I would definitely stay again.

The staff were super pleasant and accommodating. The facility was clean and in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and options were great to choose from

Other that th pool everything else was fine.

The breakfast food and choice made available was very good.

The pool heater was not on as advertised, b ut that was fine. The water was very murky You could not see the bottom of e pool.. The grandchild did not want to swim in it.

Going down hill

I usually have a pleasant stay at this location.

The staff isn’t very attentive. I called several times to make an update to my reservation and I was not able to get a response. However, when I called Hilton direct they were able to get in touch with the property. I get to the hotel and the room I had was missing essential items. Luckily, Miranda was very accommodating and switched my room. Honestly can say this might be my last stay at this locations due to staff.

Dirty floors. Had to clean them myself. Our socks were black after walking on the bathroom floor and non carpeted area of the room (entrance to room). Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The stay in room was good. Reception staff is busy with their mobile chats. blaming Cutomers.

Cleaning housekeeping

Reception Staff Attitude was very rude, and they were busy with their mobile. Also, they threat customers with new rules of 4 hours prior to checkout and check in time. Basically, they are using 4 hours form a customer paid time for a day as late checkout to shame them. While they don't check you in before 3pm and want you to leave the hotel at 11 am. unenjoyable breakfast ending at 9:30 straight with shutter down. negligence at refill of important items at Coffee station. Water for drinking filled with rotten apples.

Hotel room sold after booking was made and no way to get a refund. Total ripoff!

Absolutely nothing. When we arrived the room was sold out. We were told Booking did not transfer the funds and they rented the room to someone else. I find no way to contact Booking.com about the matter, they only direct me to Holiday Inn email. Sent an email and never heard anything. So not only did I have to find another hotel late at night but I'm out $111 because there is no way to get a refund for a room I never got to sleep in. Last time I'll use booking and last time I'll use Holiday Inn.

Booking.com experience is really pathetic and over pricey, as the similar room i booked for my friend with 30% cheeper price for same day through direct booking...Really disappointing experience from Booking.com.

Beware of the Body Wash

The place was modern and nice. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was nice as well.

So the body wash in the shower we noticed was lotion. They must just refill the same containers which is fine but they had lotion instead of body wash. I called the front desk and the lady apologized and said she'd have someone come look at it and switch it out. That didn't happen. I went to the front desk later and asked about it again. I was told that they didn't have anyone who could do that for us. I asked if there was another way we could just get a little body wash as they made a mistake and then was told that they'd have someone take a look at it... Wasnt getting anywhere. It was a minor inconvenience and a little frustrating. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
