The terrace alone is worth the price of admission, not to mention the central location within Turin.

This apartment is in a perfect location within Torino. Only minutes (walking) to the main train station and the city center. The rooftop patio exclusive to this apartment is a bonus!!!

This was our second time in this great studio apartment which has everything you need with the added bonus of the roof terrace which has a 360• view of Torino. The apartment is central in beautiful Torino. Luca is fabulous host, very helpful and responds to any queries quickly. Thank you Luca we hope to return again

This apartment was a great base to experience Turin from. The views from the terrace are stunning! Do note that this isn't self check-in, so don't bank on showing up super late, like at midnight.

Unlike other fake reviews that we based our booking on, let me now give our honest opinion of our “stay” at this apartment. In fairness, the location is central in a lovely city. However, we only managed to stay at the apartment for 3 hours. We got there to find there was no running water in the whole building and the plumber was coming within the hour to fix it. After the hour, the other apartments had water but our shower was still not working. The door to the terrace is old and dangerous, and came off the runners as we opened it with minimal effort, something which the owner unfairly blamed us for. There was no heating, barring one small portable heater. Mainly because of the shower, we contacted the owner who said to us that we can find another hotel and he will refund us the money. Now he has made up stories that we were aggressive and he has gone back on his word to give back our us money, and we have no choice but to accept that our money has been stolen and to leave this honest review to prevent this happening to other innocent parties.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this property. It is rustic Italian living and the little roof area gives the apartment character and novelty.... you are pretty much right around the corner from Via Roma and Via Giuseppe Garabandalle is not that far away either. And it is within walking distance to the the Duomo of Turin, which contains the Shroud of Turin.... you're very burial cloth that Jesus Christ himself was wrapped in after his death and at his resurrection and at the time of his resurrection A Burst of energy left and negative imprint on the shroud and it is a very special place to visit. You are literally next door to the main Central railway station of Turin as well, perfect as I did for a day trip to Milan on the Frecisrossa. If I'm over in Torino again I will stay here definitely. Also the host Luca is a very kind and informative man and he will help you in anyway you need. Just be aware though for your luggage that when you get out of the left on level 5,there is a flight of stairs to reach your apartment where you will need to carry your luggage.

There are many things that made this a great stay:
1.The 360 degree terrace view is amazing! You’d have to climb up Monte Cappuccini to get a better view.
2. A block away from the Porta Nuova station, you can get a train to pretty much anywhere in Italy, as well as a bus or taxi to anywhere in Turin. Super convenient.
3. Luca and Alessandra were friendly and professional. The apartment is quiet, private, and clean.

Super cute and well organized studio. Everything we needed was there, including washing machine, soap, ironing board, even a package of disposable slippers. Private and quiet, slept great with fan going. Be aware, no air conditioning, besides the nice fan, and ability to climb stairs a must! Nice lift to the 5th floor, but then a short, steep stone staircase to this comfortable hideaway. More steep wooden stairs up to a private terrace on the roof with 360 degree view of the city, and mountains in the distance. Great place to see sunrise and sunsets. It was my happy place! Our train was canceled and we arrived late, so we had to stay with friends we were traveling with, and missed meeting the very nice, very communicative host, which was fine except the lovely lady who let us in the next day did not speak English. We managed , and she was very helpful. This is a charmer and reasonably priced for one out two fit people. Be aware, you are expected to take trash and recycling out, away from the building, with a special city Card. Leave yourself Time the day before check out to find where to put things so you can replace the card on the table in the room before you leave. The shower is a hoot, think outdoor camping inside. I loved this place, and the location to everything was fabulous if you like to walk.

My husband and I were in Torino for nine days at this property. The host was wonderful and the location ideal, 3 minutes from Porta Nuova railway station and within walking distance of every major historic location we wanted to visit. The apartment was small but quite big enough. It had what we needed including a washer which was important. There was no dryer but the rooftop was invaluable for drying clothes and enjoying fresh air and the views. The only real downside for us was the shower. It was in the bathroom next to the sink with a raised pallet floor for drainage. It worked and we made it work for us, but it wasn’t what we expected. Also, there is an elevator, but the apartment does require climbing 17 additional steps to arrive at the apartment. Again, not what we expected, but we made it work. All said, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent experience, would stay again
Communication host was outstanding: our flights were delayed and he was very accommodating (note: no self-checkin). Private rooftop terraza featured beautiful views of the city. Location was excellent: check out Cafe Vittorino for cappuccino and a ricotta croissant. Ample hot water for shower. Washing machine & drying rack very useful. It was a bit hot at night, but opening the windows and using the tabletop fan helped with air circulation. We stopped by Porta Palazzo market for fresh fruit, which we kept in the mini fridge. Loved the neighborhood/location: very safe, quiet at night, and close to everything we wanted to see. Steps away from train station (Porta Nuova), yet still quiet.

