Welcome to Sail Loft, a one-of-a-kind vacation destination in Boothbay Harbor! You can't get any closer to the water than this! Imagine relaxing in style and comfort, right over the ocean, and having views from every window. It's like being on a boat but better! Our upscale, spotless loft has all the amenities you could want, and is only a short walk to downtown. You will find a large open living area with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a great rain shower! We offer luxurious bedding including duvets and 100% cotton sheets and plush, fluffy towels.

**The apartment is located on the second floor above a marina. It is a full self-contained apartment. It is accessed via a hallway that also houses the bathroom/ shower area used by Marina guests who are there mostly in July, Aug and Sept. It is the only apartment in the building.

Knock out view of harbor, quiet and only a few minutes walking into town. Well appointed. Only flaws were (1) no air con in bedroom and the small unit in living area was not adequate, and (2) poor quality mattress in bedroom

Wow, this was an amazing time to getaway and get recharged. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at Sail Loft, the delicious treats, and the wonderful accommodations. It was tranquil, peaceful surroundings and a 10 minute walk to town. The room was well prepared for our arrival. We hope to come back!

This property was more than we could have imagined. Beautiful water views out every window, quiet, peaceful and a gem you shouldn't pass up if your near Booth Bay. All our needs were found inside Sail Loft along with a well laid out manual packed full of information about the Loft, eating out, things to do and places to visit. Our only wish, we had more time set aside to spend here. Thank you so much Pam for sharing Sail Loft with us and all you do ensure our stay is unforgettable.

My wife and rented the loft for 3 days to visit some friends who live in the area. Perfect location close to town, clean as could be, and beautiful views. Boothbay Harbor is a great place to escape the summer heat and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% rent this place again.

The property was exactly what we hoped for. So nice going to sleep while watching the lights dance on the water. It was a short walk to town and, although we were there off season, far enough from town that even in season it would be quiet. The loft itself was well appointed. We lacked for nothing.

Super clean, luxurious and comfortable. Small living area but full kitchen. Incredible views and the location can't be beat. We walked to town and cycled from the marina to many beautiful spots. Communication and customer service were exceptional.

If you are looking for someplace to relax and refresh this is the perfect place. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was extremely helpful when needed. Close enough to town to walk. So many areas to explore. Loved the Tugboat Restaurant for dinner and easy takeout. Looking forward to going back.

We very much enjoyed our time this summer at The Sail Loft. Being on the harbor was quite exciting, with the views ever changing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was sharing the entrance with others using the laundry and bathroom facilities right outside our entrance. However, everyone we came into contact with was very nice. So if this is something that wouldn’t bother you, I’d highly recommend this unusual, yet exciting getaway! Debbie M

My husband and I stayed in 4 places during our coast of Maine road trip and this was our favorite!! The location was off the beaten path and private but also just a very short walk to downtown BBH! We slept like babies on the super comfy bed with the windows open and sea breeze coming in! Checking in and out was super smooth and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen! If we are ever back in Boothbay, we will want to stay here again!

We loved this place. We stayed in late April when it was very peaceful and there were only two boats in the water. One was the Belle Aventura, a stunningly beautiful 30 meter antique sailing yacht, which was docked for minor repairs right outside the side windows of the Sail Loft. Further out the wharf was a working tug. Kitchen was very practical and the bed was comfy. The bathroom set up was a little awkward, but everything worked fine. And we can't say enough about the views; there was water out every window. It was perfect for us.

We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties over the years and this was the absolute best! The apartment was immaculately clean, very well furnished, larger and more comfortable that I hoped for. The pictures are great but the apartment is much better. My new 'Favorite Place', I just wish it was not so far from my home. I hope to return soon.

We had the perfect vacation. The apartment was so beautiful and relaxing . We were very busy touring all the neighboring towns so when we got to the end of our stay we considered staying an extra day to just spend the day relaxing in the apartment. The apartment is a real treat. Hope to be back again soon.
