About this house rental
This is a splendid studio apartment located in the historic center of Viterbo in the medieval San Pellegrino district.
Ground floor, independent entrance overlooking a characteristic private building.
The studio is finely renovated: walls and floors in local stone (peperino), newly forged frescoes on the walls, fully equipped and functional kitchen (and not kitchenette), safe, free and unlimited wi fi, bathroom with shower, bathroom kit, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
Possibility to use the neighboring private garden equipped with barbecue.
Possibility of extra bed.
The structure is located in the medieval district of San Pellegrino, in a strategic position, as it is very central so you can easily visit any point of the city on foot with its places of art, palaces, fountains, squares, alleys, events ( such as Viterbo in Fiore, Caffeine Culture, Machine of Santa Rosa, Ludika, Tuscia Opera Festival, etc….) forgetting the car and the metropolitan smog. We are also behind the city fairgrounds and on the Via Francigena.
From this position you can also easily reach different tourist destinations: lakes (Vico, Bolsena, Capodimonte etc) rivers, hills, sea and we are at km. 80 from Rome.
We also remember that Viterbo enjoys high-level and conventioned spa facilities whose therapeutic properties are now famous and tested.

Lovely studio apartment in a great location within the city walls. Perfect for two. Rossana was super helpful and very welcoming. Definitely will be back to Viterbo!!
10.0 / 10.0
From all places we stayed in Italy this was the most welcoming. Rossana made our stay one of ease and grace. The location is perfect for walking and feeling the energy and medieval Viterbo vibe. Next time we will stay longer!
10.0 / 10.0
It isn't the easiest place to find, but well worth it once you do! Rossana and Marco created a beautiful guest apartment with so many charming details - we didn't want to leave! This was by far our favorite place to stay during the many trips we have made to Italy.
My husband lost his wallet and they were extremely kind to drive us to the police station and to help us in our efforts to retrieve it which, unfortunately, we never did. They have other apartments available which were absolutely gorgeous as well. We can't wait to return.
