About this house rental

Come for the lake, stay for the amenities. Sitting just one block from the lake this 1,970 square foot spacious home sits on a more than a 10,000 square foot lot and boasts a plethora of things to do both in and all around the area.

Outdoor amenities include a non-heated pool, heated jacuzzi, corn hole, barbecue, outdoor dining area and last but not a least a stunning view from the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, get a look of the lake and to wind down with a nice cold beverage after a long day of play.

This home sleeps 11 comfortably but could sleep up to 13 if anyone wants to hunker down on the couch. The "Master Suite" has an Eastern King bed that sleeps 2, a large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a private ensuite that has his and her sinks, walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The "Beach Room" hosts a Queen bed that sleeps 2, large closet and a flatscreen TV. The "Industrial Room" sleeps 2 in a Queen sized bed, has a large dresser and a flat screen TV. The "Kids Room" has a large closet and can sleep 5 with a Full size set of bunk beds and a Twin trundle.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking utensils including but not limited to; a coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, crockpot, tupperware, pancake griddle, etc. The breakfast bar seats 3 whilst the dining table nearby seats 8.
If you are the one cooking, don't worry about not being part of the mix. The open kitchen, living room and nook area is open and inviting to all. The living room has a large sectional that can fit the whole crew while hanging out or watching TV. The TV is equipped with DirecTv channels but please feel free to log onto your own Netflix, Prime or other streaming accounts on the smart TVs to view more offerings. The Nook has indoor/outdoor furniture and is the perfect place to dry off and cool off for a meal or to get together to play some board games. The Laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are all available for your use.

Parking is available in the driveway, in the garage or on the street. The 45' boat garage is available for use if you are booking for a week or more stay. A boat or RV will easily fit in the long driveway while leaving space for cars.

Stay with us and don't worry if you've forgotten something the home has many amenities but is also located 5 minutes from grocery stores, drug stores and plenty of other retailers.

The London Bridge is a great place to stop by and soak-in while you are in the area as well as the beach park close by. If you are thinking of other things to do, we have you covered. My family stayed here to visit our inlaws, who have a condo nearby. It was nice to have our own space. We really enjoyed the property and location. Very close to the heart of the city. The pool was not heated, so it was too chilly for me in April, but the rest of my family indulged. The jacuzzi and water feature were my favorite and the views of the mountains from the patio and the rooftop while I had my morning coffee. Breathtaking views. We did a lot during our five nights there, sandwiched between two nights in Vegas (Freemont on the front end and the strip at the end going to The Sphere. Things to do in Lake Havasu: London Bridge (walked the boardwalk - there's so much to see and do - great restaurants and shops too), my girls went paddle boarding / Kayaking on the lake, went to The Bunker Bar, (we've been to the Dessert Bar previously), and hiked Sara's Crack. We relaxed by the pool, sunbathed on the rooftop, played games at the kitchen table at night and overall had a great time. I would go back, and I highly recommend this location and property. Both Jessica and Marybell were very responsive. Thank you!

The property was exactly as described in the listing - spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every room. The location of this vacation rental couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently situated near all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet it offered a peaceful retreat when we wanted to unwind One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool and outdoor area. It was a great place to relax, swim, and soak up the sun. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals and dining al fresco on the patio. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and everyone in our group slept soundly. The quality of the mattresses and bedding exceeded our expectations, and we woke up refreshed each morning. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. She provided us with all the information we needed before our stay and were readily available to answer any questions.

My family and another family stayed here last weekend. This was a wonderful family house. The kids swam in the pool all day. We had a beach day at Rotary Park, which was a 2 min drive. The next day rented a pontoon boat at one of the local rental companies near London Bridge, which was a 5 min drive. House is great for families, this house is on a quiet street. Thank you so much

We have stayed in about 8 different VRBO's in Havasu in the past year and this one was our favorite by far. The floor plan was great for a large group (7), the pool was great and the location to the lake couldn't have been better. We will definitely stay here again when we need a 4 bd.

I gave this property a 5-star rating for its location and the host's communication and cleanliness. She was very thorough with the house rules, and although there were many, they were all reasonable. The only complaint I have is that the host was very strict about not setting the AC to lower than 78 degrees, so we were pretty much sweating the entire time. For a group of girls on a bachelorette, that was not ideal. Also, beware that there are not many toiletries. Only 2 spare rolls of toilet paper were provided, so we had to make a run to the store on the first night. Also, there are no shampoos, conditioners, or body washes, so make sure you bring your own. There are multiple stores close by, so you can easily purchase them after arrival. The host provided a few floaties to use in the pool and lawn chairs, which was nice. There were also 2 umbrellas, but unfortunately both were broken and extremely dirty. There are also 2 coolers in the garage for use! We did not know this beforehand, and brought our own anyway, but it was kind of them to provide them. Overall, we had a great time and thank the host for the fun weekend!

This property is close to everything which makes it so convenient to get around. There is some traffic and pool equipment noise you can hear from the bedrooms, but we used our White Noise App to block it out, and it worked fine. We loved being able to see the lake from the rooftop deck. We wish there would've been an option to heat the pool, but we enjoyed the hot tub. There were TONS of black bugs that were around, and the neighbor said he had never seen them in 20+ years of living there... The garage opener also didn't work, so we had to manually open the garage door in order to pull the car in. There were a few extra condiments left from other guests. We met a few of the neighbors and everyone was SO nice. We were very impressed with the kindness of the neighbors.

Overall, we had a great stay with 3 couples sharing this space. There were a few issues. The check-in process wasn’t good. We received a message stating our house was ready and when we showed up, the cleaners were still there. She said she still had about two hours of cleaning to do-so come back then. After a full day of traveling to get there, this wasn’t a good start to the trip. The previous renters had made a large mess and it was taking longer to clean. It was quite clean when we did show up. However, we did find broken glass on the pool deck. The pool cleaners were scheduled for mondays, but we were there all of Monday without leaving and the pool cleaners never showed. The water did become quite hazy towards the end of the trip which made us not want to go in it. The filter was plugged in the whole time, but not moving around the pool. The actual stay was a great location and within walking distance of Rotary Park. The house had everything we needed and was a very pleasant stay. The neighbors were extremely nice and kind!

This house is a great house, nice & open layout, great location, Great Lake views from front and back yard and easy to park large truck/boat combo. I was a little surprised that this house didn’t have the usual stuff all of the other VRBO’s we’ve rented through the years did and no notice before that they wouldn’t have that in the home, like ice, shampoo, conditioner and soap. When I say no ice, I’m not saying there wasn’t enough for an ice chest, there wasn’t any for one drink. It’s fine if they don’t want to supply the shower stuff, but notice prior to our stay would have been helpful. Overall, a great place, just could use some fine tuning on communication of what’s in the house if it’s atypical.
