Yes, we just added a hot tub!!! Totally remodeled throughout! 6000+ square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping 14. Huge 1200 square foot master with steam shower, 2-sided stone fireplace, two decks and soaking tub! Granite and hardwoods, multiple lofts and 4 fireplaces. Private boat dock and shared boat ramp.

Location! Location! Location! On acreage on the Camden side of Lake Wateree!

Located in Camden, SC alongside Lake Wateree and only 12 minutes to downtown Camden, 8 minutes to Wal-Mart, Star bucks and Chic-fil-a! The Charlotte airport is 1.5 hours and Columbia, SC is 45 minutes away. Air hockey table, gaming center, dvd players, outdoor games, playground, etc.

Currently we have 1 kayak and a paddle board, but also the potential to share water toys with our guests house and our other two adjacent lakehouses.

No garage access. Basement which houses a 70” TV and various workout options is not sleeping capable as it does not have central heating.

My main issue is that the pictures show a swing set. That was the main reason we picked this house over other options. There was NO SWING SET. My son was graduating from the Army and we would have picked a closer house to the base had we known there was NO Swing Set. Please update your listing to reflect what is actually there.

The house was nice and overall we enjoyed our stay but it needs a good deep clean! The bathrooms were very clean but throughout the rest of the house it just needed to be swept and mopped and the kitchen cabinets and back splash needed a good cleaning!

We had a wonderful time at the house. We had a few issues when we first arrived, but they came right out and fixed the problems. Since we had mostly adults the sleeping arrangements were a bit tricky. The twin bed in the loft above the living room is way to small for most adults and the loft area in one of the bedrooms was too hot to sleep up there in the summer. We only had 12 in the house and one of the adult girls slept on a child size air mattress. That being said the Property was beautiful and nicely tucked in a cove with a lot of privacy. There were many activities for the family to keep all entertained. We rented a boat for the day and had a wonderful celebration! Thank You!

We had a family of 8 staying for a long weekend. There were a lot of things to do at the house that kept everyone busy and having fun. We are from Oregon and it was a wonderful visit to SC. Thank you!

Large & fun house on the lake.

Thank goodness we found this place, it allowed my family, a total of 13 of us, to come to my daughters graduation from the University in South Carolina in Columbia. A little bit of a ride to and from the campus but once that was over, this out of the way location on Lake Wateree was beautiful. Had accommodations for us all and everyone had a great time on the lake. It was an awesome weekend!

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fun and funky home. We weren't sure how big our group would be and ended up having more space than we needed. It could definitely accommodate a much bigger party. With 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a small dog, we had plenty of room and lots of things to do. The weather was freezing cold and windy but we still roamed around and had fun. The hot tub was great as well as the games in the basement - shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong. The lofted bedrooms were a hit with the teens. We absolutely loved being in a quiet cove with a wonderful view of the sunset. Proximity to Camden was terrific too. Only negative was that the cleaning staff needs to do a better job on deep cleaning - dusting the range hood and under the furniture, things like that. The bathrooms were quite clean though. And the house could use a little maintenance but it didn't bother us. We'll definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing. Very spacious, and clean and loved the view of the lake. There were 14 of us and not one complaint. Will definitely rent this house again, but next time for a longer stay. Very satisfied renters!

My extended family of 10 enjoyed a fun time on Kake Wateree. We used both the main house and cottage, and that worked great. The two docks were perfect for the two boats. The view across the lake was always special, especially the colorful sunsets.
