Great hotel, the family room/suite was very good. Breakfast was acceptable but could do with some improvements. Swimming pool is not great as it is surrounded by two large buildings and concrete. The room is the highlight. Good hotel if you have other things planned and occupying your time in Abu Dhabi.

They did not have gluten free bread options for their breakfasts. i was disappointed as i booked with my dietary restrictions. Other than that the staff were amazing, extremely helpful and kind.

I actually had a nice stay at Park Rotana and would prefer to give a positive review HOWEVER. I was accidentally overcharged, and then promised that I would receive a refund within 14 days. NOBODY contacted me saying that there was a problem with processing until I emailed and asked. Besides Park Rotana taking long to respond, I was told that I have to wait another 7 to 15 day. Thus adding up to 3-4 weeks for a payment. I would not have been so upset had Park Rotana contacted me first, or at the very least responded promptly. I had a lovely stay at Park Rotana, it was perfect. But honestly, the team working behind the scenes need to rise to the same excellence as those working directly with guests.

The property was beautiful and the staff was really helpful. I asked for a nonsmoking room and someone smoked in it. Once expressed my concern, i was immediately moved. The bed is super comfortable.

Amazing hotel, good location and great restaurants, but best of all the staff, they were always ready to help me . Special thanks to Anastasia for her help. I went to Abu Dhabi for the Pope mass, When I arrived there was no available non-smoking room as I requested. So they upgrade me to a suite non-smoking, in addition they gave late check out so I could attend the event and reach the hotel late afternoon. Moreover they help coordinating transportation . I enjoyed the facilities: pool, gym, restaurants , I will be back to this hotel when I visit Abu Dhabi

Hotel itself is ok and new. But the room & bathroom was not clean when I checked in. There were so much dirt on the toilet and bidet. Should more focus on room condition.
