It was just ok for a place to stay

The person at the front desk was pleasant. The area to walk the dog was good. The room was fair. It was clean although the floor was a little sticky. The air conditioner was working well

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. There was no ice on our floor. The towels were thin and rough. In the morning the coffee was very strong and undrinkable. There was no fresh fruit or anything healthy to eat.

The room smelled. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was terrible.

Great! Loved the jacuzzi tub!

The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Especially with the jets. Me and my boyfriend loved the room.

The fact snacks and drinks had to be paid with cash only.

Would not stay again!

The only plus to this property was the manager was friendly.

The walls were paper thin and could hear every single word our neighbors were saying and their TV on full blast all night long. The beds pillows were so very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. Although we examined the room and beds before settling in and over all it looked clean, I got absolutely eaten up by bed bugs while staying at this property. My arms, legs and neck are covered in bites from one night at the Red Roof Inn. We will never stay here again.

Disappointing

Very convenient location.

T.V. didn't work at first. Place was kind of run down. Bed was not very comfortable, just old.

Location over service for sure.

Location is perfect

The gentleman checking us in wasn’t pleasant. He didn’t tell us where to find the elevator as I had to ask and he didn’t tell us about the wifi password. We felt like we were an inconvenience.

My room was right about the lobby/breakfast area. It was hard to get the room dark with the entrance lights outside. Morning was noisy as breakfast was being laid out.

Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Super clean and excellent price.

The supposed heated pool was absolutely freezing. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. Didn’t always have coffee.

The front desk did not offer me the promotion that was available, but instead offered me a more expensive rate.

Good value for the money we paid, met our needs.

We liked the location and the room was comfortable. The room was quiet as we had requested and away from the highway.

The Breakfast was not great, coffee was cold and the food selection was poor, I asked the staff and they did replenish the food for us. Unfortunately there was a large family and they took all the seating so there was nowhere for us to sit.

one staff member was leaving shift in 10 minutes and didn’t want to deal with checking us in and told us to come back after 10 minutes…all other staff members were excellent

In short, I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially not those with small children.

The property was situated perfectly for our trip, we were visiting friends and their new baby in Richmond.

upon arrival we learned the pool was closed, our room was located near the pool and smelled so heavily of chlorine I didn’t even want my baby inhaling all of it. We asked if we could be moved to a room farther away so the smell wasn’t so bad but we were told we couldn’t and that all the rooms smelled this way. The bed in our room was hard and lumpy and the shower drain was clogged leaving us to stand in water as we showered.

Staff was nice but property not great...you get what you pay for.

Convenient to the Interstate.

The door to the unit next to me was so thin I could hear the conversations next door. The property was a little worn...not much attention given to detail regarding appearances. I know the hard floor is easier to clean but less desirable in the middle of the night.
