Saludos cordiales, Pablo y Gisella

Beautiful old building and nicely decorated room
A bit creepy that the regal building it’s in is derelict except the quarter this hotel is in!!!

Lourdes was phenomenal

Loved the heritage building and the use of recycled timbers and old window shutters etc throughout the room. High ceilings etc.

- Locatoin perfect, quite part of the city. we arrived with a car and we could park in front to let get the luggage inside, the hotel provided a private parking at 5min from the hotel, we left the car there for the 3 nights. Everything was walking distance and a lot of the streets are pedestrian.
- Staff: The recommendations from the staff were spot on! they are super nice and helpful, they provided towels for the beach, made us cocktails and also explained very well the best restaurants and the new Michelin starred ones that worth trying.
- Room: confortable and very quite: the room was quite and dark, we had the best sleep!

A well located hotel which oozed with character. Staff were very supportive, e.g. Beatriz for train advice and Lourdes for tourist advice. Loved the view from the top of the tower.

it’s an historic building on the edge of the centro histórico, with the good and bad that implies. Navigating the narrow stairs and door at the entrance might prove challenging for older guests or those with mobility limits. The interior has a elevator. The room was dark and a bit dingy. The bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent - they had a wealth of great suggestions about things to see, restaurants, etc.
The lack of amenities was surprising at the price point. For example, they provided an electric kettle (though the cord didn’t reach the wall plug so we placed it on the floor) and instant coffee.

Glorious old building with stunning rooms. we upgraded to a second floor suite and did not regret it. lovely terrace on the roof with useful facilities (such as a self service laundry). very kind and welcoming staff over who looked after us over their Christmas celebrations.

This hotel is super charming, and the staff is absolutely lovely! We came back at 3am after a NYE party hungry and the ladies managing the hotel were still up, finishing their NYE celebrations, and cooked something for us and gave us a glass of wine! It felt like we were hosted by family/ old friends. Wonderful.
Nothing to report here!

The location was superb lovely and quiet surrounded by the most beautiful squares and streets. The hotel was an absolute delight and so relaxing with the most wonderful staff who made us feel completely at home. We will definitely return again next year and let all our friends know about this hidden gem.

We got a very warm welcome and a very interesting explanation of the history of the hotel. The concierge was bright and knowledgeable about places to see and restaurants to try in Cadiz.
Nothing at all. I think they did a stellar job with the restoration process.

Location was good
Hotel characterful
No fridge in the room to keep drinks cool, strange in such a hot country?!

Charming historical building, located in the city center but in a quiet corner. It also features a rooftop terrace with a marvelous view of the old city, where you can drink a cerveza or watch the stars.
Last but not least, a very helpful and super nice staff.

Very nice historical building, pleasant staff and lovely facilities.
It was quite loud in the night, as we were facing a Plaza.

beautiful hotel.
the plaza was closed due to construction, therefore were no bars open … that was upsetting
the terrace which is beautiful is open only till 9:30 pm…. I would have loved to enjoy it after dinner in the city !
