Perfekt, vackert hotell. Mycket bra läge. Jättenöjd.

Mycket bra frukost. Överträffade förväntningar. Fantastiskt i alla avseenden. Trevliga, vackra frukostrum. Vänlig, snabb personal. Jag vill gärna återvända till detta vackra hotell tillsammans med min man.

Jag tyckte om allt, men om jag ska nämna något är det att jag saknade en förstorings-spegel i badrummet.

I enjoyed my stay & will be back next time I am in Turin.

The location was fantastic! Close to the major train station & shopping areas of Turin. The restaurant options in house were very good also. Classic Italian hotel.

A few things were a little tired. ie paintwork etc. But it didn't affect my stay just some feedback.

Excellent stay in the hotel, comfortable area to sit and talk in the hall, very big, nice bar spot

Location excellent, in the very center of Turin, close to everything. Breakfast really excellent, really huge choice of salty and sweet food. A lot of drinks either

I was satisfied in everything but some of my friends did not have a mobile little shower in the tub. They only had a huge shower which could not be removed but they did not even complain too much.

Breakfast great

When we were leaving there were thieves who stole a suitcase and a rucksack containing many valuables like passport, computer, wallet, cash and credit cards. It was stolen from the trunk of our car that Your staff took out from the garage to the front entrance. Thieves took it from a closed but not locked trunk, left alone 2-3 minutes. This was very negative. We will never come back to Turin after this.

very nice hotel. we got an upgrade of the room to a junior suite and it was spacious and super comfortable and nice.

all staff was very friendly and made the stay excellent ñ Pool

Superb hotel in a marvellous city.

Tremendous location in a wonderful city. First time I've visited Turin and I would wholeheartedly recommend the city and the hotel. Take your walking shoes, you'll need them.

The room was a little hot in a very mild January but once you mastered the thermostat it was fine. My only complaint was I only had four nights there...

Overall, very much enjoyed the stay

Beautiful property, great location, attentive and courteous staff.

Room was on the small side, and the shower tub was quite narrow at the bottom and a little difficult to stand on.

Élégant stay in Turin.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The decor is elegant.

When booking I didn’t know the Michelin star restaurant would be closed during our stay.

All in all, despite the unfortunate transport issues, the hotel did its job for one night

The airconditioning in the rooms needs to have a more advanced operating system. Also, the hotel needs to have a taxi service with whom it contracts, to supply its guests with taxi services. It cannot be at the mercy of the public taxi service

It's a very well situated hotel with lovely furnished rooms, but there are some changes needed.

The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpfull too. The valet parking nearby was much appreciated as well.

The breakfast was not what one expects at a luxury establishment. Appart from beeing served a cup of not very hot coffee at the table, the breakfast was entirely self-service. Yes, there were lots of juices, fruit, cakes and cheese etc. etc. on offer, but this alone does not make an enjoyable breakfast. Having to unwrap mini butters, confitures and plastic yoghurt containers is tedious, and the mean little round tables in the breakfast room are hardly big enough for two persons to deposit there buffet choices. Additionally, the metal chairs were quite uncomfortable. On the terrace, the tables were much larger, but there were only a very small number of them on offer. The bathrooms in the 'deluxe' double rooms are quite small and the space to deposit one's own bathroom items there are very minimal.