Great place, excellent location. Would have given a 5 star if the roof was in better condition. But overall the view is spectacular

Great location with wonderful terrace
The studio is perfectly located in the centre of Torino with walking distance to "everything". We came by car and did not have any difficulties at all finding parking on the street outside the building or maximum a couple of minutes walk away.
The studio was very clean and equipped with all necessities, in our opinion. The bed is quite hard, but that is perfect for me, as too soft beds can give me a sore back.
Luca was very quick to respond if we had any questions.
We highly recommend this place. :-)

Loved this unique quirky studio apartment
We had a lovely time in this unique studio apartment in very central Torino. We were lucky to have beautiful weather that allowed us to enjoy the roof terrace.
Luca was a great host, he kept in touch and answered any queries very quickly.
We would love to visit Torino again and stay in this apartment

Extraordinaire studio très bien équipé et aménagé. Superbe terrasse

Beautiful private rooftop terrace! Walkable to everything. Wonderful host! Absolutely recommend!!
I had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful apartment in Torino. Luca was so friendly and helpful - made me feel right at home and gave plenty of tips on where to go in the city and which events were going on in the city during my stay. The apartment is bright and has everything you need, including a beautiful rooftop terrace, complete with a grill, a table and chairs, and a 360 degree view of the city around you. It is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. Would love to stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Torino, and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful and vibrant city.

Small but perfectly formed studio flat in top Turin location
This is a small, but perfectly formed flat with all the essentials for a peaceful holiday. The roof terrace with gas BBQ provides a wonderful view across Turin and surrounding mountains and we spent several relaxing evenings there. The steps and heavy glass door to the terrace take a little negotiation but this becomes better with practice. The flat is in a gorgeous old building a few steps away from a main train station and numerous bus and tram lines. The owner is very nice and conscientious and was a great help from booking until departure. Recommended!

Super place to stay in central Torino
This is a very special and sort of funky place to stay, which I was lucky enough to find when it wasn't booked. It's small and minimalist, but equipped with everything you'd need - loved having things like salt, pepper, oil , etc., already there and some one had even left their Aperol. Even a dishwasher & washing machine (which I didn't need, but it was there). Cooking is possible (no oven) but space is small.
It is in short walking distance from (virtually next to) the train station and numerous buses--including the airport bus and the cool Metro (pristine, clean). The Tourist Info. booth is across the street from the Station, so very nearby, and they are really helpful.
Being on the top floor (with an elevator) in one of the classic old Torino buildings with an arcade was a kick. The place is very light, and if you have a strong arms you can get the added pleasure of the roof deck (it has an iron grating trap door which lets lots of light in but is heavy to open and close, but the deck is worth the effort -- if I, a 77-yr old grandma can do it, you can). 360-degree view of Turin and the surrounding hills/valleys. And, on a clear day, you can even see Sacra di San Michele over there sitting on its peak in the Val di Susa.
Luca was so helpful and easy to deal with. Very responsive to email or texting. He wasn't in town at the time I was there, but his delightful friend, Alessandra, met me and got me settled into the apartment.
Torino was also a great city with lots of interesting places to see. Very clean and friendly. I urge you to go and to stay at Luca's.

Exactly as we pictured and more!
This apartment is in an incredible location close to train, tram, bus and airport connection. We walked everywhere from here. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Don't let the 5th floor description put you off. There is an elevator right out of any old movie. Shopping, restaurants, palazzos, piazzas all close. Piatti, one of the famous historic caffes of Torino is on the corner - so fun. Luca was there to greet us and responded to our emails with a few questions very promptly. Would definitely recommend for one or two people looking for a break in Torino.

Great for Torino
I rented the apartment for a long stay while I was studying. It is a perfect location for Torino and the Terrace is amazing. Not to forget that the Owner is kind and always available. All questions I had were answered and dealt with within hours. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is going to Torino.

Fun in Torino
It was so enjoyable staying here. We had everything we needed: washing machine, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the Alps. We made dinner there one night and ate on the terrace, awed by this beautiful city, the mountains, and of course, Vittorio Emanuele II (a reference you will understand if you rent this place).
The apartment was cozy and clean. Luca and his wife were very charming. They made us very comfortable and had us laughing as they showed us around the place.
To be clear, this apartment is not for anyone with a disability, There are stairs to the patio and opening the patio door requires some agility.
Luca - grazie per il vino!

Beautiful view, lovely studio, nice manager
This was a lovely place for me to stay for a longer term period while I finished my studies in Turin. It was a quiet building, but situated literally right in the heart of the city. A 5 minute walk to train station if you want to travel around Italy or Europe, 2 minute walk to the bus that takes you directly to the airport and a 2 minute walk to the metro. Glass elevator in the building is also a nice touch. I can't say anymore about the rooftop terrace than you can see in the pictures. It really is quite amazing and a unique feature of this studio apartment that is not common in the city. On a clear day you can see the mountains all around you. Luca, the owner/manager, is an incredibly nice guy who is very fair and helps you out a lot if you need directions or suggestions on what to do or see. If your Italian is not so great or non-existant (like me) he speaks English. Please enjoy your stay in Turin!
