It was not good ants in room 403

The location. We had very bad experience with Ants in our room 403. The night person came and sprayed bug spray in room no ventilation. We asked if we could change rooms and was informed the hotel was sold out. There was no suggestion of any discounts or anything. We killed at least 10 ants prior to her coming to room. After she sprayed there was still ants throughout our stay.

We had ants in room and in morning when we checked out the morning person saw notes in computer about ants and still no discounts or offer any other accommodations for the inconvenience. They only suggested we get the EKU discount if we stay again. We have a son at EKU. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

It was fine for the time we were there.

Indoor pool was freezing cold water, pool chairs uncomfortably hard, housekeeping did not make bed when cleaning the room and when I asked they said you need to request it done. Not true!! No drawers or closets in rooms.

Great place to stay

Everything & everyone were very nice

The little ledge in our stand up shower was broke so if someone were to put their leg up there while shaving or anything it would have fallen the rest of the way off. I did not touch it

Great value in an easily accessible location

Room decor was very continental, modern, sleek, no frills. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the staff extremely friendly. The inclusive breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel of this nature. The food was hot, tasty, and will present it in an extremely clean environment.

Unfortunately the heating unit was overly loud and it was difficult to create a comfortable temperature in the room. Another drawback was no way to regulate the lighting by the bed so that one person could sleep while the other person read. It was all lights on or all lights off.

Great place to stay while visiting Lexington

Loved the pool table in the lobby! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a hotel.. we thought we'd try hilton insteF of our usuL holiday inn they're going downhill.

Th location was nice. When u first come in, smelled sooo clean, coffee round the clock

Brkfst was substandard, bathroom has broken shelf, water pressure.. AWFUL!!

Good stay and location

The nice size Shower in bathroom. I liked the Lobby set up.

it was crowded for EKU game and by 145 we could not check into room. even though check was at 3pm.

the lobby looks nice

There was pieces of food and garbage in the hall way outside my room with a bad Oder and when I first walk into the room the Oder was horrible. the room was bare bones. It had no lamps and looked like it was thrown together. The bed had hair in it. I turned right around and asked for my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Shower was great beds were comfortable

I work in food service so I know the eggs were not cooked to temp. Most everyone including me agree the eggs were not good. They were wet watery blocks. Cook them.to temp then some.more to cook off the excess water and cut them up to appear like scrambled eggs.

One of the best hotels in Richmond, obviously.

The room is clean, the building is new, and the breakfast is good (at this level of hotels)

A lot of the travelers, because the location is so close to I-75. Not very quietly in the night.

I will def stay here again when I’m in the area

The location was perfect. it’s right off the interstate. the employees were super friendly. The hotel has a cool, retro vibe and rooms were nicely decorated in the same decorum. my little girl loved the pool.

Worked for what I needed but could've been better.

The hotel was nice and in a nice location. It was very clean. The room was nice. It was nicer than I expected

It was a hot day. Our air in the room wasn't working. We told the front desk and they just said that they'll have It looked at. We didn't get moved to another room, we didn't get a discount or anything. We had to sleep miserably in a hot room.

Breakfast was nothing special and the location was near I-75. Water pressure in our room was very good and the soap dispenser was good.

The first room we were assigned was dirty and the floor was very sticky. The second room had no chair, no coffee maker and no microwave. Only one light switch for the two queen beds plus only one bed stand. Needed 2or3bed stands. The shower drain was in the middle of the stall, very slippery and the shower grab bar was poorly located for getting in or our of the shower. A definite safety hazard. Will never stay in a Tru hotel

Hotel night staff harnessed us about someone smoking an illegal substance and ask us to keep a look out! Extremely weird and we will not stay there again

Amazing beds and cleanliness

Lights above bed controlled both lights. One person couldn’t read while other person slept. Faucet, shower foot handles and mini shelf in shower were all loose.
