After many years of use, I'll never take another booking.com reservation sight unseen.

I didn't stay. I forfeited the expense and left because it was not what I thought I'd reserved and it smelled unpleasant, did not look comfortable, and I was in general uncomfortable with the place. Once the front desk person appeared she was very pleasant, but would not give a refund, and now mysterious extra charges are occurring on the card, which I've had to cancel.

As soon as I walked in there was that overpowering potpourri or spray smell people put on everything to cover bad odors or uncleanliness. It devolved from there.

Everything was great for us! Amy was great, the guy that works the front desk in the mornings was great, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchenette was a super plus, bathrooms are big. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Watch out for the hidden fees for pets. There is no Breakfast here.

Breakfast???? There was not any free Breakfast!

The hidden fee for my dog. I truly would not of stayed there if I was going to pay anoth $100 for him

The helpful, kind, and professional staff enabled me to help appreciate my stay.

The staff at the desk, Albert was very professional and kind. He was very accommodating and polite! Very helpful when I had to change rooms.

I had to request to change my first room because I pulled back the sheets and there was a LARGE BLOODY STAIN in the middle of the mattress!! THAT’S someone’s body fluid!! It was totally disgusting! The second room’s kitchen floor was dirty and there were brown stains on the walls in the bathroom! Also, there were customers smoking cannabis in their rooms which filled the hallways on the 5th floor!!! I realize people have to use it for medicinal reasons but when in a public facility, they should resort to the cannabis without the smell.

The front desk representative was very friendly and did all she could to assist us☺️.

The room we were given had an adjoining door. The adjoined room had a dog in with the residents. The dog barked at every little noise and the owners did not try to keep the dog quiet. The entire facility has an odor. Also, it was obvious that there were many people who live in this facility… they are not just there for a night or two.

Bad interaction on the front end with the Front Desk Clerk

Location

I booked my room through Booking.com with the selection of a ground floor room. I had other options prior to booking at other hotels that would have been cheaper, but not a ground floor room guaranteed. When I arrived on Thursday at this hotel, I was told there was no ground floor room available. They could give me a room on the third floor. I showed the front desk clerk the printout from Booking.com confirming my room and that it would be a ground floor room. They told me Booking.com made a mistake and didn't convey this information to them. The entire interaction was extremely unpleasant. I called Booking.com immediately while I was in the hotel lobby with the front desk clerk present. Booking.com resolved the issue with the front desk clerk and I was then given a first floor room. I reserved this room and paid for it two months before my trip. I think this hotel made a guarantee they never intended to fulfill. There were no apologies and the front desk clerk would not look directly at me once she spoke to the Booking.com representative. Very unprofessional. I plan on visiting this area frequently in the upcoming year. I also plan on avoiding this hotel in the future. I stayed there one month ago and used Booking.com and requested a first floor room. Upon my arrival last month, I was given a key to the third floor at that time as well. I showed a different front desk clerk my printout from Booking.com and he immediately changed it to a first floor room. I think they're doing a bait and switch. I'm very displeased.
