Incroyable séjour

Le personnel est serviable et attentionné . La carte des boissons est très variée et les cocktails sont délicieux Les restaurants sont très bon Mention spéciale au maitre nageur du spa ( Tabé?), qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable

La salle de restauration principale est beaucoup trop bruyante ..

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen, schöner Strand aber die Nachbarhotels links und rechts sind besser.

Bei Essen und Getränken gab es reichlich Auswahl und gute Qualität. Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer mit Poolzugang kann man nur empfehlen.

Beim Check-In wurde uns gleich gesagt, dass wir erst um 15.00 Uhr ins Zimmer können, wir haben ja über booking.com gebucht und da gibt es keine Privilegien. War nicht schlimm, da wir die Anlage nutzen konnten und darauf vorbereitet waren. Da wir zwei Nächte gebucht hatten hatten wir nur gegen Aufpreis Zugang zu den A la carte Restaurants. Um im Fischrestaurant zu essen, sollten wir 125,00€ pro Person zahlen - halte ich für übertrieben.Die Kreditkarte wurde beim Check-In gleich belastet und nicht wie üblich nur ein Betrag geblockt. 14 Tage bis das Geld wieder auf dem Konto ist. Das Konzept ist nicht auf einen Kurzurlaub ausgelegt.

Замечательный семейный отель all inclusive, потрясающее море, большая зеленая территория. Большой чистый номер, у нас был семейный люкс с выходом к бассейну, что очень удобно с детьми. Две просторные комнаты, два санузла, две террасы. Очень вкусная кухня, потрясающие дессерты. Всё понравилось, вернемся.

Приходилось просить убираться в номере утром, если не просить добирались до нашего номера в районе 3 часов, что не очень удобно. У нашего бассейна дежурил очень шумный спасатель. Хотелось бы побольше приватности и тишины в бассейне у номера.

The best hotel I've stayed

The best hotel I've ever stayed. All inclusive. Fantastic food quality and good drinks. Many facilities for kids: aqua park, kids club, pool with waves. Spacious modern rooms. Great Spa area with saunas. Live music in the evening. We were offered free upgrade to the room with the pool - it very helped to cool in July when it is +42 outside. Recommend to everyone especially in the summer when the prices are much lower and you receive the same quality.

Design and decor both were amazing.

Although the food variety is really good, I would expect the quality to be better. I could find only a few things that were really tasty. But over all good options.

Great location, amazing beach, delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful hotel

A few minor things that didn't affect our holidays. It'd be good to have a toilet at the beach (the nearest toilet is in the pool area). The hairdryer in the room needs to be changed to a modern version (to get the hairdryer working one needs to press the button non-stop)

Worth every penny!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, having a whatsapp with the Holiday Assistant was a fantastic touch. Everything felt very personal and we were made to feel very special! So many choices for food and drinks. Never had the same meal and we only ate in the Turquoise restaurant, the quality of the food and drink was fantastic. Especially enjoyed the live music in the courtyard in the evening, the seating and drinks service was exceptional. Ambience was perfect. Beach bar setting for sunset was perfect, again the live music really added to the atmosphere! Thank you to Aika, Benj, Marc Abe and Merlikov who were exceptionally helpful, friendly and made our stay so amazing! Thank you to all the waiters and service staff, they also were incredibly hospitable!

Thanks for the great staff for taking a good care of me they were patient and seeking my satisfaction, Mahmood the duty manager, Kembrly and lyla the resort was great I really had a good time it’s more like for families with kids but I still enjoyed every thing the beach the pool and all the other activities, I may concern a little about the cleanliness some of the furniture were a little old and what it says in booking all inclusive then they told me that not all the restaurants are included because I have to stay for more than 3 days.

Exceptional

The property was beyond my expectations. The food was great, fresh and clean. To many choices. The provided all the food we like and even the chef made a special request for us. Thank you for Firouj he was very patient with us. The rooms were very quite as not expected because it was located on ground floor (noise proof). Check in and check out was very easy and fast. Thank you for Laila the receptionist, she was very helpful and polite. All the staff were helpful, they were offering help without even asking.. The beach is clean, quite and extremely relaxing. It was my first visit and will not be the last.

Pleasant

The main pool is amazing and the grassy area is beautiful

The staff!! The lady at the front desk gave us the most cold responses she didn't talk politely the restaurant staff were rushed and rude. The kids club is dead through out the day is dead which was so so disappointing considering it was really cold and not very swim friendly at all. The hotel is beautiful but our stay had a damp feel to it from the people who work there apart from the staff from Africa who were all lovely.
