport. He then proceeded to show us around the general area of PR so we could get a feel of the area pointing out restaurants, best beaches, etc.. Ubers were scarce so Javier would often drop us off to our destinations. During this time PR was still under curfew. One evening in Old San Juan we came across a couple who walked miles into town, they had a huge dog with them. The wife had on flip flops and her feet were bleeding. The Ubers would not pick them up because of their dog. Javier was having a hard time getting into town to pick us up because the police shut everything down, but he made up an excuse to get to us. When he found us, we told him about this couple,.this man (Javier) squeezed all of us in his vehicle and got the couple home safely. His empathy and care for people are unmatched! I would rent from him 10x over.

The is nothing I didnt3 like about the place. The apartment is a renovation. It is not a new construction apartment. It has an old charm with a new twist. Its home.

The apartment is very centrally located, near the highway. The beach was a 5 minute walking distance. Restaurants and gift shops are also walking distance. Javier, the property owner, was very attentive to all of our needs. He provided us with nearby places to visit and he replied to our calls/texts very fast. The property is very well maintained and very clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Puerto Rico.
