Great property for large groups with fantastic amenities and communication from the owner. Highly recommended for a beach getaway.

This otherwise good place is let down badly by its tired state every where you look. Very basic old furnishings, dirty stained sofa as an example. Could be great if the owner put some money back into it. As a minimum some thorough proper cleaning

Our group had a nice stay, pool was fantastic. Would have loved another couch in the lounge room, so we weren’t squeezed onto 2 couches.
Overall the house was fine, not amazing but for the low price at that location, it’s great.

This house needs a lot of repair and maintenance work done to bring it up to standard.
House was a decent size, however it has not had any decent clean for years by the look of it. Honestly spent hours walking around with antibacterial spray not knowing where to start (lucky I packed some cleaning supplies). The oven was filthy with grease and there was layers of dust underneath our bed. Cleaner should have gone to Specsavers! Went and bought a vacuum to clean the floors whilst there as house doesn't have one. There was a mop but no proper bucket. There is only one lounge area and the tv only has free to air channels. I don't normally speak badly of people like this, but honestly if you are charging people hundreds of dollars per night to stay in there, the very least you can do is make sure the cleaners are doing their job. The house needs a lot of TLC and maintenance done on it. It is in a very good position not far from the beach and town. The owner is very responsive and replies promptly. Unfortunately I would not recommend the house to anyone, and I myself would not book the venue again.

Great spot if you have a big group.
Across the road from the beach, great spot for a big group of people if you would like access to the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne. A good halfway spot.

We were a big group of 16 people having our annual reunion. The place itself is located 2 min walk to the beach, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. the neighbourhood peaceful and ideal for some quality time. BBQ and swimming pool definitely made the difference for us.The host was very clear in her communication, accommodating and honest. She has also taken our feedback and comments on board for future stays. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future.

We booked this house well in advance to celebrate my 40th birthday with 10 close friends .. it was perfect in every way .. clean neat accommodated us nicely with made beds for all of us to have a room each .. pity the weather wasn't in our favour for the use of the pool but that didn't put a damper on anything Anna the manager of the property was very attentive to our needs and communication was fast and efficient .. also we got early check in and check out was a bonus to us .. definatley a place I'd stay again
