The property was lovely. Very clean & had everything we could have wanted. Tea,coffee & milk provided,& cereal for breakfast. In a perfect position,a very easy walk into the centre. Would highly recommend a stay.
4.1
Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We really liked that tea, coffee, milk, butter, breakfast cereal etc was provided in sufficient quantities for the whole of our stay. It was nice that there were enough spare keys for more than one adult to have a copy.
The toilet seat was very uncomfortable, it didn't fit the toilet properly and the integrated child seat would fall down against your back whilst using it. I would suggest a properly fitting toilet seat with a removable child seat (and step so a child can use it independently) would be better.
The shelf above the sink was precariously attached so unable to be used.
Teabags were very poor quality, more than half were not sealed properly so tea leaves came out.
4.1
Perfect size for our family, close to local town.
Clean house, with little garden for our little ones to stretch the legs if needed.
Thankyou for making it like home to home.
Parking.

it was central so easy to get to town centre and cathedral. There was plenty of supplies for breakfast cereal tea coffee etc and the house was very clean and tidy.
The shower was very temperamental running either extremely hot or very cold. Some of the towels were too small.
4.1
Great location close to town , and lots locally to do ...music food sights etc
Nothing

Open plan living room / dining room. Light and airy, plenty of room for 4 adults.
Located in a quiet residential road with a good local pub about 1 minute walk away, Waitrose about 5 minutes walk and within easy walking distance of the train station nd the centre of Salisbury.
I need of redecoration throughout the house. The owner has advised that this is happening at the end of October.
4.1
keys were in a locked box at the front of the property.
easy access to the town of Salisbury and what it has to offer.
easy access to other parts of the county.
Some of the crockery and cutlery were dirty.
The bed was unfortunately too soft for us.
The property needs guides for shower, television sound
shower not fixed to the wall proprley - markings did not match up
4.1
Very good location quick to walk into high street.
Property is very well presented could do with a paint touch up apart from that very good clean facilities.

Very easy and ideal location , comfortable and every thing we required
Shops near by and off road parking , rooms spacious and also 2 bath rooms ideal for families all tea coffee sugar and milk was available with cereal as well
All was good nothing to dislike it had all we needed as if you were at home

Contact with the owners was fantastic!
4.1
The location was great and well stocked. It had everything expected and more. Very clean and tidy.
The street is very very narrow with cars parked on both sides. If you drive a big (wide) car it will be very hard to manouver. The stairs have a very old style handle with poles very far appart so if you are travelling with small children it could be dangerous.
4.1
Well equipped. Three bedrooms at a reasonable overall price. Swift replies to any queries were much appreciated. Short walk to city centre
House a little cold first night but this was resolved after contact with owners. A few minor repairs needed eg wardrobe door but no real issues.
4.1
smart little house, generally clean and tidy nice little garden and good Wi-Fi and TV
we arrived later in the evening and the house was cold. it was difficult to work out how to get the heating.
The bathroom needs a revamp as there is mild on the seals, there was also a lot of hair left in the plug hole. some milk would have been a nice touch to go with the tea and coffee.
Parking can be a bit difficult at times although we found a space near the property during the stay.
4.1
Matt and Liam were very helpful. Conveniently located for visiting Salisbury.
Parking without a permit could be an issue.
4.1
Super convenient location, house was more spacious than looked in photos, well equipped kitchen, lovely towels provided
4.1
All we needed was available.
We couldn’t the heating to work we calked one of the hosts whom told me he couldn’t help and he would get his partner to call . This call never came. We told not to touch the boiler . The unfortunately was very cold on what was a rather chilly and wet weekend at times . This did take the edge off our stay and were rather disappointed at the lack of response and help .

location was good. free parking space outside
4.1
Landlords slow to respond to telephone messages and emails
4.1
Great location; easy walk into the centre of Salisbury. Facilities generally very good. Parking was available without charge on unadopted road nearby. Hosts were attentive via e-mail checking on our stay and offering to respond to any query.
A few relatively small things could have been better: - oven & grill pan needed a thorough clean; rather limited range of cooking dishes; only 3 wine glasses of different sizes; no grab handles over bath/shower; good to have some tea & coffee provided but milk in small cartons was so out of date and unusable. It would have been useful to have some sort of manual providing usage instructions on the equipment, heating etc.
4.1
Great location, quiet but very quick walk into the city centre. Lovely house with everything we needed.
4.1
Attention to detail. Owners responsive to requests.
Could do with a table lamp in lounge area.
4.1
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels - although they weren't big enough to fit comfortably around a 'fuller' figure. Several supermarkets within an easy walk and plenty of choice for takeaway meals. Ours arrived within 15 minutes!
The property did not match the description of a 'contemporary house', which gives the impression that fixtures and fittings will be modern and new. This was not the case. The bathroom was clean, but needs decorating. The over-the-bath shower worked OK, but lacked power and there should be a rail to help older or less-mobile people get in or out. The online description did not include enough detail and should have mentioned this - and warned about the narrow, steep stairs with only one rail. Our party was all aged 60-plus and we might have changed our mind over renting if we had known this.
The kitchen taps were decidedly wobbly and the dishwasher was broken. The coffee table in the living room looked scuffed and the yellow dining chairs, although eye-catching, were creaky.
All in all, this is a property in need of a care and attention, or a clearer description to give readers a better impression of what to expect.
4.1

Central and comfortable.
Stairs are a bit narrow
4.1
Nicely decorated, well equipped, easy parking and centrally located. The beds were very comfortable and it was a quiet location. It was a short walk to the centre of town. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries.
4.1
Clean, comfortable house. Had everything we needed but there was only two of us. Responsive, helpful hosts. Quiet location, easy walk into the city and lovely country park just a few minutes in the other direction.
Not everyone would use the property for a short break as we were but a little more local information in the house might be welcomed e.g some basic directions for walking into town, to the park, the nearest local shop.
4.1
Good location, very close to centre. Parking is good too. Great that we could take our dog, he loved it! Most importantly, very clean especially during this time. Will come again.
