Other Things to Note With one side of the road being sand (long beach) and the other side of the road being creek, Gould Street (#1 street in Frankston) is absolutely unique within the entire Port Phillip Bay. If the entire site is a bit too big for you, there are separate listings for the guesthouse and the mainhouse and both of them are completely self-contained and can accommodate up to 10 people each. The place is so close to everything, including Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Sand Sculpture, Peninsula Aquatic Recreational Centre, Frankston Pier, Peninsula Hot Spring, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Red Hill Wineries, etc. House Rules: Noise level should be kept to as low as possible after 10:00PM. Penalties applied for neighbour complaint for the noise level. Please make the place the same way as you find it before checking out. Unacceptable noise and/or behaviour will be reported to police. Three bedrooms out of the six bedrooms are air-conditioned. Cooking of food with strong smell, such as fish, shell fish, etc. is prohibited. Additional charge will be applied for the odor treatment/removal if strong smell is identified in the house after check out. Dog is allowed, but will incur additional charge of 30 dollars per dog per night. Price is based on the number of people coming including staying.
