アットホームな空間

オーナーさんはこまめに連絡や気遣いをしてくれたので安心できた。ロケーションは近くにモールやバスターミナルがあり、食事、郊外・旧市街・長距離移動に便利で、コンドミニアムの入口にも警備員さんがいるのでセキュリティもちゃんとしている。ご家族と一緒の入口となるが、バス・トイレと部屋はほぼ専用で使える。エルサルバドルの住宅環境を知れるのも良い経験かも。

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

Peligroso

Nada por qué el anfitrión me dejó plantado en medio de la noche, no respondió los mensajes ni los llamados que le hice yo, tanto el guardia del edificio, el anfitrión es una persona totalmente irresponsable.

El propietario me puso en peligro al dejarme plantado y no recibirme, el barrio es oscuro en una ciudad peligrosa. El guardia del edificio lo llamo, yo lo llamé pero no respondió y él sabía que llegaba a las 18.00 hrs. El guardia me comentó que no es la primera vez que deja plantado a los turistas, siendo una persona no solamente irresponsable sino que criminal al poner en riesgo la vida de los viajeros. Me tocó buscar un hotel y pagar 3 veces el precio, sumando además el taxi, en total 94 dólares extra por la culpa de esta persona. No cometa el riesgo de reservar con esta persona, pasará un mal rato y un riesgo innecesario. Luego de aquello me ha proferido amenazas e injurias y ha mentido a Booking diciendo que yo no me presente.

Acogedor y espacioso

Esta súper céntrico además de haber seguridad en al área. Es muy cómodo el lugar y está súper bonito.

Todo estaba muy bien no tengo queja alguna.

I love staying with Mauricio and his family, they were all so welcoming and kind. the bed is comfortable and it was nice having my own space and shower. It was one of my favourite places I stayed in El Salvador.

loved everything, no complaints.

Superb

Very convenient and conveniently located. Great neighborhood. Nice small room with a view, a fan, private bathroom. There's the shopping district very close and lots of restaurants very very close. Lots to do just around if you're traveling around. Appreciate them accommodating my late arrival as it was a last minute booking.

Room was nice and cozy but small, great enough for me thou as at least I myself (1.67 cm) was able to fit perfectly on the bed. Not hot, but the room has a fan. There was no hot water, or at least I didn't find it but not so needed as the water was good enough even for a 6 a.m. shower. Either make sure to bring toiletries or ask the very friendly host to get them for u. Muchas gracias.

Good for a Short Stay

Needed some rest and downtime and this place was good for that. You get your own small room and bathroom then share the kitchen with the family that lives there. The family is very kind. The outdoor courtyard is lovely as well. Not a hostel if you’re hoping to meet fellow travellers.

Laundry should be included not cost $7. The full address needs to be added to the description to make it easier to locate. Have to work around the family’s schedule with a shared kitchen.

Couldn’t ask for a better place

The property is in great conditions and ready to receive a full family. It was very easy and convenient, the entrance gate is secured 24/7 and the complex is gated all around. The property is an a very nice and safe area I never encountered any type of problems. Besides the property being a great place, working with the property owner was great. I recommend Mr. Faro 1000% you will have no regrets, Mr. Faro also owns another apartment in the same complex, so if you’re ever thinking about staying with the whole family just know you’ll be more than glad to have chosen to stay and work with Mr. Faro, he will welcome you with doors open and provide daily cleaning of your stay. I can’t express how great my trip was. P.S don’t even get me started on the view from the apartment.. AMAZING!
