Feeling home

I recently stayed at B&B Data and had a delightful experience. The rooms were very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming. In the morning, she prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that included a variety of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The location was perfect, offering peaceful surroundings while being just a short walk from the railways station.. I highly recommend B&B Daya for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The only aspect that could be improved is the check-in Hours, if possibile.

Excellent hospitality. Super professional and comfy, like being hosted in a friend's house

Most of the breakfast was home made by the land lady and I had the chance to have breakfast with her and enjoy her kindness and hospitality

Fantastic

The really cosy, comfortable room and bathroom facilities and we loved the excellent breakfast. Daya is a wonderful host. Relaxed, peaceful, secure , and brilliantly located for both the station and Lwuven Would return in a heartbeat.

Nothing, except me struggling to do justice to the wonderful breakfast prepared each morning !

Lekker ontbijt en goede locatie

Lieve gastvrouw en een superlekker ontbijt! Locatie was top! Op wandelafstand van centrum Leuven. Leuk verblijf!

Geen negatieve opmerkingen alleszins. De badkamer lag bij onze kamer apart van de kamer en het was er wat koud maar op zich geen ergernis. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad.

Super goed adresje in Leuven

Zeer vriendelijke persoonlijke ontvangst met kopje koffie en uitleg. Top locatie als je Leuven te voet wilt verkennen. Pal achter het station en toch was onze kamer aan de achterkant heel kalm met zicht op het tuintje. .

Excellent location, excellent host, and very nice stay!

The host Daya is very kind and very helpful. The location is excellent for travelers, very close to the train station.

There was problem with the used bedsheet that the new cleaning lady did not change. Luckily the host Daya arrived at the right time and helped to change the bedsheet and solved the problem.

A perfect place all around.

It was in a good location, clean, fabulous breakfast, wonderful host who really cared that we had a good time.

Wifi sometimes cut out but only a little bit. There was no AC but the windows were easily opened for a breeze and the Dyson fan did I really good job!

Cozy house in the perfect location close to city centre

The landlady is very hospitable, breakfeasts are great. The house location is very good to visit city centre or to travel by train.

Full stars all round !! Lovely and clean , central location for Leuven , the best breakfast I’ve ever been provided from a host. The Host was so friendly also and has a lovely little garden that can be used for guests to chill out if the sun is shining.

Superb

The owner is just incredibly nice. The location is very close to the train station. The room was very clean and well decorated.

I took the room at the highest floor, and it took quite a bit of effort to get to with my luggage. Not many hanging out options around.

Very convenient, comfortable and welcoming

Considering how close we are to the station this is remarkably quiet. The host is very friendly and breakfast was delicious

The smart TV had connection to various channels but none of the usual TV channels. The bathroom also needed an extractor fan but it was a minor inconvenience

Comfortable and Welcoming Stay

Clean and spacious room, good shower. The breakfast was lovely! Daya made fresh pancakes each morning and was very attentive towards ensuring we had everything we needed during breakfast. Daya was a great host in general, she was very warm and friendly.

It was nice to stay here

We had a really good time in this cute hotel, with lovely decoration in the staircase and dining-room. (In March it was Easter decoration.) The host is really kind and helpful, she does her best to make guest feel comfortable. She made nice breakfast for us, nice pencakes were waiting for us every morning (beside ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts and others). We booked a quite small room, but despite its size, it has every necessities. From the room opens a toilet, but the private(!) shower with key - which was really clean and nice - opens from the staircase, so don't forget your slippers :) while 2 bathrobes belonged to the room for free. (There were bigger rooms with bathroom inside, too, we just didn't chose that). Location was perfect for us, because it's right next to the railway station, from which Brussels' center can be reached by 20-30 minutes.

Nothing, it was a lovely accomodation, good price/value for us.

Incredibly nice hostess, super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable.

The window opens to a busy street, but if the window is closed it‘s not particularly bothersome.

Flexible and communicative staff with a wonderful breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was attentive and kind. Location near the station was easy to manage.

Didn't care for having a shared bathroom in one of the rooms, and we had also hoped for two separate beds per the photographs rather than one bed.

Well converted house, delicious breakfast, super-clean!

Bright, fresh, modern decorations. Much attention to details. Lots of lighting details to make it bright. Super clean. Excellent breakfast very well presented - ready on table despite no staff being around. Friendly hostess on arrival. Helpful information provided beforehand concerning parking (for handicapped) though nearest is not by the door. Easy access to spacious ground floor room though couple of steps to get in house.

Could not stop or park next to property as at busy junction. Only a problem as my partner cannot walk very far, and despite busy traffic room was very well sound-proofed. On street parking can be found within reasonable normal walking distance. Normally would have easy foot access to station behind too but garden steps too steep for my partner without handrail. Suggest considering fitting hand rail?

Perfect stay in a cosy bed and breakfast

Wonderful stay in a cosy bed and breakfast managed by a very kind and helpful host. The room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was lovely, and the location could not be more convenient both for visiting Leuven and catching the train. I would definitely stay here again.
