Quartier sympa et proche de tout. Je recommande

L’hôtel est vraiment bien placé. Il a un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont propre et confortable. La piscine est très jolie. Possibilité de louer les scooter avec l’hôtel.

Luxury at an affordable price

Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable bed and all amenities. Quiet and relaxing. Access to the private swimming pools was a plus!

Access to rooms through the underground garage is strange

Agréable

La piscine qui donne sur la chambre en accès direct presque privatif c’est pas mal. Chambre confortable et propre proximité avec des commerces et restaurants

L’accès à la chambre passage par le parking avec les valises pas terrible le petit déjeuner pas super top mais suffisant pour prendre un café et la climatisation qui n’a pas super bien fonctionné au début.

C’est un bel établissement qui propose des hébergements avec piscine privée à un prix tout à fait abordable. Les chambres sont très propres et la Piscine entretenue. Pas de vis à vis.

Nous avons choisi le Dôme, le bémol se trouve justement dans celui-ci. Il y a une forte odeur de plastique chaud avec la chaleur (c’est la matière principale) et c’est assez désagréable. Les équipements étaient très bruyants y compris la nuit ( clim, évacuation des eaux usées (enfin je crois), tableau électrique

L’accueil qui n’est pas représentatif de la Thaïlande. Le petit déjeuner déplorable et le café Nespresso en supplément !

Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles

Le serveur du petit déjeuner très agréable et accueillant.

Sur trois jours la piscine était fermée deux jours de 8h à 15h. Le réceptionniste n'est pas du tout accueillant. Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Porte de la cabine de douche non hermétique et du coup cela inonde la salle de bain.

Strong hard product, small niggles on the soft product

The Dome Grand was generous in size, well presented and with good facilities. The pool and deck were good for entertaining our larger family group which were staying in a Dome Villa and two other rooms. WiFi and aircon were strong. The outside bath was a nice touch. The staff accommodated our request to switch rooms for my 86 year old grandfather who had been placed on the 3rd floor (no lift!). It appears that they upgraded his room to facilitate this, for which I am grateful. They also delivered our laundry - undertaken at a small laundry down the road - directly to our room, which we really appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows superb.,, so much so that my husband actually purchased one from the in-house store (matresses and pillows are supplied by a company owned by the hotel owner) to take home with us!

Two small issues, which we noted in comparison with stays at other hotels during the trip: - breakfast was poor in respect of quality and choice, hot dishes were rather luke warm with no microwave to bring up to temperature. One of our group had the pool breakfast and didn’t feel this was worth the money at all. - service is lacking in some areas (see above for examples of where it was good) e.g. there was no help with luggage upon check-in/check-out, leaving some in our group to lug suitcases across the resort and up two flights of stairs.

Fantastisch und Aussergewöhnlich!

Wir hatten ein Dom-Zimmer. Der Absolute Hammer. Ein Stückchen Paradies für sich selbst!

Da die Doms nahe beieinander liegen, war es sehr laut. Und man schläft wie in enem Zelt.

If you like wildlife and being ill then 5*

The resort itself was modern and they staff were helpful.

Well my clothes were covered in ants from the room, if you put anything down inside or out it will have ants on it within seconds! It is a glamping dome so some wildlife can be expected so didn’t complain. When leaving I noticed mouse or rat dropping in the safe where I’d been keeping my valuables daily this probably why I spent most of the stay ill.

Perfect.

Very well managed, You can tell the minute you walk in. Everything is spotless. Well organised. Happy staff. Good atmosphere. The Rooms are great and the beds are very very comfortable. Thank you.

It was decent.

The breakfast had a decent spread. Except waffles everything was good.

We were promised hill view and pool view in our booking. We had none of those. The toiletries like toothbrush and paste were also missing. These should have been included for the price we paid for the room. Drinking water was also charged separately 20 bahts. For the price we paid for the room, I think extra water bottles could have been included.

Le dôme est super bien décorer, super mignon avec la piscine privé, vraiment top, paisible et agréable. le personnel est très agréable, Rawai est super pour les personnes souhaitant se relaxer au calme sans la foule de touriste, vraiment top

large and clean room

the first evening they gave me a very noisy room on the street side, I didn't sleep.the second evening they gave me a room that smells of mold.After complaining after a long time they changed me to a good room.

I don't recommend this please

The staff were not good, and they will try to charge you for anything they can. The " tent -like" villas looked good, but you can hear anything that happens outside. The bathrooms smelled very bad. I wish I have not paid for the breakfast too, it was limited and cooled.

Amazing accommodation

The dome was amazing - had everything you needed and more !! Reception staff were not helpful though - very poor communication skills. Other staff were lovely

Le chambre au Dôme était superbe

Personne pour porter les bagages jusqu’aux chambres. L’accueil froid du personnel à l’accueil qui nous a très vite expédiés sans vraiment nous donner d’explications quant à l’hôtel et ses services et qui ne disait jamais bonjour même si nous nous le faisions. Le personnel au petit déjeuner pareil pas souriant et le réapprovisionnement n’était pas fait donc si vous déjeuniez tard tant pis pour vous

Confortável e espaçoso.

O quarto era impecável, tudo estava limpo e era super espaçoso.

Nenhum dos empregados falava inglês, o do turno da noite chegou a ignorar as nossas questões e continuar as suas tarefas à nossa frente. Foi muito estranho. As outras meninas que estavam na receção pouco ou nada falavam de inglês, mas tentaram sempre ser prestáveis e ajudar.

Modern Glamping

Nice glamping experience with private jacuzzi pool, very clean with modern design. Breakfast was delivered to the room which was very nice. We could laze indoors and enjoy the pool. There was YouTube on TV. Bed was great - firm and very comfortable.

No basic fixtures like hooks or drying racks so its inconvenient to keep things tidy or dry clothing after a dip in the pool. It's glamping so not meant for families with kids or those with many things. Long stays not recommended.

Stunned and surprised about the place.

The prefect spott if you can’t get or don’t want sea view. I booked a double room with Mountain View directly looking down to our room pools. In my eyes faultless and much more than expected. Bars, restaurant and rentals super close but it doesn’t feel overcrowded and touristic. I can highly recommend that small piece of Paradise

If there is something , people might get put off, TV is a struggle. But you are here on exploring holiday. No need for it

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Wir konnten bereits morgens direkt einchecken. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Eine Kaution wurde erst beim Check-in bekannt gegeben (allerdings auch nur 1000Baht)

Looking forward to my next visit to Rawai and staying at this hotel.

Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Very clean, modern and well maintained.

The air conditioning was awkwardly placed in my room so that it blew directly onto the bed. Not a massive problem but it was annoying to have cold air blowing directly onto me while I was in bed.

Exceptional

Was there during the low season, had a pool to myself when i walked out of my villa, pure bliss. Even though it was quiet the employees were extremely friendly and nice. People who comment about the location: the hotel rents out motorcycles for a low fee and as a thrust worthy entity a better option then the other company's you might find around Rawai.
