Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

If you're looking for a beautiful condo with an amazing view of Yaquina Bay and bridge, look no further! This condo was furnished with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a couple of relaxing days on the Oregon Coast. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

The property is lovely, clean, well designed for guests. Our adult daughter had her own lower level bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well stocked with beautiful appliances, matched only by the exquisite views of the bay and bridge. After dark is magic. Just a 5-minute drive to the ocean at fabulous South Beach and only a few minutes further to Ona Beach, a hidden gem. And, of course, Colleen, the wonderful, friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful owner who made our stay a delight.

We came to visit family who lives in the RV park behind Rogue Nation. Colleen was very communicative with me and all my questions were answered with the instructions sheet she provided. The home is spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice! We will be back!

This condo is amazing. We stayed for one week and it was very comfortable for 5 adults. The view, location and proximity to bay & ocean incredible! The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The unit was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen. We will definitely be referring to friends & family!

We meet our Oregon-based son in Newport each summer. We have our favorite eating places and added a new one this year. The condo was convenient, beautifully appointed and in perfect condition. We appreciated the attention to detail and the decorating. The view was special and sitting in the downstairs sitting area was our favorite part of our time there.

I stopped giving 5 stars years ago, unless a property really, truly, 100% deserves it ... and I'm happy to say, this one does. It's roomy, stylish, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and fully stocked with every kitchen utensil/tool imaginable. The icing on the cake is the great view combined with the privacy of one bedroom on each floor, situated at opposite ends of the house. (I visited with my adult son who is a night owl to my early bird, with zero issues.) Honestly, I almost never consider staying at the same place twice, but for this lovely home I'd absolutely make an exception.

I was in town to watch my granddaughters show beef at the fair. I’m extremely happy with my choice of rental. It was hard to see the fireworks from the condo, but everything else about my stay was great. Extremely clean and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better stocked kitchen. All you need is your clothes & food. And the bay view was great.

This place was the most comfortable, clean and well equipped of all the places we stayed over two weeks in California and Oregon. Plenty of room for myself and two young adult children. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to prepare any meal - and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Even better than the pictures! The sunset view was incredible. Our kids loved watching the boats go in and out and looking (and listening) for sea lions. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was super convenient to get to Newport restaurants and Nye Beach. Highly recommend! :)

My daughter and I loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The home was clean and the decor gave it a nice cozy, modern beachy feel (we really liked the color scheme). Colleen was a great host. We had a snafu with our reservation but Colleen worked through that with us and checked in with us at the beginning and end of our stay. Would 100% rebook this property and recommend it to family and friends.

Came for my young adult daughter’s birthdays. The home is truly beautiful and the BEST appointed VRBO I have stayed in. A professional chef could easily want for nothing in the kitchen! Right by the Oregon Coast Aquarium and across the bridge from the Newport Historic downtown Center. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is! We will definitely be back!!

This condo is amazing! You feel like a family member the minute you step into this home. Great views, very clean and so many extras you didn't know you needed. I wanted an extra week just to use every cooking utensil there was. Don't even get me started on the heated bathroom floors. I have stayed in many VRBOS and this was the best ever! Communication was wonderful. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Colleen’s beautiful condo was the best of the best!!! Fully stocked everything made our stay the most relaxing we have ever had. Gorgeous kitchen with everything any cook could ever want made it a pleasure to stay in for meals with the most awesome view you would ever get on the coast. This is a delightfully comfortable home full of unique coastal decor and all the amenities needed to enjoy Newport. The views are wonderful and the location is very convenient to local attractions and restaurants. The ease of getting to nature areas and the downtown dock scene is great. We had the best time staying at Colleen's beautiful property! It was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy, and we loved looking out the living room windows at the Yaquina Bay on a stormy, cozy morning. We enjoyed seeing birds and seals in the bay, as well as the view of the bridge. Everything we did was in easy walking distance. We went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Rogue Brewery, and South Jetty State Park. Thank you for sharing your home, Colleen! We would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone ready to experience Newport.

We had a 3-day mid-week stay at the South Beach property. This was our first stay in a VRBO and was a great experience! Colleen sent timely communications and kept us informed about everything from the heat, or the TV, to all the kitchen appliance (of which there were plenty to choose from). I would stay here again, but for a longer period of time. We had beautiful, warm 65 degree fall weather and no rain! Fabulous stay.

It was amazing to open the shades in the morning to such beautiful scenery, and step out the front door to walk along the jetty, then watch the sun set from the balcony. This is a very spacious two story townhouse with great views of the channel and bridge. Watching the boats going in and out of the harbor from the breakfast nook and balcony was very relaxing and we caught some amazing sunsets. The kitchen is very open and well stocked for cooking and the furniture is comfortable. Great stay.

Loved our recent 1-week stay. Fabulous views, nice balcony, and just a short drive to a magnificent beach at South Beach State Park. Colleen is a great host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Her home is immaculate with beautiful sea-theme decorations, a remodeled kitchen and all new appliances, great selection of glassware, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and more spices than you can shake a stick at. Comfy living room furniture with a great TV and wonderful selection of movies. Nice bedrooms and baths with lots of draws and closet space, a real plus. Literally nothing you might need for a happy and relaxing stay was missing. Colleen, we will come again. You are at the top of our list for a summer getaway!

The house is better than pictured. Had everything we need for our stay. Weather was beautiful. We walked to the pier and watch people catching crabs but most were undersized. However, those that went on a party boat including us, caught some fish and a whole lot of crabs that a bucketful of legal size crabs were thrown back to sea. Overall, we had so much fun!
