Great town, very good hotel, located just across the railway station on a beautiful square. Good breakfast. Easy nice walk to the center of city. a lot of restaurants, coffees and shops around.
all was good.

Friendly staff
It was too warm in the room

The hotel restaurant gave us a 15% discount. Tasty food. Good service.
Lovely breakfast.
Spacious room.
Poor ventilation. The thick air stood still. There was no air-conditioning which made the room damp and hot.
A sharp smell of cigarette smoke entered the bathroom from the bar/restaurant.
The bathroom needed a good cleaning.

The room was quiet within the building and had a nice bathroom.
The entrance to the hotel is really shabby and the room was piping hot (windows were closed when I arrived, whilst it has been hot outside for a lot time in the country). Luckily, there was an electric fan. Staff could barely manage a smile, were not friendly, hardly exchanged a word with me and couldn’t talk Dutch properly.

We had everything we needed, including a fan in the room (which is definitely needed in the summer)
I read several negative reviews about the beds but honestly found them very comfortable.
The breakfast that was included was decent and the staff was attentive.
The bathroom was big and the shower was really good and clean.
The location is superb and close walking distance to the city center.
The safe in the room was not attached to the closet which is a bit weird and counter-productive.
Although the staff helped us with our luggage, it's important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator and is not disabilities accessible.

The hotel is straight across the railway station and it is a good point to start your walk in the town. There is a good breakfast / not so much for vegans/ but still enough choir of hot beverages, nice bread, croissants, cold meat, cheese, eggs, yogurts, muesli, various fruits and even few dried ones.
The bed was very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel doesn’t seems to have a lift and the stairs are a bit steep so don’t insist for higher floor as me if you have heavy luggage.
There is no real lobby, just a desk.
The room was very small and the higher sealing makes it even worse.
The mirror in the bathroom is placed in a bit odd distance.
The fitted carpet in the corridors and especially in the room doesn’t look very fresh and clean. I think the hotel should provide at least carpet sleepers to avoid the discomfort and bad feeling of walking with bear feet on the floor, then the cold old tiles in the bathroom, then in the clean bed sheets.
Not sure how and what kind of heating system they have and if you can control it. Luckily the weather was just fine when we stayed.

I was very impressed of the flexibility of the receptionist: They prepared my room quickly, to give me an early check-in, I could cancel my last night for personal reasons. I could see, that they are hardly busy, but still they paid attention to my issues, fulfilling all my wishes an on top exceptional friendly to me and among the team. I could see, that they have a very friendly, playfull and respectfull team-culture.

Great location near the train station. And though somewhat old, the building looks nice.
The age of the building results in some noises, which adds to the noise coming from the open terrace area (which is expected, and not an issue in the spring, however, in the summer, when sleeping with closed windows is not so convenient any longer, it could be a problem). A minor inconvenience was the timing of breakfast, starting only at 8 in the morning over the weekend, but this was also because I had to take early trains.
3.8
The location was good, next to the station. The breakfast had enough options. The beds were a bit soft for my taste, but comfortable. The rooms were very clean.
I could hear music from my room late at night, so had to wear earplugs.
3.8
Very goo location, near the train station and main bus station. You could reach the city center and main attraction of foot. Surprisingly, even it is near the train station, no any noise from the outside. Nice breakfast and also nice meniu for the lunch and dinner. There is TV in a room, little fridge, safe. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Good shower.
The internet connection was not very good in a room.
3.8
Excellently positioned just across from the station. Very good breakfast and looks to be popular right through the day.

Friendly staff nice rooms perfect location
One of our top floor rooms had a bit of a funky smell coming out of the sink or shower drain. The other had noise from construction nearby but obviously can't fault the hotel for that.
3.8
Location was fine , close to station and city center. Breakfast on second floor
No elevator, dangerous stairs for older people , (limited railings). It didn't like to breakfast but that is a matter of taste ( only hard boiled eggs and sweetened yoghurt, no well cooked bacon)
3.8
Fantastic location and lovely staff ,easy to get around great to sit and people watch with a great coffee.
No lift so hard if you find stairs difficult or lifting your bags up and down. Take ear plugs as it can be noisy from the people going in and out of the bus/ train station.

Position
Old dirty rooms. No elevator. During breakfast waiters clean the floor

Options for breakfast were limited, and same items throughout the 4 nights. The staff at the bar on my first night were no way friendly at all. Just to ask a question, one of them looked at me with hate and just worked away. Very unprofessional.
Closeness to train station
