About this apartment rental
It is a tastefully renovated property, a late 1800s building, authentic from Cádiz with its original Tower. It is a spacious and charming space to receive families, it is bright dressed with 4 balconies that overlook the Plaza de las Flores, high ceilings with its original beams and doors. Each room has its ceiling fan. There are 4 unique rooms, a large living and meeting room, 2 full bathrooms, and an exquisite kitchen that invites you to cook with your family. Being able to accommodate a family of up to 7 people, it is a place transformed with love and affection by its owners. Welcome!
Please note that the air conditioning is a mobile unit. These are old buildings, and we do not have the legislation to install units on the facades. Also, in Cádiz, fans are usually sufficient in the summer because the sea breeze starts to come in the afternoon.
The apartment is located easily accessible from the train station, a 15-minute walk. From Jerez de la Frontera airport there are 40 km, by taxi, the cost is approximately 50 euros, the closest point for the taxi to the property is the Plaza del Palillero at 5 minutes walking. It is worth mentioning that its location offers all the benefits of a city, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, shops, fashion, cinema, everything you may need. Not to mention the beaches and all the cultural offer of the moment. Cadiz also provides a perfect location to get to know other villages, whites, of the Sierra de Grazalema and the coast.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hervé and Raquel's apartment. The location is perfect and the flat itself is incredibly special. Spacious, amazing high ceilings, beautiful interiors but also feels like home. My son absolutely loved it - thank you for being so generous with the toys and books in the children's bedroom. We would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment in a busy square in the old town. We loved being in the middle of everything. Lots of great restaurants all around. Raquel and Alicia were very responsive.

Great time at this place. Everything was awesome and our family appreciated the time and the experience.

Fantastic, large, quirky and artsy apartment in a great location, with a private elevator and multiple balconies overlooking a bustling pedestrian street with LOTS of shops and restaurants nearby. If we ever find ourselves in Cádiz again we will definitely stay here.

Her Historic home on the 3rd floor is Centrally located in the Heart of Cadiz in the Plaza de las Flores not even 100 meters to the Catedral de Cadiz. The Market with freshly caught seafood, fruits & veggies and many cafes were steps from here. Also was a Carre Four market! This home is stocked to the nines!!! Used the expresso pot on stove and pizza pan for oven. The vintage wood and tiles, along with her decor, made this home a Standout amongst all the places we've stayed. Had beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards as well. Thank you so much for this relaxing stay in your lovely home!!!

Raquel and Herve were wonderful hosts and very helpful. . Apartment is in the old town in Plaza de las Flores, a great location, a few minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful old apartment with a very modern kitchen with the best of appliances. Elevator directly to inside the apartment.

The apartment is wonderfully located and charming. It is very well equipped. We were there in the winter months and had to manage the cold with space heaters but all else was very comfortable, light and spacious.

Our family had a wonderful week in this condo. The rooms are large and the living room and kitchen have balconies looking on to the plaza below. Everything in Cadiz is within walking distance. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from, and all of the host recommendations were exception meals. The market and grocery store are around the corner. Highly recommend this property with thanks to our hosts!

The photos are what drew us to book this property but, truly, they do not do it justice. Absolutely everything imaginable is included - the kitchen is better equipped than my own house!
The location is in the heart of the old town, literally steps away from the central market and cathedral. Just leaning over one of the balconies to view the street scene below captures the true feel of Cadiz life. The perfect home away from home!!

The place is absolutely full of charm and very welcoming. Raquel is a super host and working with her and her team for ensuring smooth transportation, check in, cleaning etc deserves a honor mention here. The location is very central and close to everything but keep in mind that it also allows for street noise which ends later in the evening. Certainly a place to keep in mind when visiting Cádiz.

A great experience overall and a huge place big enough for our group of two families of three. The location is perfect for visiting Cadiz old centre. A little loud on the Saturday night from neighbours and street but other nights were good. Mosquitoes were a problem, maybe it was the time of year.

When searching for an apartment with two bathrooms for two couples in the old town in Cadiz, we spotted this which had a strong appeal to all of us. The site , the aestetics, the practical solutions were spot on and it was even better than in the presentation! The well equipped kitchen and the atmosphere in the flat invited us to make some dinners at home. The way the flat was organized gave privacy to both couples and the beds were comfortable. Plaza de las Flores was buzzing, but relaxed. We enjoyed it all! Both before and during our stay the communication with the host, Raquel, couldn`t have been better. We recommend the apartment to nice and tidy people. Warning; We`ll be back!

Central location, walking distance of all the amenities in Cadiz, car park 5 mins walk, supermarket 2 mins walk.
Cadiz was crazy busy as we were there on a Weekend.
The apartment is ideal for family, lovely comfortable & great kitchen well equipped.

Large, comfortable family home on one of the main meeting points of Cadiz. Despite warnings of late night noise, most Cadizians were in bed by midnight even though it was Carnival. Windows and shutters muffled noise. Might be more of a problem in summer. Would recommend.

We spent a week in Cadiz in early February in this comfortable apartment. With high ceilings and vibrant colours it felt light and airy. The bed was super-comfortable and the bedroom was very quiet even though the lounge and kitchen over-looked a busy market square. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift giving private key access directly into the apartment; there was stair access but it was not needed. The apartment was well equipped and the recommendations in the booklet were excellent; we tried most of the recommended restaurants and with the exception of El Faro ( too pretentious and not good value for money) they were excellent. Plaza Topete is a busy market square next to a fantastic fish market and 10 minutes away from the sea on all sides. We loved Cadiz, we expected the history but the beaches and walks around the peninsula were brilliant. It may have been the beautiful weather but we would thoroughly recommend this surprising city and the lovely apartment. We flew to Seville and travelled on the train to Cadiz which was very easy but there is also an airport near to Jerez which is closer.

Apartment is beautiful, high ceilings , original features and fantastic kitchen. Located right in the heart of Cadiz you have great restaurants literally straight outside your door, the central market 100m one way and the Cathedral Square 100m the other. It's busy during the day but by about 10:00 - 10:30 it goes quiet and the apartment is really peaceful. The apartment has a lift that goes straight into the kitchen so is great for the less mobile with just one step up to get into the building. Two great double bedrooms, one fantastic bathroom and another good bathroom, two further rooms that are great for 3-4 kids. Would recommend for large family groups .

We stayed for a month in Cadiz and this property was just as impressive in the pictures as it was in person. Raquel was quick to respond to any questions we had and made several great recommendations for food and entertainment. The house is well equipped for cooking at home. Location is perfect for families and especially for people who love to cook as the central market is a minute walk away. The house has so much character that you can’t help but feel in awesome of it. It is very quiet at night which is nice since we had two little children who went to sleep early. I would love to come back again!

Excellent location in the heart of Cadiz old town, perfect for local bars, restaurants and shopping with decent local supermarket about 100 yards away. Raquel was incredibly patient and persistent in helping to solve a wifi issue for us, which we really appreciated.
