I only like for its location
Everything… slow services, rude staff and floor manager. False promises etc etc…

Breakfast and dinner good, in the room sofa and bed needs repair or replacement, staff and ambiance good, reception manager deserve appreciation .
Room needs better maintenance, bathroom soap and other dispenser needs a look when out side call comes before concerned person picks -up the music is louder and harsh. Other wise all fine .

Cleaners and staff are good.
AC Temperature was preset at the hotel's end and how ever much u try and adjust from the room, it doesn't work. Came to know this after 3 sleepless nights due to heat. It was resolved amd settings were afjusted after 3 days and calling and pestering the maintenance staff whole night.
The staff at check in counter try and extract full days rent for 2 hours early check in.

location is not suitable, House keeping not up to the mark. I had to ask for toiletries , bed was very uncomfortable,

The water tumbler in the washroom was dirty and had water in it. During the booking I informed and also told the reception that my room should have 2 dental kit but it was not there. Ac was noisy. The shampoo bottle in the shower area was empty. And the washroom was too small.

Staff lacks manners and the way the check in was done was just horrible.
Rooms are dingy and looks more of a jail type looks from movies than a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast spread.. it was awesome. Room service was good as we stayed for four days,we didn't called up once atleast to remind them for changing sheets,it was done ahead of asking only. Restaurant staff was extra ordinary.. meeting up all customers satisfaction ahead. Have to thanks restaurant staff mainly Chef Preethi and her breakfast staff who working too fast without making customer waiting. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to places.
Bed would have been bit big. We took large double bed as we are 3 people 2 adults and one kid, but it's good for 2 people only. Felt bed would have been bit larger.

They over booked the hotel & didn’t give you the room after 6 hour. They just said rooms are not ready yet. Stuffs behave like don. We waited 6 hours in the lobby after that they said room is not available. Don’t booked this hotel again.

Seems fairly new property and close proximity to Salt Lake Sector 5 (business hub of KOL). Neat & clean rooms. Very good spread for breakfast. Happy Hours in the evening with live music on FRIDAY

It's a horrible experience,cleanliness of the hotel rooms is in pathetic condition,we had changed 4 rooms,but not satisfied with the room cleanliness.We had checked out within 30 minutes after checked in.First room we checked in is a dirty check in,next room in which they had moved us ,the cleanliness of the room is horrible,I've showed all the cleanliness points to the HK Supervisor Priyam.the he offered another 2 rooms but all rooms are in same condition.Basic cleanling is not happening in rooms.

The overall property is okey and its nice
All staff especially receptionist they are not properly supported. Whenever I called to reception the receptionist agreed to support me but in reality no action , they are not even noted down the request. So every time different receptionist answered the call where explained same topic. I was suffering with room cleaning , refrigerator, bathroom towel and slipper etc. during check in i found the bed was used and in the room several places was affected with dust and there is no refrigerator. After too many call finally they replaced my bed sheet and pillows cover after 3 hours and refrigerator give me which was not function. As per my observation all those things need to be improved 😊

Standard Ibis property that has been well run and well maintained over the years.
Great location, close to the airport and near two shopping centres. Plenty of food trucks nearby to charm your taste buds.
The property itself is presentable and well-maintained so far. The room and its bathroom were sufficiently clean. Beds and linen were clean and the housekeeping team seem to be doing a very good job overall.
Staff at front desk need plenty of training
They seem to be lost whenever there are surge periods. Their designated shift lead or supervisor is not able to manage his/her own tasks and customers together. This leads to moaning customers and delays in resolving queries. I noticed a lot of unanswered phone calls during peak periods, higher than other hotels that I have stayed in. This can be handled better.
On the final day, I left my luggage to be kept in the luggage room. I had to request for tags myself as the front desk staff wasn't fully aware of the procedure. Then, she kept my bags on the side. After I insisted that she needs to put them inside the luggage room, she said she will do it once she is free. I understood her being busy and left. When I came back a few hours later to collect my bags, she was obviously not on duty and my bags were left in the lobby as it is. Anyone could have just picked them and moved away. I took my bags and went to one of the waiting areas and no one at the front desk seemed to notice.
Overall, I think the front desk staff is quite new to the industry and need a strong shift supervisor to show them how it is done.

Stay was good but after sales service was very poor,I had some refund for my booking and i contatced the property they send reply to provide my bank details.after that I had send 4 email with in 2 weeks but no respose,when i call them they are telling sorry for not responding ,really disappointing ,they dont have the curtosy to respond to guest emails.

- cleanliness of cutlery (see included photo of napkin after wiping knife just taken for breakfast)
- water bottles in room are NOT adapted for foreigners (bottled tap water)
- toiletry is not adequate
- room safe is too small for standard laptops
- bed sheets have permanent stains
- cleaning probably done with dirty cloth as stains persist
- bad smell, probably coming from a/c system
- charged for two dishes / drinks when only ordered one
- employees hide themselves in unnoticeable places or behind columns so that nobody notices them, even if there are many many things to do / clean / put in place / tidy up, ...
- not possible to get a printed invoice upon checkout
- room furniture not cleaned properly : lamp shades, closet door, tv screen, mirrors, ...
- The first morning of our stay, after a late arrival, the cleaning team woke us up at 8am by constantly ringing at the door bell, to ask us if we wanted our room cleaned
- It is sad that nobody at reception had a matchbox or a lighter for the smokers that get their lighter confiscated at every flight they take.
- breakfast not good and after four days of eating same same, one gets bored
- I had rated you a 9 three trips ago, but since then every trip you are decreasing in quality...

lobby was the only thing that we liked as there were few games for children
the property has major damp problem . we had requested a room change on the second night.
 there is a damp problem in the entire hotel . staff is away and there’s nothing they can do.
